Recycle T: the regenerated polyester fiber is prepared by recycling garbage in PET bottles (plastic bottles) and oceans. The polyester is polyethylene terephthalate which is the same as the material of common terylene and is a polymer produced by the polymerization of terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol. The PET bottle and waste clothing garbage are processed into chips, the chips are pelletized into slices, the slices are processed by melting, spinning and the like to obtain the regenerated polyester fibers, and the regenerated polyester fibers are spun into the regenerated polyester yarns by a spinning process.

The general oil-proof agent has low-energy surface, can have the characteristic of non-wetting to grease with small surface tension, and enables the fabric to be difficult to be stained by oily dirt.

The antifouling finish is an effect of reducing accumulation of dirt by changing the surface state of fabric texture and fibers. The textiles for the hotels are difficult to avoid the adhesion of dirt in the using process, and the dirt is cleaned for repeated use. However, washing the fabric is a tedious job and accelerates the fabric damage, reducing the fabric's useful life. The antifouling finishing agent forms a molecular barrier on the surface of the fabric, prevents wetting of water and various oil stains and dirt, is in a liquid state even if the water or the oil stains are retained on the surface of the fabric, and is easy to remove.

The antibacterial finishing is to endow the fabric with antibacterial performance, namely the fabric can prevent the breeding of bacteria and prevent the cross infection of harmful bacteria after finishing. The process parameters of the antibacterial finishing are as follows: based on the mass of the fabric, 10-20% of antibacterial agent and 2-3% of cross-linking agent are added, the pH value is adjusted to 7-8, a multi-dipping and one-rolling process is adopted, and the rolling residual rate is 65-75%; the drying temperature is 105-115 ℃; the baking temperature is 175-185 ℃, the baking time is 140-160s, and then the fabric is naturally cooled to obtain the final fabric.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the portable and recyclable multifunctional suit prepared by the invention is made of the environment-friendly fibers, has good reflection luster, can be stored by folding, has three-proofing and antibacterial effects, meets the requirement of the market on convenience for the management of the suit, meets the requirement of people on fast pace of life, and has wide application prospect.

The three-proofing finishing agents in the following examples, pH adjusting agents for adjusting pH, antibacterial agents, crosslinking agents, and the like were all purchased from the market directly.

The technological parameters of the three-proofing finishing are as follows: adding 30% of a three-proofing finishing agent by mass of the fabric, and adjusting the pH value to 5.5; a soaking and rolling process is adopted, and the rolling residual rate is 70 percent; the drying temperature is 100 ℃; and (3) baking at the temperature of 160 ℃ for 40s, and naturally cooling to obtain the three-proofing finished fabric.

The process parameters of the antibacterial finishing are as follows: adding 15% of antibacterial agent and 2% of cross-linking agent by mass of the fabric, adjusting the pH value to 7, and adopting a process of soaking more and rolling one by one, wherein the rolling residue rate is 70%; the drying temperature is 110 ℃; and (3) baking at the temperature of 180 ℃ for 150s, and naturally cooling to obtain the final fabric.

Evaluating the three-proofing performance of the fabric for manufacturing the western-style clothes; wherein, the waterproof performance is tested according to the standard of GB/T4745-1997 textile fabric surface humidity resistance determination wetting test, the waterproof performance is divided into 5 grades, wherein, the 5 grades are the best, and the 1 grade is the worst; the oil resistance is tested according to the GB/T19977-; the antifouling performance is tested according to the standard of AATCC 130-. Specific test results are shown in table 1.
