Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of servo motors, in particular to an integrated servo speed reduction motor.

Background

The servo motor is an engine for controlling mechanical elements to operate in a servo system, and is an auxiliary motor indirect speed changing device. In an automatic control system, an actuator is used to convert a received electrical signal into an angular displacement or velocity output on the motor shaft. The servo motor can control speed and position accuracy accurately, can convert voltage signals into torque and rotating speed, and is divided into two categories of direct current servo motors and alternating current servo motors. Up to now, most of high-performance electric servo systems adopt permanent magnet synchronous alternating current servo motors, and most of control drivers adopt all-digital position servo systems with rapid and accurate positioning, and the high-performance electric servo systems are mainly applied to high-precision positioning systems.

However, in the prior art, because the rotary encoder is often installed on the servo motor, the existing encoder and the rotor shaft have relative axial movement, the use performance of the encoder is poor, and the fixing structure of the encoder and the motor is very complex, so that the whole motor is large in size.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an integrated servo speed reduction motor which integrates a motor body, a servo drive and an encoder into a whole, has light weight, small volume, low noise and convenient use.

Detailed Description

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 3, the integrated servo deceleration motor includes:

the motor comprises a motor body, wherein the motor body comprises a shell 1 and a first end cover 2, a second end cover 3, the first end cover 2 and the second end cover 3 are respectively arranged at two ends of the shell 1, and a machine core is arranged in the shell 1;
