After the structure and the method are adopted, because the support frame which is arranged at the discharge port of the plate library and is connected with the plate library and the correcting tray guide rail which is arranged on the inner wall at the two sides of the support frame and is provided with the correcting tray and the exchanging tray guide rail which is arranged with the storing tray are connected by utilizing the discharge guide rail in the plate library and the exchanging tray guide rail, the storing tray in the plate library is conveyed to the exchanging tray guide rail through the discharge guide rail, meanwhile, the position of the plate can be accurately aligned by only placing the plate on the correcting tray through the feeding mechanism and correcting the plate by utilizing the correcting mechanism of the correcting tray, thereby realizing the position correction of the plate, providing reliable precondition for the accurate processing of the subsequent machine tool, and the storage and the circulation of the whole plate, even the position correction, all adopt the integrated operation, the whole process does not need manual assistance, each plate sucked and placed on the table top of the machine tool is located at the correct position, clamping is achieved in place at one time, production efficiency is greatly improved, labor cost is reduced, seamless connection with the machine tool is achieved, the problem that manual intervention is needed for plate storage, circulation and correction is solved, manual labor intensity is reduced, the problem that parts or the whole plate is possibly scrapped due to the fact that the plate is pushed to the position of a clamp and a finger stop by means of manual operation in the prior art is avoided, and even the problem that the machine tool is damaged due to the fact that the plate is separated from the clamp in the machining process is solved.
