Background

At present, the common seam plugging form of the aluminum alloy window is that cement mortar is used for plugging the seam at the bottom side of the window frame and two sides with the height of 200mm from the bottom side, the rest parts are filled by adopting a polyurethane foaming glue technology, and the filling of the seam between the window frame and the wall body needs to be compact so as to prevent rainwater from entering. In engineering construction, the gap must be filled with polyurethane foaming glue, and because the foaming glue is difficult to control, the foaming glue is often overflowed after the polyurethane foaming glue is filled, and at the moment, a foaming agent needs to be plugged into the gap by hands before the foaming agent is expanded and solidified, so that the foaming agent is ensured not to protrude out of the side edge of the window frame. In actual construction, workers generally press the foaming agent to gaps by hands or clean redundant foaming agent, so that the construction progress is slow, and the quality is to be enhanced.

The method adopts the aluminum plastic scraper which has uniform shape and is convenient to hold to repeatedly push and press the seam, so that the initially solidified foaming agent enters the seam of the aluminum alloy window frame. The single contact area of the scraper is greatly higher than that of the artificial finger, and the contact surface of the scraper is more straight, so the actual use efficiency is higher than that of the prior art depending on hand sewing of the artificial finger; the compactness of the seam plugging can be further improved by repeatedly pushing and pressing, and the capability of resisting rainwater penetration is improved; through the use of the tool, the closing edge is straight and tidy, and the appearance is good.

The invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples.

As shown in fig. 1, the push-type seam plugging construction method for the aluminum alloy window comprises a scraping plate 1 made of aluminum-plastic material, wherein one side of the scraping plate 1 is provided with a handle 2 for holding, and further comprises the following steps:

step 1, drilling a polyurethane foaming agent on the periphery of a window frame, holding a scraper 1 by an operator when the foaming agent is initially solidified, keeping the scraper 1 in a side-standing state, and ensuring that the front end of the scraper 1 is flush with the edge of a foaming agent on the edge of the window sash;

step 2, the scraper 1 is used for pushing and pressing from the side of the window sash of the window frame gap to the side of the wall edge at an inclined angle,
