8. The special-effect reflective coating according to claim 1, wherein said anti-settling agent is a polymeric polyamide wax.

9. The method for preparing the special effect reflective coating according to any of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:

(1) mixing the reflective powder and 50-80 wt% of solvent, stirring uniformly, wetting and soaking;

(2) adding cellulose resin, acrylic resin, a dispersing agent and the rest solvent into the mixture, and uniformly mixing and dispersing;

(3) and adding a leveling agent and an anti-settling agent, uniformly stirring, adjusting to proper viscosity by using a solvent, and filtering to prepare the special-effect reflective coating.

10. The method for preparing the special-effect reflective coating according to claim 9,

All the existing license plates adopt the light reflecting effect, and the number of the license plate can be clearly seen at night by people. The light-reflecting license plate is actually made of light-reflecting powder, and the numbers on the license plate can be seen very clearly by utilizing the characteristic of strong light reflection of the light-reflecting powder as long as the light is directly irradiated on the license plate. The countries for producing the reflective powder mainly comprise the United states, Japan and China.
