Starting the motor 5, the motor 5 rotates the driving shaft 501, when the driving shaft 501 rotates clockwise, the driving shaft 501 rotates the first crankshaft 502, the first crankshaft 502 operates the first piston cylinder 601, the first piston cylinder 601 sucks the protective gas in the seal installation cavity 101 through the first gas pipe 603, then the second gas pipe 604 is sent into the protective gas box 4, then the protective gas is discharged into the seal installation cavity 101 through the exhaust pipe 405, the protective gas flows circularly, the protective gas absorbs the heat in the seal installation cavity 101, when the protective gas with heat moves into the heat dissipation cavity, the heat dissipation oil in the heat dissipation cavity absorbs the heat in the protective gas to cool the protective gas, so that the electric elements in the seal installation cavity 101 are dissipated heat, the electric elements are prevented from spontaneous combustion due to overhigh temperature, and the driving shaft 501 rotates the installation shaft 8 through the gear shaft transmission set 7 and operates the third piston cylinder 606, the third piston cylinder 606 absorbs the heat dissipating oil in the heat dissipating cavity, and then the heat dissipating oil is sprayed out through the atomizing nozzle 608 to increase the heat dissipating surface of the heat dissipating oil, so as to accelerate the heat dissipation of the heat dissipating oil, the mounting shaft 8 enables the fan blade 801 to rotate, the fan blade 801 absorbs the external air and blows the heat dissipated to the heat dissipating oil, the heat in the heat dissipating oil is blown away, the heat dissipation of the heat dissipating oil is performed, the heat dissipation of the protective gas can not be performed due to the temperature balance between the heat dissipating oil and the protective gas, when the inside of the sealed installation cavity 101 needs to be maintained, the threaded rod 402 is rotated to enable the sealing plate 401 to block the exhaust pipe 405, the protective gas is retracted into the protective gas box 4 through the first piston cylinder 601 for storage, then the air inlet pipe on the side wall of the first installation box 1 is opened to enable the external air to enter the sealed installation cavity 101, so that a worker can conveniently enter the sealed installation cavity 101 to maintain the electric elements in the sealed installation cavity 101, after the maintenance is completed, the air inlet pipe is closed, the driving shaft 501 rotates anticlockwise through the motor 5, the driving shaft 501 enables the second piston cylinder 602 to work through the second crankshaft 503, the second piston cylinder 602 sucks air in the sealed installation cavity 101 through the third air pipe 605 and the first air pipe 603 and then discharges the air into the power cavity, after the air is discharged, the exhaust pipe 405 is communicated with the protective gas box 4, protective gas in the protective gas box 4 is discharged into the sealed installation cavity 101, then the driving shaft 501 rotates clockwise, the protective gas flows circularly and radiates the inside of the sealed installation cavity 101, the input ends and the output ends of three groups of piston cylinders of the first piston cylinder 601, the second piston cylinder 602 and the third piston cylinder 606 are respectively provided with a one-way valve, in order to prevent the radiating oil from being insufficient due to the volatilization of the radiating oil, a radiating oil level sensor is arranged in the radiating cavity, the radiating cavity is connected with a radiating oil pipeline, a control valve is arranged on the radiating oil port, and utilize level sensor control valve's break-make, after the heat dissipation oil level reduces to a certain extent, the controller intercommunication adds certain heat dissipation oil to the heat dissipation intracavity, and it does not do not need to describe here again, the device is through making the protective gas circulation flow and absorbing the heat in seal installation cavity 101, absorbs protective gas's heat through the heat dissipation oil, then cools down the heat dissipation oil through flabellum 801, reaches the heat dissipation balance, reduces the temperature in seal installation cavity 101, and then prevents that the electrical component in seal installation cavity 101 from taking place the spontaneous combustion because of the high temperature.
