4. The composite sheet for pharmaceutical packaging of claim 3, wherein the polyethylene in the polyethylene layer is linear low density polyethylene.

The composite sheet for medicine packaging as claimed in claim 1, wherein the co-extrusion composite film of the inner layer is a two-layer structure composed of 30-35% of SEBS modified polypropylene layer and 5-10% of SEBS modified polypropylene layer, and the 30-35% of SEBS modified polypropylene layer is adjacent to the aluminum foil of the middle layer.

6. The composite sheet for pharmaceutical packaging according to claim 5, wherein the total thickness of the co-extruded composite film of the inner layer is 60 to 100 μm, preferably 70 to 90 μm.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of medicine packaging sheets, and particularly provides a composite sheet suitable for cold stamping forming and used for packaging Chinese medicine honey pills.

Background

The Chinese medicine honeyed pill is one of the main dosage forms of the Chinese medicine, and the packaging modes generally comprise the following two types: the method comprises the following steps of (1) carrying out wax dipping and packaging on a paper tube, wherein the packaging method comprises the steps of wrapping paper on a large honeyed pill, filling the paper honeyed pill into a paper barrel tube, covering the paper barrel tube, sticking a label, and finally carrying out wax sealing; (2) the spherical shell package is divided into wax shell and plastic shell, the wax shell is formed by placing unpacked big honeyed pills into a wax shell made by centrifugal casting method and then packaging, the plastic shell package is divided into naked pills and big honeyed pills, then the big honeyed pills are packaged into a hemispherical spherical shell, and after the plastic shell package is buckled, the wax shell is soaked and sealed.

However, neither paper tube wax-dipping package nor spherical shell package have the packaging defects of no light shielding, poor sealing performance and the like, and the traditional Chinese medicine honeyed pills often have the phenomenon of pill hardening, and particularly have the problem of drug effect reduction when the honeyed pills contain volatile precious and fine medicinal materials.

The existing aluminum-plastic blister packaging system formed by matching an outer nylon layer, an intermediate aluminum foil layer, an inner polyvinyl chloride (PVC) cold stamping forming composite sheet material and a medicinal aluminum foil has the height of a formed blister cup protrusion of 6-9mm generally, the maximum value of a test is not more than 12mm, and the blister cup protrusion value is limited, so that the existing aluminum-plastic blister packaging system can only be used for packaging capsules and tablets and cannot meet the existing requirements of various specifications for honey pills.

Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new composite sheet for making a traditional Chinese medicine honeyed pill pack to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a composite sheet for medicine packaging and a traditional Chinese medicine honeyed pill package prepared from the composite sheet. The composite sheet provided by the invention has the advantages of large breaking force, high cup bursting value, high heat seal strength, high peel strength and excellent barrier property, and is particularly suitable for preparing the package of the traditional Chinese medicine honeyed pills.

The composite sheet for medicine packaging is suitable for cold stamping forming and comprises an outer layer, a middle layer and an inner layer, wherein the outer layer is a polyamide film, the middle layer is an aluminum foil, the inner layer is a heat sealing layer, and the inner layer is composed of a co-extrusion composite film formed by the same or different resins.

Preferably, the outer polyamide layer is a biaxially oriented polyamide having a thickness of 15 to 40 μm, preferably 20 to 35 μm, more preferably 25 to 30 μm, and even more preferably 25 μm or 30 μm.

Preferably, the intermediate layer aluminum foil is an 8-series soft aluminum alloy foil, and has a thickness of 40 to 80 μm, preferably 45 to 75 μm, more preferably 50 to 70 μm, and still more preferably 50 μm, 65 μm, or 70 μm.

The type of resin forming the inner layer co-extruded composite film is not limited as long as it can be co-extruded into a film, heat-sealable, and applicable to pharmaceutical packaging.

Preferably, the inner-layer co-extrusion composite film is a three-layer structure consisting of a polyamide layer, a co-extrusion adhesive layer and a polyethylene layer in this order, wherein the polyamide layer is adjacent to the middle-layer aluminum foil. The thickness of the polyamide layer in the inner-layer co-extrusion composite film is 10-25 microns, preferably 15-20 microns, more preferably 15 microns and 20 microns; the thickness of the polyethylene layer in the inner layer co-extruded composite film is 40-80 μm, preferably 50-70 μm, more preferably 50 μm, 60 μm and 70 μm. The polyethylene in the polyethylene layer is preferably linear low density polyethylene. The co-extruded adhesive layer may use an adhesive resin known in the art to be suitable for pharmaceutical packaging and for co-extrusion of polyamide and polyethylene, preferably maleic anhydride grafted linear low density polyethylene. In the preferred scheme, two sides of the aluminum foil are compounded with polyamide to form a symmetrical structure, so that the aluminum foil is better protected, and particularly, pinholes and compound layering are not easy to occur on the aluminum foil after high cupping punch forming.

Preferably, the co-extrusion composite film of the inner layer is of a two-layer structure consisting of 30-35% of SEBS modified polypropylene layer and 5-10% of SEBS modified polypropylene layer, wherein the 30-35% of SEBS modified polypropylene layer is adjacent to the aluminum foil of the middle layer. The total thickness of the co-extruded composite film of the inner layer is 60-100 μm, preferably 70-90 μm, more preferably 70 μm and 90 μm.

The co-extrusion composite film of the inner layer can be prepared by utilizing automatic co-extrusion extruder set equipment, each extruder respectively heats and melts different raw materials to be extruded to a co-extrusion die head, and the extruded film tube is prepared by blowing to a proper size, cooling, shaping, slitting and rolling. Preferably, the composite surface of the prepared co-extruded film and the aluminum foil is subjected to 30-35 KHZ high-frequency corona treatment, so that the surface tension of the film surface is not lower than 52mN/m, and a good composite effect is achieved when the co-extruded film and the aluminum foil are composited.

The composite sheet for medicine packaging has composite adhesive, preferably polyurethane composite adhesive, between the outer layer and the middle layer and between the middle layer and the inner layer, and has dry coating amount of 3.5-10 g/m2Preferably 5.0g to 8.0g/m2In the meantime.

The composite sheet for medicine packaging is preferably compounded twice by a dry method, wherein the outer layer is compounded with the middle layer, the composite adhesive is used during compounding, and then the composite sheet is compounded with the inner layer, and the composite adhesive is used during compounding. The finished product after the compounding is cured in a curing chamber, so that the adhesive is fully crosslinked and cured. The temperature of the curing chamber is set to be 60 +/-5 ℃, and the curing time is not less than 7 multiplied by 24 h.

The composite sheet for medicine packaging is preferably used for packaging Chinese medicine honeyed pills.

The invention also provides a traditional Chinese medicine honeyed pill package prepared by using the composite sheet, which is characterized in that the composite sheet is formed into a bubble cap extending outwards by cold stamping forming, the inner layers of two pieces of cold stamping formed composite sheets are oppositely sealed by heat, and a sealing space for containing the traditional Chinese medicine honeyed pills is formed between the two bubble caps.

The experimental result of the invention shows that the composite sheet material has the following beneficial effects:

1. the composite sheet material has high breaking strength and large cupping value, and can meet the requirement of honeyed pills with common specification after cold stamping forming, such as

the requirement for packaging honeyed pills;

2. the composite sheet can be sealed and thermally sealed after being punched and formed, has high thermal sealing strength, forms a closed packaging system, and has reliable sealing and stable performance;

3. the composite sheet material of the invention can not be peeled or has large peeling strength between layers. The protection to the aluminum foil layer is excellent, and particularly, after the high cup-shaped protruding punch forming, the aluminum foil is not easy to have pinholes and composite delamination;

4. the composite sheet material has the advantages of light shading performance and high barrier performance, and the transmission amount of oxygen and water vapor is almost zero;

5. the composite sheet of the invention has no risk that the traditional package (PVC bubble cap) relates to vinyl chloride monomer and plasticizer, and each performance index completely meets the quality requirement of the medicine packaging sheet;

6. the space for containing the honeyed pills in the honeyed pill packaging structure is formed by butting the two bubble caps, so that the honeyed pill packaging structure has a larger containing space and can meet the packaging requirements of pills with different sizes and specifications. In the heat sealing stage, compared with the traditional Chinese medicine honeyed pill packaging structure on the market, the heat sealing of the final product can be finished without adopting an adhesive, and the preparation is convenient and quick.

7. The composite sheet can realize the automatic production of the traditional Chinese medicine honeyed pills, and improve the production efficiency;

8. compared with the existing package, the product quality of the traditional Chinese medicine honeyed pill is guaranteed within the effective period (36-60 months) more excellently.
