1. A safe small cage, comprising:

a cage body (10);

the driving trolley (11) is arranged at the top of the cage body (10), the cage body (10) and the driving trolley (11) are installed on a guide rail frame (14) of the elevator, and the driving trolley (11) is meshed with a main rack (15) in the middle of the guide rail frame (14) so as to realize the up-and-down motion of the safe small cage;

one end of the touch rod (18) is hinged with the top of the driving trolley (11), and the other end of the touch rod is connected with a steel cable (17) connected with the top of the cage body (10);

the middle part of the first brake lever (19) is hinged to one side of the driving trolley (11), the first brake lever (19) comprises a first trigger end and a first brake end which are oppositely arranged, and the first trigger end is abutted to the touch rod (18);

the two ends of the second tension spring (20) are respectively fixed at the first triggering end and the top of the driving trolley (11);

when the steel cable (17) is in a stretching state, the touch rod (18) props against the first trigger end, so that the first brake end and the guide rail bracket (14) are arranged at intervals; when the steel cable (17) is in a loose state, the touch rod (18) is separated from the first trigger end, so that the first brake end is propped against the guide rail bracket (14) to realize unloading.

A safety mini-cage as claimed in claim 1, wherein said trip bar (18) comprises a swing arm (181) and a first support arm (182) extending obliquely upward from said swing arm (181); one end of the swing arm (181) is hinged with the top of the driving trolley (11), and the other end of the swing arm is connected with a steel cable (17) connected with the top of the cage body (10); the first supporting arm (182) is used for abutting against the first triggering end to enable the first braking end and the guide rail bracket (14) to be arranged at intervals when the steel cable (17) is in a stretching state.

A safety mini-cage as in claim 2 wherein said protection means further comprises: a second brake lever (22) arranged symmetrically to the first brake lever (19); the middle part of the second brake lever (22) is hinged to the other side of the driving trolley (11), the first brake lever (19) comprises a second trigger end and a second brake end which are oppositely arranged, and the second trigger end is abutted to the touch lever (18);

4. a safety mini-cage as in claim 3 wherein said trip bar (18) further comprises a second support arm (183) symmetrically disposed with respect to said first support arm (182); the second supporting arm (183) is used for abutting against the second triggering end to enable the second braking end and the guide rail frame (14) to be arranged at intervals when the steel cable (17) is in a stretching state.

5. A safety mini-cage as claimed in claim 4, wherein the trip lever (18) further comprises an extension arm (184) for securing the first tension spring (21).

The safety small cage as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a variable frequency motor (13) and a reducer (12) provided on the driving trolley (11), wherein an output shaft of the variable frequency motor (13) is connected to the reducer (12), an output shaft of the reducer (12) is connected to a gear, and the gear is engaged with a main rack (15) on the rail frame (14) to realize the up-and-down movement of the safety small cage.

Background

The elevator plays an important role in the aspect of carrying out vertical transportation personnel and goods in the production process, and the safe reliability of the elevator is more and more emphasized by people.

At present, the domestic elevators generally adopt an emergency braking unit for safety guarantee. However, when the elevator is accidentally dropped, the gear of the emergency braking unit may be knocked off by a huge impact generated at the moment, so that the emergency braking unit fails and is dropped to be injured.

The invention provides a safe small-sized suspension cage, which can effectively solve the problems.

The invention is realized by the following steps:

a cage body;

the driving trolley is arranged at the top of the suspension cage body, the suspension cage body and the driving trolley are arranged on a guide rail frame of the elevator, and the driving trolley is meshed with a main rack in the middle of the guide rail frame so as to realize the up-and-down motion of the safe small suspension cage;

the middle part of the first brake rod is hinged to one side of the driving trolley, the first brake rod comprises a first trigger end and a first brake end which are arranged oppositely, and the first trigger end is abutted to the trigger rod;

two ends of the second tension spring are respectively fixed at the first triggering end and the top of the driving trolley;

when the steel cable is in a stretching state, the touch rod props against the first trigger end, so that the first brake end and the guide rail bracket are arranged at intervals; when the steel cable is in a loose state, the touch rod is separated from the first trigger end, so that the first brake end props against the guide rail frame to realize unloading.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: when the elevator falls accidentally, the steel cable is in a loose state, the touch rod is separated from the first trigger end, the first brake end is abutted against the guide rail frame to bear partial load, the unloading effect is realized, the normal work of the emergency brake unit is ensured, the elevator is safer to use, and the occurrence of safety accidents is reduced.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention. a cage body 10;

one end of a touch rod 18 is hinged with the top of the driving trolley 11, and the other end of the touch rod is connected with a steel cable 17 connected with the top of the cage body 10;

two ends of the first tension spring 21 are respectively fixed at the other end of the touch rod 18 and the top of the driving trolley 11;

a first brake lever 19, the middle of which is hinged to one side of the driving trolley 11, and the first brake lever 19 includes a first trigger end and a first brake end which are oppositely arranged, and the first trigger end is abutted to the touch lever 18;

two ends of the second tension spring 20 are respectively fixed at the first trigger end and the top of the driving trolley 11;

when the steel cable 17 is in a stretched state, the touch bar 18 abuts against the first trigger end, so that the first brake end and the guide rail bracket 14 are arranged at intervals; when the steel cable 17 is in a relaxed state, the touch bar 18 is separated from the first trigger end, so that the first brake end abuts against the guide rail bracket 14 to realize unloading.

As a further improvement, a friction structure or a blocking structure (such as a concave structure) is further added on two sides of the rail frame 14. In one embodiment, the two sides of the rail frame 14 are further provided with recessed structures arranged at intervals. When the steel cable 17 is in a loose state, the touch rod 18 is separated from the first trigger end, so that the first brake end abuts against the recessed structure of the guide rail frame 14 to realize preliminary unloading, and when the suspension cage body 10 falls down, the first brake end can rotate to be upwards occluded with the recessed structure to further realize unloading and prevent the suspension cage body 10 from falling down quickly. The shape of the concave structure is not limited, and the concave structure can be a circular, oval, square or other inward concave reinforcing ribs.

As a further modification, the trip lever 18 includes a swing arm 181 and a first support arm 182 extending obliquely upward from the swing arm 181; one end of the swing arm 181 is hinged with the top of the driving trolley 11, and the other end is connected with a steel cable 17 connected with the top of the cage body 10; the first supporting arm 182 is used for abutting against the first trigger end when the steel cable 17 is in a stretched state, so that the first braking end is spaced apart from the rail bracket 14.

As a further improvement, the protection device further comprises: a second brake lever 22 arranged symmetrically to the first brake lever 19; the middle part of the second brake lever 22 is hinged to the other side of the driving trolley 11, and the first brake lever 19 comprises a second trigger end and a second brake end which are oppositely arranged, and the second trigger end is abutted to the touch rod 18;

as a further improvement, the trip lever 18 further includes a second support arm 183 disposed symmetrically to the first support arm 182; the second supporting arm 183 is configured to abut against the second trigger end when the cable 17 is in a stretched state, so that the second braking end is spaced apart from the rail bracket 14.

As a further improvement, the trip lever 18 further includes an extension arm 184 for fixing the first tension spring 21.

The safe small-sized suspension cage further comprises a variable frequency motor 13 and a speed reducer 12 which are arranged on the driving trolley 11, and the driving trolley 11 is mechanically interlocked with a back wheel. The suspension cage body 10 and the driving trolley 11 are arranged on a guide rail frame 14 of the lifter, and the driving trolley 11 and the guide rail frame are driven in a gear and rack meshing mode. An output shaft of the variable frequency motor 13 is connected with the speed reducer 12, an output shaft of the speed reducer 12 is connected with a gear (not shown in the figure), and the gear is meshed with a main rack 15 on the guide rail frame 14 so as to realize the up-and-down movement of the safe small-sized suspension cage.
