Background

China has a lot of traditional food containing stuffing, such as dumplings, steamed stuffed buns, moon cakes and the like, for families, the food is manually mixed because the stuffing amount is small, but for small restaurants, the manual stuffing mixing efficiency is low, the labor intensity is high, and the requirement cannot be met, so that the stuffing mixing machine is required to mix the stuffing. During operation, the cylinder body is installed on the cylinder bottom in a threaded fit mode, the cylinder body is supported to be in a vertical state, then stuffing is placed into the cylinder body, the cylinder cover is buckled on the cylinder body, and the cylinder cover and the cylinder body are fixedly connected through the buckles; finally, the barrel body is gradually laid flat to be supported on the supporting block and be in a horizontal state, then the motor is started, and the rotating shaft and the stuffing stirring blades on the rotating shaft are driven to rotate by the motor, so that stuffing in the barrel body is uniformly stirred. At stirring the filling in-process, partial filling adhesion can appear and can't contact stirring filling blade in the bottom of stack shell, can lift up the stack shell this moment and rotate 180 degrees around horizontal rotating shaft, make original stack shell bottom become the stack shell top, the filling that originally adheres on the stack shell inner wall like this will drop on stirring filling blade under self action of gravity, participate in the stirring to the homogeneity of stirring the filling has been increaseed.

After the stuffing is mixed, the cylinder body is supported to be in a vertical state, the hasp is opened, the cylinder cover is taken down from the whole cylinder body, then the mixed stuffing is taken out from the cylinder body, the cylinder body is taken down from the cylinder bottom, the motor is taken down from the cylinder cover, and finally the cylinder body and the cylinder cover (together with the rotating shaft and the stuffing mixing blades) are put into water for cleaning.

Furthermore, the support comprises pillar and sleeve, horizontal rotating shaft installs in the top of pillar, telescopic bottom and base fixed connection, the pillar inserts downwards to the sleeve in. So just make between barrel head and the base detachable, after mixing the filling, can pull down barrel head, pivot, pillar from the base together earlier, then pull down the cover from the stack shell again to can conveniently pour out the filling in the stack shell, but also can put into the aquatic with the barrel head and wash together.
