A sewing method capable of quickly changing sewing stitch length and patterns is suitable for sewing patterns to woven fabrics and is applied to an arithmetic device and a control device, the control device is provided with a control module, a machine platform module for weaving the woven fabrics, a motor and a sewing needle, and is characterized in that: the sewing method comprises the following steps:

(A) the operation device divides the sewing pattern operation into a plurality of line segments;

(B) the computing device links each line segment to line segment information, each line segment information having a cloth moving speed setting related to a speed and direction of movement of the woven cloth relative to the sewing needle on a plane and a lower needle speed setting related to a speed of up-and-down movement of the sewing needle; and

(C) the control device receives the line segment information through the arithmetic device, and moves the woven cloth and the sewing needle according to the line segment information so as to change the sewing needle pitch of each line segment on the woven cloth.

2. The sewing method capable of rapidly changing the stitch gauge and the pattern according to claim 1, characterized in that: in step (B), the computing device receives a user operation to obtain the segment information.

The sewing method capable of rapidly changing the stitch gauge and the pattern according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the step (C), the control module controls the machine module to move the woven fabric on a plane relative to the sewing needle, and controls the motor to rotate to drive the sewing needle to move up and down.

the control device comprises a sewing module, a machine table module and a control module, wherein the sewing module is provided with a motor and a sewing needle which moves up and down under the linkage of the motor, and the machine table module is used for arranging the woven fabric;

the method is characterized in that:

the sewing mechanism further comprises an arithmetic device, wherein the arithmetic device divides the sewing pattern into a plurality of line segments and links each line segment to line segment information, and each line segment information has a cloth moving speed setting and a lower needle speed setting;

the control module is in signal connection with the arithmetic device, the sewing module and the machine platform module, the arithmetic device receives the line segment information, and controls the machine platform module to move the woven cloth and control the motor to be linked with the sewing needle according to the line segment information so as to change the sewing needle distance of each line segment on the woven cloth;

the cloth moving speed setting is related to the speed and the direction of the woven cloth moving on a plane relative to the sewing needle, and the lower needle speed setting is related to the speed of the sewing needle moving up and down.

7. The sewing mechanism of claim 6, wherein: the operation device comprises an operation interface which is suitable for being operated by a user to receive the input of the line segment information.

The sewing mechanism of claim 6, wherein: the machine platform module is provided with a first linear rail, at least one second linear rail and a working platform, wherein the extension direction of the second linear rail is angled to the first linear rail and is used for the first linear rail to be arranged, the working platform is arranged on the first linear rail and is used for weaving cloth, and the first linear rail and the second linear rail are controlled by the control module to enable the working platform to move on a plane relative to the sewing needle.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a sewing method and a sewing mechanism, and more particularly, to a sewing method and a sewing mechanism capable of quickly changing a sewing gauge and a pattern.

Background

The sewing control is an important part in the textile garment industry, the shoe industry and other industries, and in the existing sewing device, because the stitch length and the pattern of a thread to be sewn are not easy to be randomly regulated, when the thread or the pattern which is more complicated is to be sewn (or called embroidery), the finished sewing pattern is always rigid and has insufficient fineness. Moreover, in the current sewing machine, a plurality of shaft clamps are used to control the movement of the fabric on the plane relative to the sewing needle, however, the control of the plurality of shaft clamps needs to consider the cross effect, the programming is very complicated, and the sewing operation time is long.

Disclosure of Invention

A first object of the present invention is to provide a sewing method capable of quickly changing a sewing gauge and a pattern.

The invention relates to a sewing method capable of quickly changing sewing stitch length and patterns, which is suitable for sewing patterns to woven fabrics and is applied to a computing device and a control device, wherein the control device is provided with a control module, a machine platform module for arranging the woven fabrics, a motor and sewing needles, and the sewing method comprises the following steps:

(A) the operation device divides the stitching pattern operation into a plurality of line segments.

(B) The computing device links each line segment to line segment information, each line segment information having a cloth moving speed setting related to a speed and direction of movement of the woven cloth relative to the sewing needle on a plane and a lower needle speed setting related to a speed of up-and-down movement of the sewing needle.

(C) The control device receives the line segment information through the arithmetic device, and moves the woven cloth and the sewing needle according to the line segment information so as to change the sewing needle pitch of each line segment on the woven cloth.

In the sewing method capable of quickly changing the sewing stitch length and the figure of the invention, in the step (B), the operation device receives the operation of the user to obtain the line segment information.

In the step (C), the control module controls the machine module to move the woven fabric on a plane relative to the sewing needle, and controls the motor to rotate to drive the sewing needle to move up and down.

A second object of the present invention is to provide a sewing mechanism capable of changing a sewing gauge.

The sewing mechanism of the invention is suitable for sewing a sewing pattern to a woven fabric, and comprises a computing device and a control device.

The operation device divides the sewing pattern operation into a plurality of line segments and links each line segment to line segment information, and each line segment information has a cloth moving speed setting and a needle setting speed setting.

The control device comprises a sewing module, a machine table module and a control module, wherein the sewing module is provided with a motor and a sewing needle which moves up and down under the linkage of the motor, the machine table module is used for arranging the woven cloth, the control module is in signal connection with the arithmetic device, the sewing module and the machine table module, the arithmetic device receives the line segment information and controls the machine table module to move the woven cloth and control the motor to link the sewing needle according to the line segment information so as to change the sewing needle distance of each line segment on the woven cloth.

The cloth moving speed setting is related to the speed and the direction of the woven cloth moving on a plane relative to the sewing needle, and the lower needle speed setting is related to the speed of the sewing needle moving up and down.

In the sewing machine of the present invention, the arithmetic device includes an operation interface adapted to be operated by a user to receive an input of the line segment information.

In the sewing mechanism of the present invention, the machine module has a first thread rail, at least one second thread rail having an angle in the extending direction to the first thread rail and provided for the first thread rail, and a working platform provided on the first thread rail and provided for the woven cloth, and the first thread rail and the at least one second thread rail are controlled by the control module to enable the working platform to move on a plane relative to the sewing needle.

According to the sewing mechanism, the control module uses a computer numerical control technology.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: by dividing the sewing pattern operation into a plurality of line segments and linking each line segment to line segment information, the sewing needle pitch of each line segment on the woven fabric can be changed by respectively adjusting the cloth moving speed setting and the needle setting speed, so that the sewing pattern to be sewn can be finely presented, and a finished sewing product with fine lines and fine patterns can be obtained.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the sewing mechanism of the present invention is adapted to sew a sewing pattern (not shown) on a piece of fabric 9, and the sewing mechanism includes a computing device 2 and a control device 3.

The stitching pattern can be any figure or line, such as common flower and grass embroidery pattern, text, straight line, geometric line, and the like, without being limited thereto.

The arithmetic device 2 divides the graph or line operation of the sewing pattern into a plurality of line segments (not shown), and links each line segment to line segment information, each line segment information having a cloth moving speed setting and a lower needle speed setting.

The operation device 2 comprises an operation interface 21, and the operation interface 21 is adapted to be operated by a user to split the graph or line operation of the sewing pattern into a plurality of line segments and receive the input setting of the line segment information. That is, the user can operate the operation interface 21 according to actual requirements to arbitrarily split the graph or line of the stitching pattern to be stitched into line segments with required size and length, and input the information of any line segment to be set for each line segment.

The computing device 2 can be a computer, the operation interface 21 can be a mouse, a keyboard or a touch screen, and the sewing pattern can be in the form of a picture file.

The control device 3 includes a sewing module 31, a machine module 32 and a control module 33.

The sewing module 31 has a motor 311 and a sewing needle 312 which moves up and down by the motor 311. The sewing module 31 can be a sewing machine and is adapted to be arranged on a fixed sewing table 7.

The cloth moving speed setting is related to the speed and direction of the cloth 9 moving on the plane relative to the sewing needle 312, and the needle-down speed setting is related to the speed of the sewing needle 312 moving up and down.

The machine module 32 is configured to be disposed on the fabric 9, and has a first linear rail 321, two second linear rails 322 extending in parallel and having an extending direction at an angle to the first linear rail 321 and configured to be disposed on the first linear rail 321, and a working platform 323 disposed on the first linear rail 321 and configured to be disposed on the fabric 9, wherein the first linear rail 321 and the second linear rail 322 are controlled by the control module 33 to enable the working platform 323 to move on a plane relative to the sewing needle 312. The working platform 323 can move back and forth on the first thread rail 321 along the extending direction of the first thread rail 321, and the first thread rail 321 and the working platform 323 can move left and right on the second thread rail 322 along the extending direction of the second thread rail 322, so that the working platform 323 can drive the woven fabric 9 to move on a plane relative to the sewing needle 312.

The machine module 32 can be implemented by a sliding table device, a screw or a belt screw, or only has one second wire track 322, and the implementation mode and number thereof can be changed according to the actual requirement, which is not limited to this.

The control module 33 is in signal connection with the computing device 2, the sewing module 31 and the machine module 32, the computing device 2 receives the line segment information, and controls the machine module 32 to move the working platform 323 to link the fabric 9 according to the setting of the fabric moving speed, and controls the motor 311 to link the sewing needle 312 according to the setting of the needle descending speed, so as to change the sewing needle pitch of each line segment on the fabric 9.

Wherein the control module 33 can implement contour control using Computer Numerical control (Computer Numerical controller 01).

Preferably, the control device 3 further includes two cloth winding modules (not shown) respectively located at the upper and lower sides of the fabric 9 in fig. 1 for winding and conveying the fabric 9, so that the fabric 9 can be wound and conveyed forward (downward in fig. 1) for a predetermined distance after each sewing operation of a sewing pattern is completed, so as to perform the next sewing operation, and thus, the control device is suitable for continuous sewing operation of the long fabric 9 without reinstalling a new fabric 9 after each sewing operation.

When the sewing machine is actually used, a user selects the sewing pattern to be sewn, the sewing pattern is split into line segments with required lengths by operating the operation interface 21, respective line segment information is input for each line segment, the operation interface 21 is operated to transmit the line segment information to the control module 33, and after the control module 33 receives the line segment information, the control module 33 can control the machine platform module 32 to drive the woven fabric 9 to move forwards and backwards and leftwards and rightwards and control the motor 311 to drive the sewing needle 312 to move upwards and downwards according to the line segment information so as to change the sewing needle pitch of each line segment on the woven fabric 9.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, an embodiment of the present invention of a sewing method capable of rapidly changing a sewing gauge and a pattern is adapted to sew the sewing pattern to the fabric 9 and is applied to the sewing mechanism, and the sewing method capable of rapidly changing a sewing gauge and a pattern includes the following steps:

step 81: the arithmetic device 2 divides the stitching pattern operation into a plurality of line segments.

The operation device 2 accepts user operation settings to divide the graph or line operation of the sewing pattern into a plurality of line segments.

Step 82: the computing device 2 links each line segment to a piece of line segment information, each piece of line segment information having a cloth moving speed setting related to the speed and direction of movement of the cloth 9 on the plane with respect to the sewing needle 312 and a lower needle speed setting related to the speed of up-and-down movement of the sewing needle 312.

The computing device 2 receives a user operation to obtain the line segment information.

Step 83: the control device 3 receives the line segment information from the arithmetic device 2, and moves the woven cloth 9 and the sewing needle 312 according to the line segment information to change the sewing pitch of each line segment on the woven cloth 9.

The control module 33 controls the machine module 32 to move the fabric 9 on a plane relative to the sewing needle 312, and controls the motor 311 to rotate to drive the sewing needle 312 to move up and down.

Through the above description, the advantages of the present embodiment can be summarized as follows:

by dividing the sewing pattern operation into a plurality of line segments and linking each line segment to a piece of line segment information, the sewing needle pitch of each line segment on the woven fabric 9 can be changed by respectively adjusting the cloth moving speed setting and the needle setting speed, so that the sewing pattern to be sewn can be finely presented, and a fine and exquisite sewing finished product can be obtained.

Compared with the prior art in which a plurality of spindle chucks are used to control the respective axial directions, the present embodiment can also achieve the effect of shortening the operation time of sewing control by using the computing device 2 to split the line segment and controlling the plane movement and the up-and-down movement of the sewing needle 312 through the control device 3.

Moreover, the user can select the sewing pattern to be sewn through the operation interface 21, and the operation is convenient and quick.

In conclusion, the object of the present invention can be achieved.
