1. A capsule having long and short radial lines, comprising:

the capsule comprises a capsule body, a plurality of elastic pieces and a plurality of elastic pieces, wherein one end of the capsule body is provided with an open end, the open end is provided with a long radial line and a short radial line, when the long radial line of the open end deforms under an external force, the length of the long radial line is increased, the length of the short radial line is correspondingly reduced, or the length of the long radial line is reduced, the length of the short radial line is correspondingly increased, and the capsule body is accommodated in an accommodating space arranged in an accommodating body; and

a sealing film connected with the open end to seal the open end through the sealing film so as to form a closed space inside the capsule body;

wherein, the capsule body and the container body are both made of elastic materials.

2. The capsule according to claim 1, wherein the accommodating space is disposed between two ends of the accommodating body, and two ends of the accommodating space are respectively provided with a filter, so that the capsule body is sandwiched between the two filters.

3. The capsule according to claim 2, wherein the vessel is made of a transparent material.

4. A capsule according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the two ends of the long radial line are attached to the inside of the container or one end of the long radial line is attached to the inside of the container, and the other end of the long radial line is spaced from the inside of the container.

The capsule according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the capsule body contains a content therein, and is a colored capsule, such that when the two ends of the long radial line of the capsule body are attached to or close to the inner side of the container, the container is made of a transparent material, thereby indicating the positions of the two ends of the long radial line in the container.

6. A capsule having long and short radial lines and a tubular hydrophobic container for holding the capsule, comprising:

the container body is internally provided with an accommodating space which is arranged between two ends of the container body, and two ends of the accommodating space are respectively provided with a filter body;

the capsule body is accommodated in the accommodating space and clamped between the two filter bodies, one end of the capsule body is provided with an open end, the open end is provided with a long radial line and a short radial line, when the open end deforms under an external force, the long radial line and the short radial line deform correspondingly, and the capsule body is accommodated in an accommodating space arranged in an accommodating body; and

a sealing film connected with the open end to seal the open end through the sealing film so as to form a closed space inside the capsule body;

wherein, the capsule body and the container body are both made of elastic materials.

7. The capsule and the tubular hydrophobic container for holding the capsule as claimed in claim 6, wherein the container is made of transparent material.

8. The capsule according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the two ends of the long radial line are attached to the inner side of the container or one end of the long radial line is attached to the inner side of the container, and the other end of the long radial line is spaced from the inner side of the container.

9. The capsule according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the capsule body contains a content therein, and is a colored capsule, so that when the two ends of the long radial line of the capsule body are attached to or close to the inner side of the container, the container is made of transparent material, thereby displaying the positions of the two ends of the long radial line in the container.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a capsule having long and short radial lines and a tubular hydrophobic container capable of supporting the capsule, and more particularly, to a capsule in which a partial sealing film is separated from a capsule body by pressing the long radial lines of the capsule body, and a tubular hydrophobic container supporting the capsule.

Background

In known filter cigarettes, the filter may consist of a cellulose acetate tow plug wrapped in a porous plug wrap. A filter cigarette having a multi-component filter comprising two or more segments of filter material for removing particulates and gaseous components of mainstream smoke.

Many smoking articles in which an aerosol-forming substrate (such as tobacco) is heated rather than combusted have been proposed in the art. In a heated smoking article, an aerosol is generated by heating an aerosol-forming substrate, wherein the aerosol is generated via electrical heating, or via heat transfer from a combustible fuel element or heat source to the aerosol-forming substrate. During smoking, volatile compounds are released from the aerosol-forming substrate and become entrained in the air drawn through the smoking article, which is heated by heat transfer from the heat source. The released compounds condense as they cool, forming an aerosol for the consumer to inhale. Smoking articles of this kind are also known, in which the nicotine-containing aerosol is generated from tobacco material, tobacco extract or other nicotine source, which does not require combustion and in some cases heating, but rather, for example, via a chemical reaction.

It is known to incorporate flavourant additives into smoking articles to provide additional flavour during smoking by the consumer. Flavorants may be used to enhance the tobacco flavor produced upon heating or burning the tobacco material in the smoking article, or to provide additional non-tobacco flavors, such as mint or Menthol (Menthol).

Flavour additives used in smoking articles, such as menthol, typically take the form of a content flavour, which is incorporated into the filter or tobacco rod of the smoking article using a suitable content carrier. Content flavourants are typically volatile and therefore may be transferred or evaporated from the smoking article during storage. Thus, the amount of flavor used for mainstream smoke odor during smoking is reduced.

It has previously been proposed to encapsulate flavourants, for example in capsule or microcapsule form, to reduce the loss of flavourant from the smoking article. The encapsulated flavourant may be released by breaking the encapsulating structure (e.g. by crushing or melting the structure) before or during smoking of the smoking article. In the case where these capsules are broken to release the flavor, the capsules are broken under a certain force and release the flavor.

As described above, chinese patent publication No. CN104780793A discloses a capsule in which the internal pressure is generated inside the capsule 12a by pressing the capsule 12a from both sides in the radial direction mainly by an external force F, and since the thickness of the bottom of the V-groove 16 is reduced (thin-walled region), when the internal pressure of the capsule 12a is applied to the end wall 16, the bottom of the specific V-groove 16 is accurately and easily broken at the center position of the central portion 14, and the content in the capsule 12a is ejected from the broken portion of the V-groove 16 toward the center of the filter element. Please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2 (see fig. 2 and fig. 6 of patent No. CN 104780793A).

However, since the capsule of the prior art has a circular shape and has only equal diameters, it takes a large amount of force to extrude the capsule 12a into an elliptical shape when a user applies force to the capsule 12a, and when the capsule 12a is extruded and an internal pressure is formed, the V-shaped grooves 16 are formed integrally with the capsule although the V-shaped grooves 16 are formed to have thin wall regions, and the user must break the thin wall regions to effectively discharge the contents in the capsule 12 a. From the above, it can be seen that the structure disclosed in the prior art is not effective in providing a breakable capsule, so that the applicant proposes a capsule having long and short radial lines and a tubular hydrophobic container capable of supporting the capsule, so as to improve the above-mentioned technical problems.

Disclosure of Invention

To solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a capsule having long and short radial lines, comprising: the capsule comprises a capsule body, a plurality of elastic pieces and a plurality of elastic pieces, wherein one end of the capsule body is provided with an open end, the open end is provided with a long radial line and a short radial line, when the open end deforms under an external force, the long radial line and the short radial line deform correspondingly, and the capsule body is accommodated in an accommodating space arranged in an accommodating body; the sealing film is connected with the open end so as to seal the open end through the sealing film, so that a closed space is formed inside the capsule body; wherein, the capsule body and the container body are both made of elastic materials.

Preferably, the accommodating space is disposed between the two ends of the accommodating body, and the two ends of the accommodating space are respectively provided with a filter body, so that the capsule body is clamped between the two filter bodies.

Preferably, the container is made of transparent material.

Preferably, two ends of the long radial line are attached to the inner side of the container body or one end of the long radial line is attached to the inner side of the container body, and the other end of the long radial line has a distance from the inner side of the container body.

Preferably, the capsule body contains a content therein, and the capsule body is a colored capsule, so that when the two ends of the long radial line of the capsule body are attached to or close to the inner side of the container, the container is made of transparent material, and the position of the two ends of the long radial line in the container is displayed.

The invention further discloses a capsule with long radial lines and short radial lines and a tubular hydrophobic container capable of bearing the capsule, which comprises: the container body is internally provided with an accommodating space which is arranged between two ends of the container body, and two ends of the accommodating space are respectively provided with a filter body; the capsule body is accommodated in the accommodating space and clamped between the two filter bodies, one end of the capsule body is provided with an open end, the open end is provided with a long radial line and a short radial line, when the open end deforms under an external force, the long radial line and the short radial line deform correspondingly, and the capsule body is accommodated in an accommodating space arranged in an accommodating body; the sealing film is connected with the open end so as to seal the open end through the sealing film, so that a closed space is formed inside the capsule body; wherein, the capsule body and the container body are both made of elastic materials.

Preferably, the container is made of transparent material.

Preferably, two ends of the long radial line are attached to the inner side of the container body or one end of the long radial line is attached to the inner side of the container body, and a space is formed between the other end of the long radial line and the inner side of the container body.

Preferably, the capsule body contains a content therein, and the capsule body is a colored capsule, so that when the two ends of the long radial line of the capsule body are attached to or close to the inner side of the container body, the container body is made of transparent material, and the positions of the two ends of the long radial line in the container body are displayed.

Detailed Description

The following specific examples are described to illustrate various embodiments of the invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention as claimed.

Please refer to fig. 3 and 4, which are a perspective view of a capsule body and a long radial line extrusion state view of the capsule body according to an embodiment of the present invention. The invention provides a capsule with long and short radial lines, comprising: a capsule body 20, one end of the capsule body 20 is provided with an open end 21, because the capsule body 20 is in an elliptic cylinder shape structure, the open end 21 is provided with a long radial line 22 (such as an elliptic long diameter) and a short radial line 23 (such as an elliptic short diameter), the long radial line 22 and the short radial line 23 are corresponding to each other, so that the length of the short radial line 23 is increased when the length of the long radial line 22 is reduced, but the length of the short radial line 23 is reduced when the length of the long radial line 22 is increased; however, the capsule body 20 may have the shape of a rectangular column, a triangular column, a drop-shaped cylinder, etc. with the long radial lines 22 and the short radial lines 23, in addition to the elliptical column. In addition, the radial line is defined as a straight line passing through the center of a circle or center between two points on the periphery of a shape.

In addition, the open end 21 and a sealing film 30 are connected to each other to seal the open end 21 through the sealing film 30, so that a closed space is formed inside the capsule body 20, and thus the sealing film 30 is not formed integrally with the capsule body 20, but the sealing film 30 is connected to the open end 21 through techniques such as adhesive or heat pressing, so that the strength of the connection between the sealing film 30 and the capsule body 20 is greater than that of a thin wall integrally formed with a capsule in the prior art, so that the open end 21 of the capsule body 20 is easily opened, that is, the sealing film 30 only needs to be partially separated from the capsule body 20 to form an open space 24, so as to lead out a content in the capsule body 20, but the thin wall integrally formed with the capsule in the prior art needs to open one end of the capsule in a breaking manner.

Thus, since the capsule body 20 is made of elastic material, when a user squeezes the two ends of the long radial line 22, the external force will press from the outside to the inside, so that the diameter of the long radial line 22 of the capsule body 20 is gradually reduced from the inside to the inside, and correspondingly, when the length of the long radial line 22 is reduced from the inside to the outside, the short radial line 23 is correspondingly increased from the outside to the outside, so that the area of the opening end 21 is increased. For example, the radius of the long radial line 22 of the original ellipse is 3.7mm, the radius of the short radial line 23 is 2.5mm, and the circumference is 19.66mm, so the area is: and (a) is the radius of the major radial line of the ellipse, and b is the radius of the minor radial line of the ellipse), to obtain S1.05 mm 2. Whereas a circle of 19.66mm circumference has a diameter of about 6.258mm (the diameter of the circle is the circumference divided by the circumference ratio), which gives a circle of about 30.742mm2 (the area of the circle is equal to the radius times the circumference ratio). Thus, when the long radial line 22 is pressed by external force to make the open end 21 assume a circular or nearly circular shape, the area of the open end is increased by about 5.8% (30.742mm2 ÷ 29.05mm2 ═ 1.058mm2), and the sealing film 30 is broken due to the change in the area, so that the area of the sealing film 30 is insufficient, and the open end 21 is effectively opened to release the contents in the capsule body 20.

Please refer to fig. 5 and 6, which are a schematic diagram of the inside of the container and a diagram of the pressing state of the container according to the embodiment of the present invention. The containing space 41 is provided in the containing body 40, the containing space 41 is provided between two ends of the containing body 40, two ends of the containing space 41 are respectively provided with a filter 50, and the capsule body 20 can be clamped between the two filters 50, however, because the capsule body 20 has the long radial line 22 and the short radial line 23, and the containing body 40 is made of transparent material, or the containing body 40 is made of transparent material at the position for containing the capsule body 20 and is made of non-transparent material at the position for containing each filter 50, thereby, when the capsule body 20 is the colored capsule body 20 and the content is contained inside, the position of the capsule body 20 can be effectively displayed and known to the user, in addition, the capsule body 20 has the long radial line 22 and the short radial line 23, and the closer to the end of the capsule body 20 at the inner side of the containing body 40, the more clearly the positions of the ends are displayed, so that the two ends of the long radial line 22 are attached to the inside of the container 40 or one end of the long radial line 22 is attached to the inside of the container 40, and the other end of the long radial line 22 is spaced from the inside of the container 40, so that the positions of the two ends of the long radial line 22 are displayed clearly on the periphery of the container 40, and the user can know the positions of the two ends of the long radial line 22.

However, since the capsule body 20 and the container 40 are made of elastic materials, when the user knows the positions of the two ends of the long radial line 22 and applies an external force from the peripheral positions of the container 40 corresponding to the positions of the two ends of the long radial line 22, the diameter length of the long radial line 22 of the capsule body 20 gradually decreases inwards, and correspondingly, when the length of the long radial line 22 decreases inwards, the length of the short radial line 23 correspondingly increases outwards, so that the area of the open end 21 increases, the sealing film 30 is effectively torn, part of the sealing film 30 is separated from the open end 21 to form the open space 24, and the open end 21 is opened, so that the content contained in the capsule body 20 is guided out into the container 40; in addition, since the content is filled in the capsule body 20, when the user applies an external force from both ends of the long radial line 22, an internal pressure is formed inside the capsule body 20, and when a portion of the sealing film 30 is torn by the above-mentioned operation, the content inside the capsule body 20 is ejected from the inside of the capsule body 20 into the container 40. The capsule body 20 is thus provided to be easily torn for effective application to similar technologies such as medication administration devices or cigarette filters.
