The pummelo peel is a traditional Chinese medicine in China, is best produced in Huazhou city of Guangdong province in China, has warm property, pungent and bitter taste, has the effects of dissolving phlegm, benefiting qi, relieving epigastric distention and dissipating stagnation, and is mainly used for treating disease symptoms such as wind-cold cough, nausea and vomiting, chest pain and fullness and the like in clinic. One of the medicinal methods of exocarpium citri rubrum is to remove pulp and peel of raw exocarpium citri rubrum, dry in the sun and press to obtain the commonly known "seven claw exocarpium citri rubrum". The raw exocarpium citri rubrum has thick skin and high moisture content, and the moisture in the exocarpium citri rubrum is difficult to evaporate, so the exocarpium citri rubrum needs to be aired for a long time, occupies a large space during airing, and is easy to cause mould of the exocarpium citri rubrum in rainy days and the like.

The heating unit is of a frame-shaped structure, and the heat-transmitting holes are distributed in an array shape in an area surrounded by the frame-shaped structure. The heat of the heating unit can be firstly conducted to the pressing plate, and then the heat is dispersed to the orange peel position through the heat-permeable holes which are uniformly distributed, so that the orange peel can be heated more uniformly, and the problem of local overheating is not easy to occur. The heating unit may be a heating wire of a frame structure embedded in the pressing plate, and is not described herein again.

Furthermore, two sides of the pressure plate at the top are provided with a suspension frame, and the suspension frame is connected with a balance weight through a sling. When placing the tangerine peel, take off the counter weight earlier, after having placed all tangerine peels, hang the counter weight on the frame that suspends in midair again, utilize the counter weight of lateral part to produce decurrent pressure for the clamp plate, so not only convenient operation can also avoid the counter weight directly to put in the clamp plate top and block up the diathermanous hole of top, influence the steam in the tangerine peel and derive.

The orange peel flattening device disclosed by the invention has the advantages of small occupied space, convenience in forming and capability of assisting in drying, and is very suitable for later-stage pressing operation of orange sheets.
