1. A component mounting apparatus includes:

a substrate holding device for holding a substrate;

a component supply device that supplies components;

a mounting head for holding the component supplied from the component supply device and mounting the component to the substrate held by the substrate holding device; and

a moving device for moving the mounting head,

the moving means includes one-direction moving means for moving the mounting head in one direction by a linear motor,

the one-direction moving device includes:

a substrate;

a pair of guide rails laid on the base body so as to extend parallel to the one direction;

a slider that is guided by the pair of guide rails so as to be movable in the one direction, and that holds the mounting head;

a stator that constitutes the linear motor and is held by the base so that a plurality of magnets are arranged in the one direction;

a mover having a coil to constitute the linear motor and disposed between the pair of guide rails on the slider; and

and a bracket fixed to the mover and holding a part of a wire for supplying power to the linear motor.

2. The component mounting machine according to claim 1,

the one-direction moving device is a device in which the base having a substantially frame shape is disposed at an upper portion of the component mounting machine and the mounting head is moved in a horizontal direction,

the slider is fixed with the mover at an upper portion thereof and is movable in the one direction below the base,

the bracket is fixed to the mover so as to protrude upward from between the pair of guide rails and from the base.

3. The component mounting machine according to claim 1 or 2,

the wire is held by a wire holder that covers the wire and has a bending portion that is displaced in the one direction in accordance with movement of the mover, one end portion of the wire holder being fixed to the bracket and the other end portion thereof being fixed to the base.

4. Component mounting machine according to any one of claims 1 to 3,

the linear motor is configured such that the stator penetrates the mover in the moving direction.

5. Component mounting machine according to any one of claims 1 to 4,

the mover has a plurality of outer surfaces around an axis of the mover itself parallel to the moving direction, and is fixed to the slider at one of the outer surfaces and the bracket at the other outer surface.

6. The component mounting machine according to claim 5,

a heat insulating material is interposed between the slider and the one of the plurality of outer surfaces fixed to the slider.

7. The component mounting machine according to claim 5 or 6,

the mover has three or more outer surfaces as the plurality of outer surfaces, and a cooler for cooling the mover is attached to one of the three or more outer surfaces, which is different from the outer surface fixed to the slider and the outer surface fixed to the bracket.

8. Component mounting machine according to any one of claims 1 to 7,

the bracket is made of aluminum alloy.

9. Component mounting machine according to any one of claims 1 to 8,

the bracket is configured to also hold a part of the wiring for supplying power to the mounting head.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a component mounting machine for mounting components such as electronic components on a substrate such as a wiring board.

Background

A general component mounting machine is a device that mounts components, which are supplied from a component supply device to a substrate held by a substrate holding device, onto the substrate held by the substrate holding device, and performs a component mounting operation by moving a mounting head having a component holding device that holds the components across the component supply device and the substrate holding device. The movement of the mounting head is performed by a head moving device, and for example, an XY robot type head moving device is configured to include a moving device that moves the mounting head in one direction and another moving device that moves the mounting head in another direction intersecting the one direction. Recently, for example, as described in the following patent documents, a case is also considered in which a linear motor driven device is used as a moving device.

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

In the case of a linear motor in which the mover has a coil, the coil can be energized in a state in which the mover moves, and therefore, for example, the component mounting machine described in the above patent document is configured such that a carriage is erected on a slider on which the mover is mounted, and a part of the wiring is held on the carriage. When the slider moves in a state of pulling the wire, a resistance load is generated by the wire. This resistance load imparts a rotational moment to the slider that may act as an obstacle to proper movement of the slider. That is, the practicability of the component mounting apparatus can be improved by considering the rotational moment applied to the slider due to the resistance load of the wiring. The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a component mounting apparatus having high practicability.

Means for solving the problems

In order to solve the above problem, a component mounting apparatus of the present invention includes:

a substrate holding device for holding a substrate;

a component supply device that supplies components;

a mounting head for holding the component supplied from the component supply device and mounting the component to the substrate held by the substrate holding device; and

a moving device for moving the mounting head,

the above-mentioned component mounting machine is characterized in that,

the moving means includes a one-direction moving means for moving the mounting head in one direction by a linear motor,

the one-direction moving device includes:

a substrate;

a pair of guide rails laid on the base body so as to extend parallel to the one direction;

a slider that is guided by the pair of guide rails, is provided so as to be movable in the one direction, and holds the mounting head;

a stator that constitutes the linear motor and is held by the base so that a plurality of magnets are arranged in the one direction;

a mover having a coil to constitute the linear motor and disposed between the pair of guide rails on the slider; and

and a bracket fixed to the mover and holding a part of a wire for supplying power to the linear motor.

The "bracket" herein refers to a so-called arm or a stand, and refers to a support member used, for example, when the object B is supported by the object a, one end portion of which is attached to the object a and the other end portion of which holds the object B.

Effects of the invention

In the component mounting apparatus of the present invention, the carriage holding a part of the wiring is mounted on the mover. That is, since the wiring is supported by the carriage at a position relatively close to the mover, the component mounting machine according to the present invention can reduce the rotational moment applied to the slider on which the mover is disposed, and can ensure appropriate movement of the slider.
