背景技术

目前，加工各种护栏和各种圆管做的物品，在切割后都要在切口进行打磨毛刺，已有的打磨片是平面圆形的，一次只能打磨一方，圆管是圆形周围都需要打磨，不但效率低，操作也很麻烦，又费时间。

发明内容

本发明的目的在于提供一种能解决实际问题，使用方便，成本低廉的圆管专用打磨片。

为实现上述目的，本发明的技术内容是：一种圆管专用打磨片，它包括有安装孔、杯状盘、杯状合金沙片，本发明跟已有的打磨片材料完全一样，只有杯状盘形状不一样，杯状合金沙片也不一样。

所述杯状盘包括合金沙片，就是超出安装孔周围圆盘以外的部分，改成杯子形状的合金沙片，本发明具有结构构造简单，操作省力、省时、便捷的技术特点。

具体实施方式

如图1所示，本发明的一种圆管专用打磨片，它包括有安装孔1、杯状盘2、杯状合金沙片3，本发明与已有的打磨片材料完全一样，只有杯状盘2的形状不一样，杯状合金沙片3也不一样。

所述杯状盘2包括杯状合金沙片，由已有的圆盘改为杯状盘2，就是已有的圆盘除与微型电机安装圆盘以外的部分把它改成杯子形状的合金沙片，它有一次性完成打磨圆管周围的毛刺。解决了已有技术的缺陷，带来了施工方便。
