Background

In the existing intertillage and fertilization machinery adopting a small-sized cultivator as power, the fertilizing amount of a fertilizing system cannot be related to the walking of the cultivator and a rotary tillage system, and when the walking speed of the cultivator changes or stops, the fertilizing amount of the fertilizing system cannot timely change along with the walking speed, so that the fertilizing amount is not uniform or excessive fertilizer is applied.

The invention aims to provide a fertilization synchronous control system based on a small-sized cultivator, which can ensure that the fertilization speed of a fertilization machine hung on the small-sized cultivator can be automatically and synchronously adjusted along with the change of the walking speed, thereby ensuring uniform fertilization.

As a preferable scheme of the invention, the fertilizing device of the fertilizing synchronous control system based on the small-sized cultivator is provided with a fertilizing amount regulator, and the fertilizing amount regulator can be adjusted to change the fertilizer conveying amount of the fertilizing device when the speed of the fertilizing driver is constant, so as to meet the requirements of different crops or plots on the fertilizing amount.

Detailed Description

As shown in figure 1, the fertilization synchronous control system based on the small-sized tillage machine comprises a walking driving sensor, a walking speed sensor, a fertilization driving start-stop module, a fertilization driving speed regulator, a fertilization driver and a fertilization device. The control system is applied to the fertilizer application machine hung on the small tillage machine, in the operation process, when the small tillage machine hung on the fertilizer application machine starts to walk, the walking driving sensor transmits a walking signal to the fertilizer application driving opening and closing module, the fertilizer application driving opening and closing module controls the fertilizer application driver to start rotating, and the fertilizer application device starts to apply fertilizer; when the walking speed of the small tillage machine changes, the walking speed sensor transmits a walking speed signal to the fertilization driving speed regulator, and the fertilization driving speed regulator synchronously adjusts the running speed of the fertilization driver along with the walking speed signal, so that the running speed of the fertilization driver synchronously changes along with the walking speed of the small tillage machine, the fertilization amount of the fertilization device synchronously changes along with the running speed signal, and the uniform fertilizer application is ensured; when the small tillage machine stops walking, the walking driving sensor controls the fertilization driver to stop running through the fertilization driving start-stop module, and the fertilization device also stops fertilization, so that fertilizer waste is avoided.

As shown in figure 1, the fertilizing device of the fertilizing synchronous control system based on the small-sized cultivator also comprises a fertilizing amount regulator.
