The automatic clamp assembling equipment according to claim 1, wherein the feeding mechanism further comprises a first feeding conveyor and a second feeding conveyor which are arranged side by side and have the same structure, the first feeding conveyor is used for conveying the first clamping piece, the second feeding conveyor is used for conveying the second clamping piece, the output ends of the first feeding conveyor and the second feeding conveyor are respectively provided with a first feeding manipulator and a second feeding manipulator, the first feeding manipulator is used for clamping the first clamping piece to the first clamp, and the second feeding manipulator is used for clamping the second clamping piece to the second clamp.

The automatic clip assembling apparatus according to claim 9, wherein said presser assembly further comprises a cross slide slidably mounted on the first cross rail, a cross connecting plate mounted on the cross slide, a second longitudinal rail mounted on the cross connecting plate, a second longitudinal slide slidably mounted on the second longitudinal rail, and a third longitudinal driving cylinder mounted on the second longitudinal slide for driving the second longitudinal slide to move, said presser being connected to the second longitudinal slide through a second connecting block, said second longitudinal driving cylinder being mounted on the second connecting block.

Background

The clip 80 comprises a first clip 801, a second clip 802, a spring 803 and a hinge shaft 804, as shown in fig. 1, the first clip 801 and the second clip 802 have the same structure, and the work to be completed by the clip assembling machine is to assemble the first clip 801 and the second clip 802 together, then send the spring 803 and the hinge shaft 804 between the first clip 801 and the second clip 802, and then rivet and press the hinge shaft 804 to complete the assembly of the clip.

At present, there are the clip equipment of multiple different structure and type in the market, but these clip equipment not only structure is comparatively complicated, and because various part structure is inconsistent, hardly form the automation equipment who satisfies the demand, the mill is when producing, adopts the manpower equipment more, degree of automation is not high, manual fit is compact enough, it is longer to accomplish the required time of clip equipment, required cost of labor is big, in addition, because of the process difficulty of equipment spring, it is lower to cause production efficiency, and produce the defective products easily moreover. Thus, further improvements to existing clip assembly equipment are desired.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the automatic clamp assembling equipment which can meet the requirements of producing various types of clamps, so that the assembling production of the clamps is smoother and faster.

The purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

the automatic clamp assembling device comprises a feeding mechanism, an assembling mechanism, a first feeding mechanism, a second feeding mechanism, a press riveting mechanism, a blanking mechanism and an electric mechanism; the assembling mechanism comprises a first clamp, a second clamp, a first clamp driving mechanism and a second clamp driving mechanism, the first clamp and the second clamp are arranged oppositely, the feeding mechanical arm is used for clamping the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece onto the first clamp and the second clamp respectively, and the first clamp driving mechanism and the second clamp driving mechanism are used for driving the first clamp and the second clamp to move so as to clamp and assemble the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece respectively; the first feeding mechanism comprises a first vibration feeding disc for orderly conveying the springs out and a first feeding mechanical arm for clamping and pressing the springs between the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece; the second feeding mechanism comprises a second vibration feeding disc for orderly conveying the articulated shaft out and a second feeding manipulator for clamping and pressing the articulated shaft between the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece; the press riveting mechanism is used for riveting a hinged shaft pressed between the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece; the blanking mechanism comprises a blanking conveying belt and a blanking manipulator used for clamping the assembled clamp to the blanking conveying belt.

Further, feed mechanism is still including setting up side by side and the same first material loading conveyer belt of structure and second material loading conveyer belt, first material loading conveyer belt is used for carrying first clamping piece, second material loading conveyer belt is used for carrying the second clamping piece, the output of first material loading conveyer belt and second material loading conveyer belt is equipped with first material loading manipulator and second material loading manipulator respectively, first material loading manipulator is used for pressing from both sides to get first clamping piece to first anchor clamps on, second material loading manipulator is used for pressing from both sides to get the second clamping piece to the second anchor clamps on.

Further, feed mechanism is still including fixing the side blend stop subassembly in first material loading conveyer belt both sides, the side blend stop subassembly is used for restricting first clamping piece and removes in the both sides direction of first material loading conveyer belt, the side blend stop subassembly is equipped with the guide face towards the direction of delivery slope of first material loading conveyer belt.

Further, feed mechanism still includes locating component, locating component drives actuating cylinder and longitudinal register baffle including installing the locating support on first material loading conveyer belt, installing the horizontal location on the locating support, longitudinal register baffle is located the top of first material loading conveyer belt, the drive end that horizontal location drove actuating cylinder is equipped with the longitudinal joint board, install the longitudinal register on the longitudinal joint board and drive actuating cylinder, the longitudinal register baffle install in the drive end that the longitudinal register drove actuating cylinder, the horizontal location drives actuating cylinder and is used for driving the longitudinal register baffle and remove along the direction of delivery of first material loading conveyer belt, the longitudinal register drives actuating cylinder and is used for driving the direction removal that the longitudinal register baffle is close to first clamping piece to.

Further, the assembling mechanism further comprises a first clamp connecting plate arranged at the driving end of the first clamp driving mechanism, an adjusting plate pivoted with the first clamp connecting plate, a first longitudinal guide rail and a first longitudinal driving cylinder which are arranged on the adjusting plate, and a first longitudinal sliding block in sliding fit with the first longitudinal guide rail, wherein the first clamp is arranged on the first longitudinal sliding block, and the upper end of the first clamp is in driving connection with the first longitudinal driving cylinder through a first connecting block.

Further, a second clamp is installed at the driving end of the second clamp driving mechanism, and the second clamp is provided with a V-shaped clamping surface.

Further, the assembly mechanism further comprises an assembly table, a second transverse guide rail arranged on the assembly table, a clamp base slidably arranged on the second transverse guide rail, and a fourth transverse driving cylinder used for driving the clamp base to move along the second transverse guide rail, wherein the clamp base is positioned between the first clamp and the second clamp, and a supporting device used for supporting the assembled clamp is arranged on the clamp base.

Further, the first feeding mechanism further comprises a first vibration main body, the first vibration feeding disc is arranged on the first vibration main body, a first spiral conveying rail is arranged in the first vibration feeding disc, and a first discharging rail matched with the first spiral conveying rail is arranged outside the first vibration feeding disc; the second feeding mechanism and the first feeding mechanism have the same structure.

Further, the press riveting mechanism comprises a press riveting support, a first transverse guide rail arranged on the press riveting support, a pressing piece assembly slidably mounted on the first transverse guide rail and a third transverse driving cylinder used for driving the pressing piece assembly to move along the first transverse guide rail, the pressing piece assembly comprises a pressing piece and a second longitudinal driving cylinder in driving connection with the pressing piece, and the second longitudinal driving cylinder drives the pressing piece to move towards the assembled clamp.

Furthermore, the pressing piece assembly further comprises a transverse sliding block which is slidably mounted on the first transverse guide rail, a transverse connecting plate which is mounted on the transverse sliding block, a second longitudinal guide rail which is mounted on the transverse connecting plate, a second longitudinal sliding block which is slidably mounted on the second longitudinal guide rail, and a third longitudinal driving cylinder which is mounted on the second longitudinal sliding block and used for driving the second longitudinal sliding block to move, the pressing piece is connected with the second longitudinal sliding block through a second connecting block, and the second longitudinal driving cylinder is mounted on the second connecting block.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece are clamped from the feeding frame through the feeding mechanical arm, and are respectively arranged on the first clamp and the second clamp, and the first clamp driving mechanism and the second clamp driving mechanism drive the first clamp and the second clamp to approach each other so as to clamp the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece together; simultaneously the spring is seen off after the vibration arrangement of first vibration feed table, press from both sides the spring and impress the spring between the first clamping piece that the equipment is good and the second clamping piece by first pay-off manipulator clamp, the spring back of impressing, the information that electric mechanism sent is received to the second pay-off manipulator, the articulated shaft that second vibration feed table sent is got to the second pay-off manipulator clamp, and impress the articulated shaft between first clamping piece and the second clamping piece, afterwards, the riveting mechanism carries out the riveting to the articulated shaft of impressing between first clamping piece and the second clamping piece, accomplish the equipment of clip, after the riveting is accomplished, the unloading manipulator presss from both sides the clip that the equipment is good and gets on the unloading conveyer belt, convey the clip to next process by the unloading conveyer belt. This automatic equipment of clip has promoted the production efficiency of clip equipment, has realized the multiple type flexible production of product, and through experimental, after the equipment is put into operation, the production site operator is reduced by 4 people and is 1 people, and the production beat is promoted to 2.6S/by 12S/individual, and product quality is more stable controllable simultaneously.
