The descaling device provided by the invention can be used for supplying a descaling agent liquid to a pipeline of an internal part of the electronic toilet for descaling after a solid descaling agent is added for one time and then clean water is supplied for multiple times for dissolving the solid descaling agent according to a product instruction, so that the problem that the internal functional module of the electronic toilet fails due to blockage caused by accumulation of scale is solved, the service life of the part is prolonged, and the product use experience of a user is improved.

In one embodiment, the re-opening the electromagnetic on-off valve 3 after the preset mixing time, specifically includes:

after the preset mixing time, the electromagnetic switch valve 3 is opened for the preset pipeline filling time, the product switch electromagnetic valve 7 is closed, and after the preset descaling time, the product switch electromagnetic valve 7 is opened again.

Or the user can regularly remove the scale for a plurality of times in the subsequent product using process under the condition of additionally installing the scale removing particles for one time, so that the aim of conveniently using the scale removing particles for a plurality of times by additionally installing the scale removing particles for one time by the user is fulfilled.

When the descaling is finished, the product is restarted to feed water, on one hand, the water scale residue after the inner pipeline of the product is decomposed by the new water supply of the product can be flushed out through the nozzle holes, on the other hand, the residual fixed particle descaling agent in the descaling device body can be completely dissolved, and the inner cavity of the shell of the descaling device body is cleaned and dried.

This embodiment is through closing the scale removal time with product switch solenoid for scale removal mixed liquid can fully decompose the incrustation scale at the inside pipeline of product, improves the scale removal effect.

As the best embodiment of the invention, the automatic descaling device comprises a descaling device body 1, a descaling device body fixing seat 2, an electromagnetic switch valve 3, an electromagnetic switch valve fixing seat 4 and a one-way valve 5. The descaling device body 1 is preferably transparent or translucent so that the user can observe the internal liquid level. The descaling device body 1 can be inserted downwards and rotationally fixed on the descaling device body fixing seat 2, and can also be rotated reversely and taken out upwards.

The descaling device body 1 comprises a shell 14 of the descaling agent cavity 12, an isolation screen 16 and an upper cover 17, wherein the isolation screen 16 is arranged at the bottom of the descaling agent cavity 12 and sleeved on the shell water inlet pipe 11, an end head 15 is arranged at the bottom of the shell 14, the end head 15 is inserted into the descaling device body fixing seat 2 and is detachably connected with the descaling device body fixing seat 2, one end of the shell water inlet pipe 11 is inserted into the body fixing seat 2 and is communicated with a body fixing seat water inlet 21, and the other end of the shell water inlet pipe extends into the shell 14 from the end head 15.

The cover 17 is removable from the housing to allow the user to load the descaling particles and is screwed onto the housing 14 and sealed by the cover gasket 18. An isolation screen 16 is placed at the bottom of the descaling agent cavity 12 of the shell 14 to isolate the descaling particles from blocking the saturated solution outlet pipe formed at the bottom of the shell between the periphery of the shell water inlet pipe 11 and the inner cavity wall of the shell 14. The end 15 is preferably a round end, the excircle of the end is preferably provided with a spiral structure and a fixing buckle so as to be detachably connected with the descaling device body fixing seat 2, the inner hole of the round end is separated into an inner layer space and an outer layer space, the hollow part is a shell water inlet pipe 11, and the periphery of the water inlet pipe is communicated with a clearance descaling saturated solution outlet 22 formed between the inner cavity wall of the shell 14.

The descaling device body fixing seat 2 and the solenoid valve fixing seat 4 are integrated into a whole through a locking structure to save space, and the descaling device body fixing seat 2 is provided with an inner spiral groove matched with a saturated solution outlet end of a body shell and a fixing structure to fix the body shell 14. The inside of the fixed seat 2 of the descaling device body comprises a water inlet cavity 23 and a solution outlet cavity 24 which have different diameters, and the water inlet cavity 23 and the solution outlet cavity 24 are respectively in sealing fit with the shell water inlet pipe 11 at the outer lower end of the descaling device body 1 and the water inlet pipe sealing ring 111 and the end sealing ring 151 on the end head 15 to form two separated water inlet cavities 23 and solution outlet cavities 24.

The electromagnetic switch valve 3 is a switch for opening and closing the descaling device, when the electromagnetic switch valve is opened for descaling initialization, the opening time of the electromagnetic switch valve is controlled, so that a certain volume of product water flow enters a shell water inlet pipe in the middle of the inner cavity of the outer shell of the descaling device body, then enters the inner cavity of the shell, is mixed with descaling particles sealed in the inner cavity of the outer shell, and forms saturated dissolution. When the descaling function is formally started, the electromagnetic switch valve is opened again, the saturated solution in the shell of the descaling device body is extruded out from the output port at the bottom of the shell by the new inflow water flow, and is mixed with the product water flow in a certain proportion after passing through the external one-way valve, and flows through the subsequent components along with the product water flow for descaling, and when the electromagnetic switch valve is closed, the descaling function is stopped.

The electromagnetic valve fixing seat 4 is provided with an electromagnetic switch valve fixing seat water inlet 41 and a descaling mixed liquid water outlet 42, a structure similar to a three-way valve is integrated inside the electromagnetic switch valve fixing seat 4, and a part of water flow of the electromagnetic switch valve fixing seat water inlet 41 enters the descaling device body 1 through the body fixing seat water inlet 21 under the control of the electromagnetic switch valve 3. The descaling saturated solution flowing through the one-way valve 5 after flowing out of the descaling device body 1 is mixed with the water flow of the water inlet 41 of the electromagnetic switch valve fixing seat in the three-way structure space arranged in the electromagnetic switch valve fixing seat 4, then flows out of the descaling mixed liquid outlet 42 and flows through the subsequent parts along with the water flow of the product to descale. Of course, if space permits, a separate three-way valve may be provided around the periphery of the device so that the product influent mixes with the saturated descaling solution and then flows through the subsequent components.

When the product descales, the mixed descaling liquid flow can flow through each pipeline inside the product and flow out from the nozzle, and the water supply of the product is stopped when the mixed descaling liquid is filled in each pipeline inside the product for a certain time, so that the mixed descaling liquid stays in the pipeline inside the product for a certain time, and the mixed descaling liquid fully reacts with the scale integrated inside the pipeline to decompose the scale. Because the amount of the mixed liquid used for filling the pipeline inside the product for descaling is very small each time, the procedure can be circulated for a plurality of times until the descaling agent saturated solution inside the cavity at the upper part of the descaling device body is completely diluted by the inlet water. When the descaling particles stored in the descaling agent cavity 12 are exhausted, the user can take the descaling device body 1 out of the descaling device body fixing seat 2 by rotating and upwards, open the outer cover and add the descaling particles again so as to start a new descaling round.

According to the invention, through the independent descaling device which can be conveniently dismounted from the product, the problem that the descaling of internal parts cannot be realized in the existing electronic toilet without an internal water tank and a water pump is solved, and a user can conveniently dismount the descaling device body from the product, add descaling particles and reassemble the descaling device body on the product for use.
