Technical Field

The present invention relates to a filling method, in particular to a foam filling method.

Background

At present, the foam particles cannot be well utilized after being recycled, and a recycling mode with high value cannot be obtained.

Disclosure of Invention

The object of the present invention is to provide a foam filling method by which a filling member to be filled has strong firmness and robustness.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a foam filling method including: 1) laying a foam layer into the filling groove; 2) compacting the laid foam layer; 3) extruding glue into the first layer of foam simultaneously during the compaction of the foam layer in step 2); 4) paving a glue layer on the foam layer after the glue in the step 3) is dried; 5) repeating the steps 1) -4) to obtain a filled filling member.

Preferably, a pressing device including a pressing plate and a pressing cylinder connected to an upper end of the pressing plate is used in step 2).

Preferably, be provided with the glue in the pressure board and hold the chamber, the bottom of pressure board is formed with a plurality of glues and extrudes the hole, the upper end of pressure board be provided with communicate in the quick connector in glue holds the chamber.

Preferably, the glue extrusion hole upper cover is provided with a filter screen.

Preferably, the step 5) of obtaining the filled filling member further comprises flattening the surface of the foam layer located at the uppermost layer.

Preferably, the surface of the foam layer located at the uppermost layer is flattened by means of hot cutting using a steel wire.

According to the above technical solution, the foam filling method of the present invention comprises: 1) laying a foam layer into the filling groove; 2) compacting the laid foam layer; 3) extruding glue into the first layer of foam simultaneously during the compaction of the foam layer in step 2); 4) paving a glue layer on the foam layer after the glue in the step 3) is dried; 5) repeating the steps 1) -4) to obtain a filled filling member. The filled filling piece has stronger stability and firmness.

Additional features and advantages of the invention will be set forth in the detailed description which follows.

Drawings

The accompanying drawings, which are included to provide a further understanding of the invention and are incorporated in and constitute a part of this specification, illustrate embodiments of the invention and together with the description serve to explain the principles of the invention and not to limit the invention. Detailed Description

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.

In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, directional words included in terms such as "upper, lower, left, right, front, rear, inner, and outer" and the like merely represent the directions of the terms in a normal use state or are colloquially known by those skilled in the art, and should not be construed as limiting the terms.

Referring to the schematic filling manner shown in fig. 1, the foam filling method includes: 1) laying a foam layer into the filling groove; 2) compacting the laid foam layer; 3) extruding glue into the first layer of foam simultaneously during the compaction of the foam layer in step 2); 4) paving a glue layer on the foam layer after the glue in the step 3) is dried; 5) the above steps 1) -4) are repeated to obtain a filled packing element 1.

Through the implementation of the technical scheme, the filled filling member 1 has the advantages that the foam particles in the filling member 1 cannot fall off in the using process, and the filling member 1 has stronger stability and firmness under the fixed telephone effect of the glue.

In this embodiment, in order to further provide a structure for pressing the foam layer, it is preferable that a pressing device including a pressing plate 2 and a pressing cylinder 4 connected to an upper end of the pressing plate 2 is used in step 2).

In this embodiment, in order to further implement the operation of step 3), preferably, a glue containing cavity is arranged in the pressing plate 2, a plurality of glue extruding holes 3 are formed at the bottom of the pressing plate 2, and a quick-plug connector 5 communicated with the glue containing cavity is arranged at the upper end of the pressing plate 2. By connecting the pneumatic pressurizing means to the quick connector 5, glue is squeezed out and spread inside the foam layer, so that there is a glue connection between the foam particles. When the glue containing cavity needs to be cleaned, the quick-connection plug 5 is connected with the water pipe, water is injected into the glue containing cavity for cleaning, and substances which enable the glue to be easily dissolved are added into cleaning liquid when necessary.

In this embodiment, in order to make the glue spread as much as possible when being extruded, and achieve a better spreading effect, it is preferable that the glue extruding hole 3 is covered with a filter screen.

In this embodiment, in order to make the filling member 1 more beautiful, it is preferable that the surface of the foam layer located at the uppermost layer is flattened after the filled filling member 1 is obtained in step 5).

In this embodiment, in order to further provide a way of smoothing the surface of the foam layer, it is preferable to smooth the surface of the foam layer located at the uppermost layer by means of hot cutting using a steel wire.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.

It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the invention is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.

In addition, any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention is also possible, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present invention as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present invention.
