Technical Field

The invention relates to a double-channel self-resetting valve and a working method thereof.

Background

In the process of oil-way operation of the dissolved gas on-line monitoring device in most transformer oil, a valve needs to be installed for connecting the dissolved gas on-line monitoring device in the transformer oil and extracting an oil sample from a transformer body for real-time oil sample analysis, and meanwhile, the oil sample also needs to be directly obtained from the valve for off-line analysis. However, the following problems often occur in daily operations:

1. in the daily operation of the valve of the online monitoring device for the dissolved gas in the oil, operation errors exist at certain probability, and if the valve is switched in different states, the channel is forgotten to be switched back to the original state, so that the abnormal operation of the device is caused;

2. a sampling port of an oil valve of an online monitoring system for dissolved gas in oil is usually embedded in a needle valve mode, and the sampling port is opened and closed by adjusting the needle valve. After long-time operation, the tightness of the needle valve is reduced, and oil leakage is easy to occur;

3. in the process of operating the valve, if the channel is switched and the valve is closed, the whole valve is basically stressed, and when the external stress is uneven or is often influenced by external force, each interface of the valve is loosened or damaged at a certain probability in a long time, so that the oil leakage phenomenon is caused.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a double-channel self-resetting valve and a working method thereof, which can realize self-resetting after the valve is switched and prevent oil leakage.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a dual-channel self-reset valve comprises a valve body, three fluid channel interfaces are arranged on the valve body along the periphery of the valve body, and are communicated with each other in the valve body, a torsional spring limiting device is sleeved and fixed on the valve body above the fluid passage interface, the torsional spring limiting device comprises a cylindrical torsional spring mounting seat, a cylindrical limiting cylinder is coaxially and fixedly arranged in the torsional spring mounting seat, a torsional spring is coaxially sleeved outside the limiting cylinder, an arc-shaped limiting groove is arranged on the periphery of the torsion spring mounting seat, the tail end of the torsion spring is clamped at one end of the arc-shaped limiting groove, the head end extends outwards from the other end of the arc-shaped limiting groove, the center of the torsional spring limiting device is coaxially inserted with a valve core from top to bottom into the valve body, the top end of the valve core is controlled by a rotating handle to rotate, the lower surface of the tail end of the rotating handle is fixedly connected with an L-shaped plate to form a U-shaped groove, and the U-shaped groove is level with the torsion spring.

Furthermore, the three fluid channel interfaces are respectively a fluid inlet, a fluid outlet and a fluid sampling port, and the caliber of the fluid inlet is larger than the calibers of the fluid outlet and the fluid sampling port.

Furthermore, an annular cover plate is arranged on the top cover of the torsion spring mounting seat to prevent the torsion spring from falling off.

Furthermore, a fixed rod mounting ring is sleeved and fixed outside the valve body between the torsion spring limiting device and the three fluid channel interfaces, and a fixed rod is horizontally screwed outside the fixed rod mounting ring.

A working method of a double-channel self-resetting valve is carried out according to the following steps: firstly, when all parts are in a working state, the head end of the torsion spring is positioned in a U-shaped groove, a fluid inlet is communicated with a fluid outlet through a through hole of a core body, an oil path from the fluid inlet to the fluid outlet, when an oil sample needs to be extracted for real-time oil sample analysis, only a rotating handle needs to be rotated in a forward direction, the torsion spring is driven to rotate in the forward direction under the action of the U-shaped groove, the torsion spring rotates towards the tail end of the torsion spring in an arc-shaped limiting groove at the moment, torsion torque is generated by torsion, meanwhile, the rotating handle drives a valve core to rotate, sampling is carried out when the oil path is from the fluid inlet to a fluid sampling port, external force to the rotating handle is unloaded afterwards, the torsion spring rotates in a reverse direction under the action of the torsion torque, then the torsion spring is abutted to; when the valve needs to be closed, the rotating handle only needs to be rotated continuously in the reverse direction, the rotating handle is far away from the head end of the torsion spring and cannot rotate, but the valve core rotates to close the valve.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the torsion generated by the torsion of the torsion spring drives the rotating handle to automatically reset, so that the problem of abnormal operation of the device caused by misoperation is effectively solved, the time for pumping the oil sample can be better controlled, and the oil leakage phenomenon can be effectively prevented.

Detailed Description

In order to make the aforementioned and other features and advantages of the invention more comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.

As shown in figures 1-8, a dual-channel self-reset valve, which is made of 304 friction-resistant stainless steel, comprises a valve body 1, three fluid passage ports 2 are formed on the valve body along the periphery thereof and are communicated with each other in the valve body, a torsion spring limiting device 3 is sleeved and fixed on the valve body above the fluid passage ports, the torsion spring limiting device comprises a cylindrical torsion spring mounting seat 4, a cylindrical limiting cylinder 5 is coaxially and fixedly arranged in the torsion spring mounting seat, a torsion spring 6 is coaxially sleeved outside the limiting cylinder, an arc-shaped limiting groove 7 is formed on the periphery of the torsion spring mounting seat, the tail end of the torsion spring is clamped at one end of the arc-shaped limiting groove, the head end of the torsion spring extends outwards from the other end of the arc-shaped limiting groove, a valve core 8 is coaxially inserted into the valve body from top to bottom, the top end of the valve core is controlled to rotate by a rotating handle 9, the lower surface of the tail end, a U-shaped groove 11 is formed, and the U-shaped groove is level with the torsion spring.

In the embodiment of the invention, the three fluid channel interfaces are respectively a fluid inlet 12, a fluid outlet 13 and a fluid sampling port 14, the caliber of the fluid inlet is larger than the calibers of the fluid outlet and the fluid sampling port, so that the fluid inlet can be changed from being communicated with the fluid outlet to being communicated with the fluid sampling port when the valve core rotates, and the integrated design of the three fluid channel interfaces reduces the number of interfaces among components and enhances the safety performance of the valve.

In the embodiment of the present invention, an annular cover plate 15 is covered on the top of the torsion spring mounting seat to prevent the torsion spring from falling off.

In the embodiment of the invention, the valve body between the torsion spring limiting device and the three fluid channel interfaces is sleeved and fixed with a fixed rod mounting ring 16, and the outer side of the fixed rod mounting ring is horizontally screwed with a fixed rod 17, so that the overall stress of the valve can be effectively reduced, and the stability of the valve is further improved.

In the embodiment of the invention, the valve core comprises a core body 18 with a conical tip end downwards, the upper end of the core body is fixedly connected with a screw rod 19, the middle part of the core body is horizontally penetrated and provided with a through hole 20, the vertical position of the core body is limited and sealed by a sealing ring 21 and a valve core fastener 22 at the upper end of the core body, the valve core fastener is screwed and coaxially inserted on the valve core, the fluid passages are ensured to be positioned in the same module, the number of interfaces on the fluid passages is reduced compared with that of a conventional valve, and the risk of oil leakage is reduced; the head end of the rotating handle is clamped at the upper end of the screw rod and is fastened through a nut 23, the use of the sealing ring and the valve core fastening piece is conventional technology, and redundant description is omitted here.

In the embodiment of the invention, the opening direction of the U-shaped groove is consistent with the rotation direction of the head end of the torsion spring towards the tail end so as to drive the torsion spring to rotate and the torsion spring to reset, the top of the torsion spring is connected with the bottom of the U-shaped groove and the rotary handle is arranged to reset, and the tail end of the torsion spring is bent outwards and clamped on the outer wall of the torsion spring mounting seat after the arc-shaped limiting groove is formed.

In the embodiment of the invention, the upper end of the limiting cylinder is higher than the torsion spring mounting seat, and the limiting cylinder is provided with two limiting plates 24 along the upper surface of the circumference thereof, and the two limiting plates are both higher than the plane of the cover plate; the side of the position close to the head end of the rotating handle is fixedly provided with a limiting block 25 matched with the limiting plate, and the two limiting plates are matched with the limiting block to limit the transitional rotating handle to avoid the abnormal operation.
