Background

Corrugated carton machinery has been developed from simple hand machines, semi-automatic machines to computer full-automatic machines in recent decades. The paper feeding part also generates chain manual paper feeding, paper pushing plate paper feeding driven by a crank guide rod, vacuum adsorption front edge paper feeding and the like according to different equipment and requirements. The chain paper feeding is that an operator puts a paper board on the paper feeding table and pushes the paper board to the lower part of a working roller by push plates on a plurality of rows of chains. Its advantages are high labour intensity, low efficiency and inaccurate paper feeding. The paper pushing plate paper feeding, the vacuum adsorption front edge paper feeding and the like are that paper boards are orderly stacked on a paper feeding table board, after work, the paper board to be printed or grooved is automatically pushed to the lower part of a conveying traction rubber roller, and the paper board is clamped to the lower part of a working roller by the rubber roller and a lower traction roller, so that continuous operation is realized. The problem arises that the positive pressure of the conveying pulling rubber roller and the lower pulling roller tends to crush corrugated paper boards, and the positive pressure is too small to pull out the paper boards from the lowest edge of the paper board pile. According to measurement and calculation, the positive pressure of the upper and lower traction rollers can reach more than 20 times of the pressure generated by the working rollers on the paperboard. Therefore, the strength of the corrugated board after printing, slotting or die cutting is reduced by at least 20 percent, and for a carton factory with strict requirements on the strength of the carton, the requirement is met only by increasing the gram weight of the corrugated board per square centimeter, and the cost of the carton is increased. According to preliminary statistics, the production capacity of a 100-sheet-per-minute aqueous printing and grooving machine is calculated according to the production net time of 5 hours per day and the working day of 200 days per year. The cost increased by increasing the gram weight of corrugated paper per square centimeter can reach 40-60 ten thousand yuan each year. Although the chain paper feeding does not have the phenomenon of collapse, the paper feeding precision is too low and the speed is too low. As shown in fig. 1, the present invention discloses a corrugated cardboard feeder, which comprises a paper feeding portion 1 and a paper feeding portion 2, wherein the paper feeding portion 1 is used for a worker to place a corrugated cardboard 11 thereon and then to feed the corrugated cardboard to the paper feeding portion 2, and the paper feeding portion 2 is used for feeding the corrugated cardboard 11 to a printing unit. The paper conveying part 1 comprises a conveying adsorption box 3 and a conveying roller 4, an opening is formed in the upper end of the conveying adsorption box 3, the conveying roller 4 is arranged in the conveying adsorption box 3, the upper end of the conveying roller 4 extends out of the opening in the upper end of the conveying adsorption box 3, the conveying adsorption box 3 is strong in adsorption force, the corrugated board 11 is guaranteed not to be in dislocation or slippage before being conveyed to the paper feeding part 2, and the paper feeding position is more accurate.

The paper feeding part 2 comprises a transfer adsorption box 5 and a transfer roller 6, an opening part 7 is arranged on one side of the transfer adsorption box 5, a negative pressure interface 12 is arranged on the other side of the transfer adsorption box, the transfer roller 6 is arranged in the transfer adsorption box 5, the inner part of the transfer adsorption box extends out of the opening part 7, and the transfer roller 4 drives a corrugated board 11 on the transfer roller to move towards the transfer roller 6.

The transmission roller 6 and the delivery roller 4 are driven by a servo motor, and the delivery roller 4 rotates intermittently, so that loading and unloading are facilitated. The linear velocity is stable and reliable, the corrugated board 11 is delivered without slippage, the paper feeding position is more accurate, and the paper can be fed into the printing unit. After delivering roller 4 and adsorbing and holding corrugated container board 11 and delivering under the roller 6, under the negative pressure adsorption of transmission adsorption tank 5, corrugated container board 11 can firmly laminate on roller 6, and then follow roller conveying of roller 6 and carry forward, in the inferior process, avoided prior art completely to adopt the problem that upper and lower roller leads to crushing corrugated container board 11, strengthened carton intensity. Furthermore, dust and the like on the printing surface of the corrugated board 11 can be adsorbed away, so that the quality of subsequent printing is further improved, and two problems in the prior art are solved at one time, thereby achieving two purposes.
