1. The acidified graphene reinforced chlorinated rubber anticorrosive primer is characterized by being prepared by mixing chlorinated rubber, resin, pigment and filler, an auxiliary agent, an aromatic solvent, a plasticizer and acidified graphene;

The acidified graphene reinforced chlorinated rubber anticorrosive primer according to claim 3, wherein the chlorinated rubber is pretreated: dissolving chlorinated rubber in an organic solvent according to the mass ratio of 1:10 to obtain a chlorinated rubber solution, heating to 80 ℃, keeping the temperature and stirring for 30min, then adding vinyl triethoxysilane with the mass of 1.8% of the chlorinated rubber solution, stirring for 2 h at the rotating speed of 500r/min, and then carrying out rotary evaporation to remove the organic solvent.

Along with the development of industrialization process and the rapid promotion of various infrastructure businesses in China, the chlorinated rubber coating is developed rapidly, the chlorinated rubber coating also has very rapid development and improvement in recent years, is widely applied to the field of corrosion prevention, and is widely applied to the protection of ships, port and wharf facilities, offshore oil production platforms, railway bridges, petroleum, chemical engineering, smelting, steel structure equipment, containers, pipelines, pipe frames, escalators, concrete storage tanks and plant structures, so that the chlorinated rubber coating is prevented from being corroded by media such as atmosphere, seawater and chemical engineering gases, the service life of the coating can be greatly prolonged, and a good decoration effect is achieved.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme.

An acidified graphene reinforced chlorinated rubber anticorrosive primer is prepared by mixing chlorinated rubber, resin, pigment and filler, an auxiliary agent, an aromatic solvent, a plasticizer and acidified graphene;

the acidified graphene is prepared by oxidizing graphene to obtain oxidized graphene, then carrying out acidification treatment to obtain an acidified graphene preparation body, and depositing a silicon-containing compound on the surface of the acidified graphene preparation body through chemical vapor deposition.

The chlorinated rubber, the resin, the pigment and filler, the auxiliary agent, the aromatic solvent and the plasticizer are mixed according to the following mass ratio: 25-30:18-22:12-16:2-4:21-25:1-2, wherein the addition amount of the acidified graphene is 1-1.2% of the mass of the chlorinated rubber, and the aromatic solvent is S100 aromatic solvent.

The chlorine content of the chlorinated rubber is 63.2%.

The chlorinated rubber is pretreated: dissolving chlorinated rubber in an organic solvent according to the mass ratio of 1:10 to obtain a chlorinated rubber solution, heating to 80 ℃, keeping the temperature and stirring for 30min, then adding vinyl triethoxysilane with the mass of 1.8% of the chlorinated rubber solution, stirring for 2 h at the rotating speed of 500r/min, and then carrying out rotary evaporation to remove the organic solvent.

The organic solvent is xylene.

The resin is obtained by mixing epoxy resin and alkyd resin according to the mass ratio of 1:3, wherein the epoxy resin is glycidyl ester epoxy resin.

The pigment filler is titanium dioxide, the auxiliary agent is an acrylic leveling agent, and the plasticizer is chlorinated paraffin;

wherein, the titanium dioxide content in the titanium dioxide is 98.5 percent, the water soluble substance is less than or equal to 0.4 percent, the pH value of the aqueous suspension is 6.5 to 7.8, the brightness is more than or equal to 98 percent, the oil absorption value is less than or equal to 22g/100g, and the reducing power (Reynolds value) is more than or equal to 110.

The preparation method of the acidified graphene comprises the following steps:

adding graphene into hydrogen peroxide with the mass fraction of 10% and 5 times of the mass of the graphene, stirring at normal temperature for 2 effects, filtering, washing and drying to obtain graphene oxide, uniformly dispersing the graphene oxide into maleic acid solution with the mass fraction of 5.5% and 5 times of the mass of the graphene oxide, stirring for 1 hour at 70 ℃, filtering, washing and drying to obtain an acidified graphene preparation body, and depositing a silicon-containing compound on the surface of the acidified graphene preparation body through chemical vapor deposition.

The silicon-containing compound is octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane.

The mass ratio of the octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane to the acidified graphene preparation is 1: 3.

According to the technical scheme, the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:

the acidified graphene reinforced chlorinated rubber anticorrosive primer prepared by the invention has good anticorrosive performance, good film-forming performance and compact coating, and the permeability of corrosion factors such as water vapor and oxygen to the coating is small, so that the acidified graphene reinforced chlorinated rubber anticorrosive primer has excellent resistance to air, moisture, acid, alkali and salt substances, can stand the action of atmosphere, ultraviolet rays, oxygen and cold and heat changes after being exposed outdoors for a long time, and is tough, wear-resistant and good in stability; according to the invention, the chlorinated rubber and the composite resin are cooperatively used, so that the film forming effect of the anticorrosive primer is greatly improved, the film forming toughness can be better improved, the silicon-containing compound is deposited on the surface of the acidified graphene preparation body through chemical vapor deposition, so that the prepared acidified graphene surface has various active groups, the dispersibility of the acidified graphene surface is greatly improved, and the silicon-containing compound and macromolecular chains in a coating system can be attracted and combined with each other to form a stable cross-linked network structure all day long, so that the toughness of a paint film is greatly improved, the brittleness defect of the chlorinated rubber is greatly reduced, and the service life of the paint film is obviously prolonged.
