Technical Field

The invention relates to an easily-detachable opening ring, in particular to an easily-detachable opening ring which can be applied to devices and equipment needing to be provided with replaceable wear-resistant opening rings, such as water pumps, fans and the like.

Background

The mouth ring, also known as sealing ring, wear ring, its main function prevents that outlet end medium from flowing back to inlet end medium, plays sealed effect promptly, also plays wear-resisting effect simultaneously, avoids impeller and pump case direct contact to damage to play the effect of protection to the impeller. However, the too large gap between the orifice rings can reduce the use efficiency of the pump, the medium pressurized by the pump can return to the inlet from the pump outlet area along the gap between the impeller and the orifice rings, so that the use efficiency of the pump is reduced, meanwhile, the orifice rings can be worn out prematurely due to the increase of the flow rate, and the too large gap between the orifice rings can cause the reduction of the flow rate of the pump, and the flow rate cannot be increased in serious cases.

At present, the connected mode between relevant product in the market and the choma is mainly for riveting, interference fit, wherein, to interference fit's choma, because the clearance between choma and the cylinder body is too little, it is dismantled and changes very inconveniently, simultaneously, causes the damage to the part of cylinder body installation choma easily, leads to the fluid to reveal the increase, reduces the performance of water pump, can shorten the life of product even.

Therefore, it is desirable to design an orifice ring that solves the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides an easily-detachable opening ring which does not affect the wear resistance and the sealing effect and is easy to detach and replace.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a quick-detachable opening ring, which comprises an opening ring main body and a plurality of openings; and the plurality of openings are uniformly distributed on the disassembly surface of the opening ring main body at equal intervals.

Preferably, the quick detachable collar further comprises a positioning groove; the positioning groove is formed in the mounting surface of the mouth ring main body.

The embodiment of the invention relates to an easily-detachable collar which is easy to detach and replace, saves working hours and cost, and better protects a cylinder body from being abraded, thereby maintaining the performance of a product and prolonging the service life of the product.

It is to be understood that the following specific examples are illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.

the easy-to-detach notch ring provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a notch ring main body 1, a plurality of notches 2 and a positioning groove 3. Specifically, a plurality of openings 2 equidistance evenly distributed on the dismantlement face of choma main part 1, because holistic clearance between choma and the cylinder body has not been changed in the setting of a plurality of openings 2, has only increased the clearance between the partial choma of dismantlement department and the cylinder body, consequently, the design of opening 2 neither can influence the wear-resisting and sealed effect of choma, can provide the impetus when dismantling for use tool again.

In a specific embodiment, the cross section of the gap 2 is V-shaped, as shown in fig. 1, which not only facilitates the processing, but also provides a stable point of force for the disassembling tool.

In another specific embodiment, the gap 2 is also trapezoidal in cross-section.

In order to ensure that the relative stress of the mouth ring main body 1 is uniform and the mouth ring main body is easier to disassemble, the preferred number of the openings 2 is even. More preferably, the number of the gaps 2 is two. When the easy-to-detach opening ring is detached, the detachment can be completed only by using a hammer and a straight screwdriver, the tool bit of the straight screwdriver is aligned to the notch 2 on the detaching surface of the opening ring main body 1, and the hammer is used for knocking the opening ring main body until the opening ring main body 1 deforms or breaks and falls off from the cylinder body. In a specific process, the two notches can be knocked respectively, and the two notches can also be knocked simultaneously until the easily detachable notch ring deforms or breaks and falls off from the cylinder body.

The quick-detachable mouth ring provided by the embodiment of the invention is improved on the basis of the original mouth ring structure, and additional working procedures cannot be added; secondly, only the gap between the mouth ring and the cylinder body at the disassembly part is increased, so that the disassembly and the assembly are easy, and the working time cost is saved; thirdly, since the disassembling tool can not contact the cylinder body, the cylinder body can not be damaged.
