The spray coating is a coating method in which a spray paint is dispersed into uniform and fine droplets by a spraying device with pressure and applied to the surface of an object to be coated. In order to improve the spraying efficiency of the existing spraying production line, workpieces are generally conveyed to spraying equipment through a conveying chain and a lifting appliance to realize continuous uninterrupted operation, paint is sprayed out from the spraying equipment to be adhered to the workpieces, and then the paint on the surfaces of the sprayed workpieces is solidified quickly, so that the surfaces of the workpieces are quickly treated.

However, after painting the existing workpiece, paint particles can be emitted into the air to form a large amount of irritant gas, which is not beneficial to the health of workers, the production line is long, and the irritant odor can be emitted in the transportation process of the workpiece on the production line after painting the paint, so that a gas filtering system matched with the production line in size is needed for gas filtering in order to maintain a tasteless or low-odor production environment, so that the manufacturing cost of the gas filtering system is high, and the difficulty of assembling the gas filtering system and the production line into a whole is also high.

one end of the air outlet pipeline 4 is communicated with a clean air outlet of the air filtering component 1, the other end of the air outlet pipeline is connected with a plurality of air blowing ports 6 penetrating through the lower surface of the conveying plate 3, the plurality of air blowing ports 6 are arranged on the outer edge of the lower surface of the conveying plate 3, and the blown clean air is arranged on the outer edge of the conveying plate 3 to form an outer air curtain blocking between the workpiece and the outside air;

in the process of conveying workpieces, the gas filtering component 1 works, a fan in the gas filter 103 works, polluted air with spraying particles on the inner side of the conveying plate 3 is extracted through a hose, the air extracting pipeline 5 and the air extracting opening 7, the polluted air is filtered by a filtering filter element in the gas filter 103 and then is discharged from the air outlet pipeline 4, clean air is blown out from the air blowing opening 6, an outer air curtain is formed on the outer edge of the conveying plate 3, the sharp nose smell emitted from the workpieces can be prevented from being scattered into the outside air, the outside air curtain is used for isolating the outside air, clean air above the inner side of the conveying plate 3 is also extracted during gas extraction, an inner air curtain is formed, the sharp nose smell generated by the workpieces can be completely extracted and purified, the sharp nose smell cannot be scattered into the outside space, and the healthy production workshop environment is guaranteed.

At least one conveying chain 2 is placed in the placing bin, and the spraying equipment 8 is arranged below the conveying chain 2 in the placing bin;
