The invention relates to a vertical hook structure of a jacquard and a vertical hook component thereof, in particular to a novel structure of a driving and attracting vertical hook of a jacquard component, belonging to the technical field of jacquard structures.

Background

With the wide application of the electronic jacquard, the number and the yield of the matched jacquard components are greatly improved. The jacquard assembly is the main actuator of the electronic jacquard machine for forming the openings, and determines to a great extent the quality, cost and production efficiency of the textile products. In actual production, the jacquard machine is usually in a long-term operation state. Therefore, the performance of the jacquard components and parts thereof has a very high influence on the reliability of the whole machine.

The vertical hook is a key part of a jacquard component, the main part of the vertical hook structure of the existing jacquard comprises a hook body, a tongue spring and a through wire, and the attraction and the release between a movable iron and an electromagnet are realized through the reciprocating motion of the vertical hook structure on a pulley combination and the on-off of the electromagnet. In the suction process, due to the existence of the reed structure, the reed generates elastic tension to be applied to one end of the moving iron, so that the other end of the moving iron can be in close contact with the electromagnet for suction. Although the contact type suction method is firm, the two main disadvantages of impact abrasion and release delay are generated at the same time. In the contact attraction process of the moving iron and the electromagnet, once attraction is performed, one impact can occur between the moving iron and the electromagnet. Such frequent impacts place very high demands on the fatigue and wear resistance of the moving iron and the electromagnet, and even of the entire hook assembly. In the past, the abrasion of other parts of the jacquard machine assembly is aggravated, and the service life of the jacquard machine assembly and the stability and reliability of operation are directly influenced. In addition, in a working environment, some oily substances and dust are inevitably adhered to the contact surface of the moving iron and the electromagnet, and certain resistance is caused to the releasing process after the attraction, so that the time delay is caused, and the quick release cannot be realized. Once the release is delayed, the fabric quality is affected, causing fabric defects.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned various problems, and therefore provides a new-structure hook for a jacquard and a new-structure hook assembly for the same, which mainly solve two major technical problems of wear of components and delay in release of a conventional hook. By optimizing the structure of the vertical hook, the invention obtains the vertical hook with the novel structure of the jacquard, which has excellent fatigue resistance, effectively reduces the abrasion of the components of the jacquard, prolongs the service life of the components of the jacquard and further improves the overall operation reliability of the jacquard.

In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

the novel-structure vertical hook of the jacquard comprises a vertical hook body, a hook body part, a harness cord connecting part and a lifting knife matching part, wherein the hook body part, the harness cord connecting part and the lifting knife matching part are positioned on the vertical hook body.

the matching relation between the vertical hook and the moving iron is as follows: when the vertical hook is lifted, the auxiliary attraction boss of the vertical hook applies lateral thrust to the hook part of the moving iron, so that the first rotating arm of the moving iron is far away from the vertical hook, the second rotating arm is close to the electromagnet, and finally, the attraction part at the end part of the second rotating arm and the electromagnet keep an effective non-contact attraction distance.

The novel structure of the vertical hook of the jacquard machine cancels the reed of the traditional vertical hook, replaces the reed with an auxiliary suction boss, and controls the position, the size and the precision of the auxiliary suction boss through a pipe so as to achieve the aim of auxiliary suction. Because the tongue of the traditional vertical hook is flexibly connected with the vertical hook, when the movable iron is in contact with the tongue, the movable iron and the tongue are actually in elastic contact, and the elastic force generated by the tongue acts on one end of the movable iron, so that the other end of the movable iron is attracted with the electromagnet. In order to achieve the reliability of attraction, the traditional hook component considers the problem of elastic failure of the reed in the long-term use process, the elastic force of the reed is often designed to be far larger than the expected attraction force at the beginning of the design, and the design can change the contact attraction between the moving iron and the electromagnet into impact attraction, so that the problem of impact abrasion is brought. Therefore, the auxiliary attraction boss adopted by the invention changes the established thought of the traditional vertical hook structure, the flexible contact between the vertical hook and the moving iron is changed into the rigid contact through the rigid boss which is arranged on the vertical hook body in a protruding way, the contact mode is easier to control the design of the vertical hook body and the configuration between the vertical hook body and each matched part, the contact force between the auxiliary attraction boss of the rigid structure and the moving iron is constant, the adverse effects of fatigue wear and the like caused by gradual change of the elastic force of the tongue spring can be solved, and the most important point is that the position size precision of the auxiliary attraction boss can be controlled, so that the moving iron and the electromagnet are always in an effective non-contact attraction state. The attraction state avoids the direct contact between the moving iron and the electromagnet, the two magnets cannot be impacted, the performance is more stable, the abrasion of other parts of the jacquard machine assembly cannot be aggravated due to the impact, and the operation reliability and the service life of the jacquard machine are effectively guaranteed. In addition, due to the fact that the movable iron and the electromagnet are in a non-contact attraction state, when the electromagnet is powered off, the movable iron can respond quickly in the first time, no resistance exists in the releasing process of the movable iron, the movable iron and the electromagnet are effectively and quickly released, and finally the quality of the fabric is fully guaranteed.
