A pipeless telescopic rod is characterized in that an axis and a shifting wheel 1 are connected in a shell 2 through an axis stopping groove 12 and a stopping steel wire 9, a right steel sheet 4 and a left steel sheet 6 are wound on the axis 1 side by side, one end of each steel sheet is fixed on a steel sheet fixing groove 13 of the axis 1 through a screw, the other end of each steel sheet is mutually inserted into another steel sheet after being relatively twisted for 90 degrees through a conversion head 7, and then the steel sheets are connected together through a combination head 5.

The invention relates to a pipeless telescopic rod, which is in a structure similar to a steel tape, two steel sheets are wound on an axle center side by side and are sealed in a shell, the axle center rotates to extend or shorten the steel sheets, then the two steel sheets are correspondingly twisted by 90 degrees through a conversion head to form a vertical T-shaped structure, so that the two steel sheets form a T-shaped structure which supports each other after being extended, and become two steel sheets wound on the axle center side by side after being shortened.

The invention has the technical effects that: the telescopic rod has the technical effects that the telescopic rod does not use a pipe, but adopts a steel sheet winding mode, so that the minimum storage height can be not higher than 70 mm or even smaller, and a so-called pocket mode is realized.

Detailed Description

The concrete structure of the pipeless telescopic rod of the invention is described below according to the drawing; in fig. 1, 1 is a shaft center and a thumb wheel, 2 is a housing, 3 is a brake pad, 4 is a right steel piece, 5 is a coupling head, and 6 is a left steel piece.

The following describes a specific embodiment of the pipeless telescopic rod according to the drawings; the right steel sheet 4 and the left steel sheet 6 are wound on the shaft center 1 side by side, the top ends of the two steel sheets are fixed on the steel sheet fixing groove 13, a rectangular notch is formed in the center of one steel sheet, a corresponding rectangular notch is also formed in the edge, close to the other steel sheet, of the other steel sheet, and when the two steel sheets pass through the conversion head 7, the two steel sheets are twisted by 90 degrees relatively and are mutually inserted into the other steel sheet. Two steel sheets are connected to the combining head 5 through the converting head 7 and then fixed together, the two steel sheets are wound on the shaft center side by side after being retracted, the inner circle of the retaining steel wire 9 is clamped on the shaft center retaining groove 12, the outer circle of the steel wire 9 is clamped on the shell retaining groove 14 to prevent the shaft center from being separated from the shell, once the radial tension exceeds the clamping force of the steel wire, the shaft center can be separated from the shell, and the assembly and the maintenance are convenient.

When the brake block 3 is pushed forwards, the steel sheet is pressed to be fixed, and when the brake block is pulled backwards, the steel sheet is loosened to be free to rotate.

The steel sheet can be retracted by rotating the thumb wheel 1 anticlockwise, the telescopic rod is shortened, and the telescopic rod can be lengthened by directly pulling the joint head 5. The thumb wheel 1 may be additionally provided with a motor to realize electric driving.

In order to increase the strength, the steel plate can be formed into an H shape or a pi shape by 3 steel plates, and can be formed into a mouth shape or other shapes by 4 steel plates.

The pipeless telescopic rod of the invention has wide application, can be made into a camera monopod, a lamp bracket and a camouflage net support frame, and also can be made into a tripod by using 3 pipeless telescopic rods, and 4 pipeless telescopic rod groups of lifting platforms or elevators.
