Background

The compression cavity in the existing reciprocating air compressor structure is composed of two parts of a cylinder body and a piston, and because the compression cavity is combined in a split mode, the phenomenon of air leakage is inevitably generated during working, and in order to stop leakage, a sealing ring needs to be arranged between gaps or the precision of coupling of the compression cavity and the piston is improved. However, the better the sealing performance, the greater the resistance of the piston movement, the higher the precision, the more difficult the manufacturing process, either energy consumption or manufacturing cost.

Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a totally-enclosed integrated movable compression cavity, which is a closed whole except an air inlet and an air outlet, so that the problem of air leakage of the compression cavity is thoroughly solved.

The invention relates to a totally-enclosed integrated movable compression cavity, which is sleeved in a cylinder body by an outer hoop and an inner bag, and the top of the compression cavity is connected with a piston and moves along with the piston. The outer hoop is hard and has the function of compression resistance; the inner bag is soft and serves to prevent leakage.

The top of the inner bag is connected with the top of the outer hoop into a whole, the bottom of the inner bag is connected with the plane of the upper part of the fixed bedplate into a whole, and the periphery of the bag body is clung to the periphery of the upper part of the inner side of the outer hoop and the inner arc of the fixed bedplate but is not connected.
