3) adding the isohexadecane of phase A, liquid paraffin and essence into a clean sterilized oil phase pot in proportion, stirring for 3-5min at 20-25Hz, and sieving with 100 mesh filter screen to obtain oil phase mixture;

4) adding the deionized water of the phase B into a clean and disinfected emulsifying pot, stirring for 25-30Hz, adding the composition of the glycerol and the inulin lauryl carbamate, heating to 75-80 ℃, vacuumizing to-0.03-0.05 MPa, homogenizing for 3000r/min and homogenizing for 2-3min, and cooling;

5) cooling to 55-60 deg.C, adding mixture of C-phase sodium lauroyl sarcosine, cocamidopropyl betaine, MIPA salt of laureth sulfate, propylene glycol, and disodium laureth sulfosuccinate, stirring at 25-30Hz for 3-5 min;
