1. An intelligent shoe washing machine is characterized by comprising a conveying device, a fixing device and a cleaning device, wherein the cleaning device and the fixing device are positioned in the same hollow cylinder, and the conveying device is positioned at two ends of the hollow cylinder;

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples and drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the intelligent shoe washing machine according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a conveying device 1, a fixing device 2 and a cleaning device 3, wherein the cleaning device 3 and the fixing device 2 are located in the same hollow cylinder 4, and the conveying device 1 is located at both ends of the hollow cylinder 4.

Specifically, the conveying device 1 includes a conveying belt 11, a motor and a sensor 12, and the conveying belt 11 is electrically connected to the motor. The front end of the conveying belt 11 is provided with a correlation sensor 12, when the shoes 6 are driven by the conveying belt 11 to move forward and block the correlation light, the sensor 12 can send out a signal to stop the conveying belt 11.

In the invention, the fixing device 2 comprises a synchronous belt linear module 21, an air pipe 22 and an air bag 23, wherein the synchronous belt linear module 21 is connected with the air bag 23 through the air pipe 22. The outer surface of the air bag 23 is provided with air holes, the inner part of the air bag 23 is of a double-layer structure, and the air bag 23 is supplied with air by the air pipe 22. An air compressor is arranged in the bottom of the fixing device 2 and supplies air for the air hole of the cleaning device 3, and the air bag 23 is filled and discharged. When the shoe 6 reaches a given position, the air compressor is started to operate, and the air bag 23 is inflated through a series of air pipes 22, so that the shoe 6 is fixed. Similarly, when the shoe 6 is cleaned, the air bag 23 is deflated. Aiming at the problem of fixing the shoe 6, the supporting and fixing of the shoe 6 can be realized by utilizing the principle of the air bag 23. In a similar way, aiming at the peculiar smell of the shoes 6, the air exhaust principle is utilized to realize the deodorization effect.

The cleaning device 3 specifically comprises a spout unit 31 and a brush unit 32, wherein the spout unit 31 is located on the surface of the hollow cylinder 4. In the present embodiment, the spout unit 31 is preferably designed as a circular spout. Specifically, the spouting unit 31 includes a first spouting port 311, a second spouting port 312, a third spouting port 313, a fourth spouting port, and a fifth spouting port which are sequentially disposed. The first nozzle 311 and the fifth nozzle are both high-pressure airflow nozzles, the second nozzle 312 is a water mist nozzle, the third nozzle 313 is a cleaning agent nozzle, and the fourth nozzle is a flushing nozzle. The number and function of the spout unit 31 may be changed according to actual needs. The adoption of the non-soaking and jet type omnibearing cleaning can effectively avoid the problems of degumming, shrinkage and the like of the shoes 6. Aiming at the dust removal problem of the shoes 6, the principle of the air knife of the air jet is utilized, and the effect of removing dust by air can be achieved. The cleaning device 3 is designed to be in a tunnel shape, circular spraying air holes are uniformly distributed on the inner wall of the cleaning device, and each spraying air hole can spray cleaning agent and water to the center of the cylinder, so that the shoes 6 can be cleaned more cleanly.

In addition, the bottom of the cleaning device 3 is provided with a concave water chute 5 for flowing out sewage for cleaning the shoes 6.

The brush unit 32 is located inside the hollow cylinder 4, and the brush unit 32 includes a first brush 321, a second brush 322 and a third brush 323. The first brush 321 is a brush moving back and forth, the second brush 322 is a brush rotating on its side, and the third brush 323 is a brush made of sponge material. The first brush 321 is located between the third nozzle 313 and the fourth nozzle, the second brush 322 is located between the third nozzle 313 and the fourth nozzle, and the third brush 323 is located between the fourth nozzle and the fifth nozzle. Aiming at the problem of scrubbing the shoes 6, the special-shaped hairbrush is utilized to simulate the hand scrubbing of a person, so that the decontamination effect of the shoes 6 is realized.

The working process of the intelligent shoe washing machine is as follows: firstly, shoes 6 are placed on a conveying belt 11, a starting button is pressed, and a motor drives the conveying belt 11 to move forwards; when the shoes 6 are conveyed to the position of the opposite rays and the opposite rays are blocked, the sensor 12 sends out a signal to stop the movement of the conveyer belt 11; at this time, the air bag 23 carried by the timing belt linear module 21 moves downwards, the air bag 23 starts to inflate, and meanwhile, the air bag 23 extends towards the inside of the shoe 6, so that the shoe 6 is fixed; then, the air bag 23 moves forward together with the shoe 6; the shoes 6 enter the cleaning area, and the high-pressure airflow is sprayed out from the high-pressure airflow nozzle to remove dust on the surfaces of the shoes 6; the clear water sprayed from the water mist nozzle moistens the surface of the shoes 6; the cleaning agent nozzle sprays the cleaning agent in a mist shape to the surface of the shoes 6, so that the cleaning agent and the vamp stains are subjected to chemical reaction, and meanwhile, the brush unit 32 is used for comprehensively washing the shoes 6; then, the flushing nozzle sprays clear water to the shoes 6 washed by the brush to flush the stains on the vamps, and at the moment, sewage flows out from the concave water guide groove 5 at the bottom; then, the high-pressure airflow nozzle is used for air-drying the shoes 6; after the shoes 6 are cleaned, the air bag 23 is deflated, the deflated air bag 23 moves upwards, and the conveyor belt 11 sends the shoes 6 to the outlet.

According to the intelligent shoe washing machine, through cooperation of the conveying device 1, the fixing device 2 and the cleaning device 3, and by adopting an electromechanical integration technology, the defects of degumming, shrinkage and the like of shoes 6 caused by traditional shoe washing can be overcome, and the effects of saving labor and time, saving a large amount of cleaning water and the like are achieved. The whole set of intelligent shoe washing machine can realize the fixation, dust removal, cleaning and smell removal of the shoes 6 in all directions.
