The flat valve 24 controls the ash discharging pipeline to discharge ash into the sealed box 25 through the air cylinder 26, one end of the air cylinder 26 is connected with the compressed air pipe, the compressed air pressure is 0.4-0.7Pa, and a sealing gasket must be sealed between the two flanges during installation. The flat valve is installed horizontally, and the flat valve 24 includes: the device comprises an actuating mechanism, a valve body, an inserting plate, a sealing device and a travel switch. The flat valve 24 is set to open once within 10 minutes for ash discharge, namely, a time relay sends an instruction to a pneumatic control system of the flat valve, an air source of the pneumatic control system outputs an instruction to an actuating mechanism, the actuating mechanism drives the inserting plate to be pushed outwards, the flat valve is opened, otherwise, the inserting plate valve is closed, and the inserting plate of the flat valve is pushed inwards. The plate valve 24 is of a fully-closed structure, has good protection performance and can meet all-weather requirements, and the pressure of an inner cavity can be automatically released when the plate valve is closed, so that the use safety is ensured. When the gate valve is fully opened, the channel is smooth and linear, no pressure loss exists, and the inlet and the outlet of the flat gate valve are sealed in two directions; and the structure can achieve the purpose of easily opening and closing the valve.

The lower end of the flat valve 24 is connected with an air pipe through a pair of flanges and screws and nuts, the height of the air pipe is 300mm, the thickness of the air pipe is 4mm, the air pipe is welded with an ash box cover of the sealing box body 25, and the ash box cover is made of a steel plate with the thickness of 4 mm. The welding seal box body is manufactured by using L70X70 angle steel, 12# channel steel and a steel plate with the thickness of 4mm, the seal box body is sealed, dust is prevented from overflowing and flying, the environment is polluted, the dust collection box 27 is arranged in the two seal box bodies 25, the dust collection box 27 is manufactured by using 16# channel steel and a steel plate with the thickness of 12mm, and the dust collection box 27 has the functions of collecting dust and transporting away dust.

A small hole with the diameter of 80mm is formed below the near ends of the ash collecting cone body 21 and the air inlet pipe 22 and is connected with an air pipe with the outer diameter of 76mm, the wall thickness of 3mm and the length of 150mm, and the welding is stable without air leakage; a small hole with the diameter of 80mm is formed in the same direction of the opening of the ash box cover of the sealed box body 25 and the opening of the air inlet pipe 21, and the small hole is connected with an air pipe with the outer diameter of 76mm, the wall thickness of 3mm and the length of 150mm, so that the welding is stable and no air leakage exists; an air regulating valve 28 is installed on an air duct connected to an ash box cover of the airtight box body 25, and the air regulating valve 28 is supported by a pallet (not shown). Two tuber pipes communicate through DN 80's plastic pipe 29 between, and two tuber pipes and plastic pipe 29 form the back flow, and the back flow is used for purifying the floating dust that rises in the sealed box when taking out environmental protection dust collecting equipment row ash, controls the amount of wind of back flow through the air regulator valve, reaches the purpose of detaching the internal raise dust of sealed box.
