The method for spraying the water-based environment-friendly matting agent on the surface of the rain boot comprises the following steps:

s1, preparing materials, preparing rain boots which are not sprayed, and preparing a water-based environment-friendly matting agent, wherein the preparation method of the water-based environment-friendly matting agent comprises the following steps: heating water, rubber and chemical raw materials for reaction, stirring, and carrying out plastic package for storage;

the rubber is latex and belongs to a commercial product.

The chemical raw materials comprise an accelerator, a stabilizer, stearic acid and an anti-aging agent, and the four chemical raw materials are added to react with water and rubber to prepare the aqueous environment-friendly matting agent.

S2, adding the aqueous environment-friendly matting agent obtained in the step S1 into a spraying device for spraying the aqueous environment-friendly matting agent as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 onto a rubber boot, and uniformly spraying the aqueous environment-friendly matting agent onto the outer surface of the rubber boot by a spraying device;

s3, drying the rain boots sprayed in the step S2 by using a drying box;

and S4, vulcanizing the dried rain boot in the step S3 by using vulcanization equipment to obtain a finished rain boot product.

The method of claim 7, wherein in step S2, the spraying process of the spraying apparatus is as follows: the rubber rain boots are placed in the grooves formed in the top of the recovery container, the first valve is opened, the delivery pump is controlled to be started, the fluid flow speed is accelerated by the delivery pump, the fluid enters the rectangular pipeline after passing through the input pipeline and is sprayed out through the nozzles, performing surrounding type spraying on the rubber rain boot, controlling a first motor and a second motor to start, when the first motor and the second motor operate, the torque is transmitted to the first reciprocating screw rod and the second reciprocating screw rod to drive the first nut, the second nut and the rectangular pipeline to reciprocate up and down, the rubber boots can be sprayed at different height positions, the automation degree is high, manual operation is not needed, and partial redundant aqueous environment-friendly matting agent drips after spraying, passes through the leakage hole, enters the aqueous environment-friendly matting agent recovery area for storage, so that waste is avoided, the second valve is opened, and the recovered aqueous environment-friendly matting agent is discharged through the discharge pipeline.

9. The method of claim 7, wherein the vulcanization temperature is controlled to 136-140 ℃ and the vulcanization time is controlled to 43-47 minutes in the step S4
