Because the distance between each belt conveyor in the workshop is different, the second rod 32 slides along the first rod 31 through the matching of the inverted T-shaped extending plate 32a and the long rod 31a, so that the length of the guide rod 3 is changed, the workpiece conveying between the belt conveyors with longer distance is realized, and meanwhile, the T-shaped groove 32b and the sliding block 31b prevent the first rod 31 from being separated from the second rod 32.
