the client is used for carrying out user authentication and obtaining the authority of connecting a certain terminal peripheral after the authentication is passed; and the client outputs audio and video information after being connected to the terminal peripheral, and receives and displays the interactive audio and video information sent by the terminal peripheral.

The remote interaction system and the remote interaction method based on the television set have the advantages that the television set is used as a display unit through the connection of the terminal peripheral or the television set and the client, interactive audio and video information is controlled to be displayed on the television set, and remote interaction is realized. Meanwhile, the remote interaction system and the method are combined with the access module, can be combined with the terminal peripheral in a WEB webpage access mode, realize remote interaction, simplify the system and reduce the application cost of the remote interaction system, and are combined with the cloud server to provide audio and video information storage and management functions, so that historical data can be inquired and monitored conveniently. Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a first embodiment of a remote interactive system based on a television according to the present invention, which can be applied to home preschool education, remote medical diagnosis, remote elderly care and rescue, remote video conference, etc. The remote interactive system based on the television of the embodiment includes a first terminal peripheral 120, a second terminal peripheral 130, a first television 140, a second television 150, a client and a cloud server 110, wherein the first terminal peripheral 120 and the second terminal peripheral 130 are connected with the first television 140 and the second television 150 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the first terminal peripheral 120 and the second terminal peripheral 130 are connected with each other, the client is connected with the first terminal peripheral 120 and the second terminal peripheral 130 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the cloud server 110 is respectively connected to the first terminal peripheral 120 and the second terminal peripheral 130, wherein:

the first terminal peripheral 120 comprises a transceiver module 121, an audio/video module 124, a connection module 123 and a control module 122; the transceiver module 121 is configured to receive the audio and video information and send the audio and video information to a second terminal peripheral 130 connected to the transceiver module 121; the audio/video module 124 is configured to process the audio/video information to generate interactive audio/video information, and output the interactive audio/video information to the first television 140; the connection module 123 is configured to connect the first terminal peripheral 120 with the client, the first television 140 and the cloud server 110, and establish a connection with the second terminal 130; the control unit 122 is configured to control a plurality of interactive audio/video information to be played in a preset display mode on the screen of the first television 140. In the first embodiment, the client is configured to perform user authentication, and obtain the right to connect the first terminal peripheral 120 and the second terminal peripheral 130 after the user passes the authentication; and after the client is connected to the first terminal peripheral 120 and the second terminal peripheral 130, the client outputs audio and video information, and receives and displays the interactive audio and video information sent by the first terminal peripheral 120 and the second terminal peripheral 130.

It should be noted that, the remote interaction system in the first embodiment may include a plurality of terminal peripherals and a pair of televisions connected to the plurality of terminal peripherals in a one-to-one correspondence, and may implement one-to-many remote interaction, thereby satisfying the requirement of multi-user peer interaction. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a second embodiment of the remote interactive system based on a television according to the present invention, which can be applied to home preschool education, remote medical diagnosis, remote elderly care and rescue, remote video conference, etc. The remote interactive system based on the television of this embodiment includes a first television 220, a second television 230, a client and a cloud server 210, where the first television 220 and the second television 230 are connected to each other, the client is connected to the first television 220 and the second television 230 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the cloud server 210 is connected to the first television 220 and the second television 230, respectively, where:

the first television 220 comprises a transceiver module 221, an audio/video module 224, a connection module 223 and a control module 222; the transceiver module 221 is configured to receive the audio and video information and send the audio and video information to a second television 230 connected to the transceiver module 221; the audio/video module 224 is configured to process the audio/video information to generate interactive audio/video information and play the interactive audio/video information; the connection module 223 is configured to connect the first television 220 with the client, the second television 230, and the cloud server 210; the control unit 222 is configured to control a plurality of interactive audio/video information to be played in a preset display mode on the screen of the first television 220. Further, the first television 220 includes a storage unit, and the storage unit is configured to store the interactive audio and video information generated by the first television 220.

The second television 230 comprises a transceiver module 231, an audio/video module 234, a connection module 233 and a control module 232; the transceiver module 231 is configured to receive the audio and video information and send the audio and video information to the first television 220 connected to the transceiver module 231; the audio/video module 234 is configured to process the audio/video information to generate interactive audio/video information and play the interactive audio/video information; the connection module 233 is configured to connect the second television 230 with the client, the first television 220, and the cloud server 210; the control unit 232 is configured to control a plurality of interactive audio/video information to be played in a preset display mode on the screen of the second television 230. Further, the second television 230 includes a storage unit, and the storage unit is configured to store the interactive audio and video information generated by the second television 230.

In the second embodiment, the client is configured to perform user authentication, and obtain the right to connect the first television 220 and the second television 230 after the user authentication is passed; and after the client is connected to the first television 220 and the second television 230, the client outputs audio and video information, and receives and displays the interactive audio and video information sent by the first television 220 and the second television 230.

It should be noted that, the remote interaction system in the second embodiment may include a plurality of televisions, and one-to-many remote interaction may be implemented, so as to meet the requirement of multi-user peer interaction. It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the invention. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required by the invention.

Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
