Technical Field

The present invention belongs to the field of developing new raw material for paper making. In particular to a method for preparing high-whiteness paper pulp by taking eucommia ulmoides oliver forest mode branches as raw materials.

Background

Eucommia bark belongs to a single family and a single genus of single plants, is a special economic tree species in China, and the planting area in China accounts for more than 95% of the planting area all over the world. However, the traditional arbor planting mode of eucommia ulmoides is not suitable for mechanical operation, comprehensive utilization of eucommia ulmoides cannot be achieved, and the overall economic utilization value is low. Professor Suyin spring develops a brand-new eucommia leaf forest mode on the basis of the eucommia arbor forest mode. The eucommia leaf forest mode is different from the bridge forest mode, and simply speaking, the leaf forest mode is an operation mode of changing tall trees into dwarfed trees, and the eucommia leaf forest mode can overcome the defects of the tree forest mode and has the advantages of planting in the same year and income in the same year; the method has the characteristics of one-time planting and annual income, can realize the maximum development and utilization of leaves and barks of eucommia ulmoides, and because the leaf forest mode adopts a mode of 'stumping' every year to renovate plants, the height of the plants is about 2m, so that the method is suitable for mechanized harvesting; in 2018, the branches and leaves of eucommia ulmoides are batched and have homology of medicine and food, so that the vigorous development of the eucommia ulmoides leaf forest mode in China can be further promoted.

The leaf forest mode generates a large amount of peeled branches every year, the diameter of each branch is 0.5-3 cm, and the branches cannot be used as furniture raw materials due to small diameter and can only be used for low-value combustion and heat production. The eucommia ulmoides leaf forest mode is a development mode of a brand-new economic ecological forest, combines environmental protection and increase of farmer income into a whole, and has high development value. According to the invention, a large number of branches generated in the eucommia ulmoides leaf forest mode are used as the paper pulp and paper making raw materials, so that the comprehensive development and utilization of the eucommia ulmoides leaf forest mode can be promoted, and energy can be saved to provide new raw materials for pulping and paper making.

Chinese patent publication No. CN10193603A describes a method for preparing activated carbon from eucommia ulmoides branches. Crushing eucommia ulmoides branches into wood chips, uniformly mixing the wood chips with an activating agent zinc chloride solution, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 4-5 hours; putting the uniformly mixed raw materials into a tubular furnace for carbonization at the temperature of 500-800 ℃; the carbonized raw material is subjected to three working sections of activating agent recovery, rinsing, drying and the like to obtain the activated carbon. The obtained activated carbon is detected, and experimental results show that all indexes of the activated carbon are higher than national requirements. The method for preparing the activated carbon by using the eucommia branch wood has the advantages of low cost, good adsorption performance and the like, but the method has less raw material consumption and cannot effectively solve the problem of branch wood waste caused by large-area planting in a leaf forest mode.

The eucommia ulmoides branch wood is a waste which is not developed and utilized at present, and has the following two characteristics when applied to pulping and papermaking:

1. the raw materials can be directly processed without peeling treatment. In the pulping and papermaking process, the bark fiber content is low, so that chemical liquid is easy to absorb, and the used raw materials must be peeled, otherwise, the paper quality is influenced. Because the branch bark generated in the eucommia ulmoides leaf forest mode has extremely high medicinal value, the branch generated in the eucommia ulmoides leaf forest mode is peeled branch, and the characteristic saves a large amount of mechanical and labor cost for pulping and papermaking enterprises.

2. The eucommia branch wood has more grain hole structures. Branches produced in the eucommia ulmoides leaf forest mode have huge roots in the ground to provide sufficient water and inorganic salt for the branches, and the branches have a higher growth speed, so that adjacent cells have more pits to serve as exchange channels of water and nutrients. In the pulp and paper making process, the existence of a large number of pores provides a channel for the penetration of liquid medicine and the outflow of lignin (see the scanning electron microscope image of eucommia bark pulp in the description of the attached drawings).
