Background

The alkali cellulose squeezer mainly comprises a pulp tank, a pair of squeezing rollers, a spraying scraper and other components, when the squeezer runs, alkali cellulose pulp porridge is fed into the pulp tank from a pulp inlet at the bottom of the pulp tank by a pulp pump, the pulp porridge is extruded from the middle of the two squeezing rollers with opposite rotation directions, squeezed alkali water flows into a roller body, and finally the alkali cellulose is discharged from return holes on flange plugs at the two ends of the squeezing rollers, so that alkali cellulose with certain dryness is obtained. At present, a squeezing roller body widely used in viscose factories is to process a plurality of annular grooves on the surface of a seamless steel pipe, dozens of backflow holes with the diameter phi of 10 mm or phi of 12mm are evenly processed in the inner circumferential direction of each groove, and during the squeezing process, backflow alkali liquor flows into the grooves of the roller body through a mesh plate with small holes with the diameter phi of 1mm distributed on the surface and then flows into the roller body through the backflow holes in the grooves. After the squeezing roller with the structure is used for a period of time, the grooves and the backflow holes on the roller body are gradually blocked by the residual alkali cellulose, so that the squeezing effect and the yield of the squeezing machine are influenced.

The present invention aims at overcoming the demerits of available technology, and provides one kind of press roll with intercommunicated reflux suitable for use in alkali cellulose press.

The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:

The annular rib combining piece is formed by a plurality of sections of annular rib barrels which are sequentially sleeved on the excircle of the vertical rib in an interference fit mode along the axial direction and are respectively formed by assembling and welding a plurality of annular steel plates, a spacer ring is arranged between every two adjacent annular steel plates forming the annular rib barrels, and the space between every two adjacent annular steel plates formed by the spacer rings is used as an annular rib combining piece backflow groove.

The cylindrical mesh plate is composed of a plurality of sections of mesh cylinders with the thickness of 2.5-3.5 mm, which are sequentially sleeved on the outer cylindrical surface of the ring rib combining piece in an interference fit mode along the axial direction, and every two adjacent mesh cylinders are fixedly connected together in a welding mode.

Through holes with the diameter phi of 0.8-1.2 mm are uniformly distributed on the surface of the cylindrical mesh plate.

The working principle and the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:

in the invention, the reflux groove is formed between every two adjacent annular ribs on the annular rib combining piece; a plurality of studs with the same length as the roller body are uniformly distributed on the cylindrical surface of the roller body connector, and a stud through hole is reserved on each stud; the ring rib combining piece is arranged on the outer circle of the vertical rib of the roller body combining piece in an interference fit mode, so that an intercommunicated backflow cavity is formed. When the squeezing roller works, the alkali liquor which flows back to the interior of the squeezing roller flows into the reflux groove through the meshes on the mesh plate, and the reflux groove is directly communicated with the reflux cavity and finally discharged from the reflux hole.

The squeezing roller of the invention forms the intercommunicated backflow cavity in the process of alkali liquor backflow, solves the problem of blockage of the grooves and backflow holes compared with the traditional groove type squeezing roller, and is beneficial to improving the yield of the squeezing machine.

as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the press roll suitable for the alkali cellulose press of the present invention comprises a roll body connector 1 (see fig. 4 and 5), wherein the roll body connector 1 comprises a main shaft 9, a roll body 11 of a hollow cylindrical structure sleeved on the main shaft through a plurality of webs 10 uniformly distributed along the length direction of the main shaft, and a plurality of studs 13 surrounding the roll body and fixedly connected to the roll body in an axially uniform distribution manner, and a plurality of stud through holes 6 are uniformly distributed along the length direction of each stud.

More specifically: a plurality of webs 10 are welded on a main shaft 9, a roller body 11 is connected with the webs 10 in an interference fit mode, then a plurality of studs 13 which are as long as the roller body are evenly welded on the outer cylindrical surface of the roller body 11, a plurality of rectangular stud through holes 6 are reserved on the studs 13, and finally a plurality of U-shaped reinforcing ribs 12 are welded in a gap between every two studs 13 to form the roller body combining piece 1 in an assembling and welding mode.

As shown in fig. 6, the ring rib connector 2 of the present invention is composed of a plurality of ring rib cylinders, which are assembled and welded by a plurality of ring-shaped steel plates, and sequentially sleeved on the outer circle of the stud in an interference fit manner along the axial direction, wherein a spacer ring 17 is disposed between every two adjacent ring-shaped steel plates constituting the ring rib cylinder, and the distance between every two adjacent ring-shaped steel plates formed by the spacer ring 17 is used as the reflow groove 7 of the ring rib connector 2. More specifically: a plurality of ring ribs 15 are connected in series through a lacing wire 16 and a spacing ring 17, every two ring ribs 15 are separated through the spacing ring 17 sleeved on the lacing wire 16, and then all the ring ribs are fixed on a backing plate 14 through welding to form the ring rib binder 2 in an assembling and welding mode.

The cylindrical mesh plate 3 consists of a plurality of sections of mesh cylinders with the thickness of 2.5-3.5 mm, which are sequentially sleeved on the outer cylindrical surface of the ring rib combining piece 2 in an interference fit mode along the axial direction, through holes with the diameter phi of 0.8-1.2 mm are uniformly distributed on the surface of the cylindrical mesh plate 3, and every two adjacent mesh cylinders are fixedly connected together in a welding mode.

When the press roll works (see figure 7), the alkali liquor which flows back to the interior of the press roll flows into the reflux groove 7 between every two adjacent annular ribs 15 through the small holes on the mesh plate 3, and the reflux groove 7 is communicated with the reflux cavity 5 and finally discharged through the reflux holes 8.
