As a bio-based polyester polylactic acid, the barrier property to water and oxygen is low, and partial application requirements cannot be met. The commonly used method for improving the barrier property of the polylactic acid is a nanoparticle blending modification method, more inorganic nanoparticles are required to be added in the method, the cost is higher, and the barrier property is influenced by the uneven dispersion of the inorganic nanoparticles. The other method is multilayer compounding, high-barrier effect is realized by introducing high-barrier resin and polylactic acid for multilayer compounding, a barrier layer is usually thin, but the process is usually applied to film products and is difficult to realize for injection molding products, and the introduced high barrier is mostly non-fully biodegradable resin, so that the overall degradation performance is influenced.

2) the inorganic nano powder is subjected to double preheating in the premixing pipeline and the spraying main pipe by high-temperature gas, the temperature of the inorganic nano powder is further increased by a heater arranged at the tail end of the spraying main pipe by the spraying device, and then, the high-temperature inorganic nano powder particles quickly impact the surface of the polylactic acid product to quickly melt part of the polylactic acid material, so that the inorganic nano powder is tightly adhered to the surface of the polylactic acid product.
