7. The mobile tamping device of claim 1, wherein the connecting beams are provided with guide wheels on one side, and the guide cables are routed around the guide wheels and between the two connecting beams.

8. The mobile tamping device, as recited in claim 7, wherein a drive motor is coupled to each end of the guide cable, said drive motor being mounted to one side of the connecting beam.

9. The mobile tamping device of claim 1, wherein the upper end of the connecting beam is pivotally connected to the vehicle body.

The movable tamping device for the lateral access track panel according to claim 1, wherein the tamping tool comprises a tool body and an excitation motor, wherein the tool body is provided with a hanging ring at the upper side thereof, and the tool body is matched with the guide cable to fixedly connect the tamping tool with the guide cable.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of railway tamping equipment, and particularly relates to a movable tamping device with a side part entering and exiting a track panel.

Background

A roadbed processing vehicle is a large-scale road maintenance machine product for remedying the defects of the roadbed of the existing railway line, and a tamping device is arranged on the roadbed processing vehicle in order to tamp newly-filled roadbed materials. The tamping device is mainly used for tamping the backfilled new roadbed materials to compact the new roadbed materials. The existing ramming device enters from the upper side of a railway track panel, the ramming mechanism is pushed flat and interferes with a seamless steel rail, the steel rail needs to be cut off during construction, and the ramming device is placed below the steel rail to perform ramming operation, so that the integrity of the seamless steel rail is damaged, welding spots on a plurality of steel rails are increased, the construction difficulty is increased, and the integral strength of the track panel is not facilitated. Simultaneously, 4 tampers that the ramming device majority in the past set up including side by side, whole weight is big, dismouting in-process artifical intensity of labour is very big.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a movable tamping device with a lateral part entering and exiting a track panel, which is provided with a detachable leveling beam and two tamping devices, can enter the lower part of the track panel from two sides of the track panel, does not need to cut a steel rail during working, saves manpower and is convenient to use.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a mobile tamping device for a side entry and exit track panel, the device comprising:

the connecting beam is arranged on two sides below the vehicle body, a lifting cable is connected to the upper side of the front end of the connecting beam, an open-close type pushing beam is arranged at the front end of the connecting beam, a guide cable is arranged on the lower side of the connecting beam, tamper mounting positions are arranged on two sides of the connecting beam, and a tamper is arranged in the tamper mounting positions.

Optionally, the upper end of the lifting cable is connected with a hydraulic oil cylinder through a pulley, and the hydraulic oil cylinder is mounted on the vehicle body.

Optionally, a guide wheel is arranged on one side of the connecting beam, and the guide cable spans between the two connecting beams by bypassing the guide wheel.

Optionally, both ends of the guiding cable are connected with a driving motor, and the driving motor is installed on one side of the connecting beam.

Optionally, the upper end of the connecting beam is rotatably connected with the vehicle body.

Optionally, the tamper comprises a tamper body and an excitation motor, a hanging ring is arranged on the upper side of the tamper body, and the tamper body is matched with the guide cable to fixedly connect the tamper with the guide cable.

The invention provides a movable tamping device for a lateral in-out track panel, which has the beneficial effects that: the detachable pushing beam is arranged, so that the pushing beam can be detached from the connecting beam during working, and the connecting beam enters the lower part of the track panel from two sides of the track panel, thereby avoiding cutting off the steel rail and ensuring the integrity of the track panel; the tamper is provided with two, places respectively and locks on the tamper installation position of tie-beam one side to can hang through the hoist and unload, reduce artifical intensity of labour, improve the operation security.
