Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a cross-flow fan for partitioned air supply and an air conditioner.
Background
The cross-flow fan is also called cross-flow fan, and its cross-flow impeller is formed from several strip-shaped blades which are arranged along the circumference and made into the form of long cylinder. The wind blown out by the cross flow fan is slowly dispersed and is in a columnar shape, so that the wind is widely used as a wind power conveying component in an air duct of the air conditioner, and the wind conveyed by the cross flow fan is turned backwards through the horizontal swinging blades and/or the vertical swinging blades at the air outlet of the air conditioner so as to be conveyed indoors.
However, the conventional cross-flow impeller is usually designed by integral injection molding, the air supply form is single, the cross-flow impeller can only rotate at a certain gear speed under the drive of a corresponding motor of a cross-flow fan, and a remote controller of an air conditioner has limited gear for adjusting the air volume of the cross-flow fan, and generally divides strong wind, high wind, medium wind and low wind. Along with the development of the air outlet of the air conditioner towards larger size, the transverse air outlet or the longitudinal air outlet of the air conditioner has longer size, and the air blown out by the cross-flow fan which can only run under one gear in the same time period can not reach the grading effect, so that the requirement of people on the diversity of air supply can not be met, and the comfort experience of using the air conditioner is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
One of the purposes of the embodiments of the present invention is to provide a cross-flow fan for partitioned air supply, which is used to solve the problem that the existing cross-flow fan has a single air supply form and the blown air cannot achieve the grading effect.
Another objective of the embodiments of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner based on the cross flow fan with partitioned air supply, so as to meet the requirement of people on the variety of air supply and improve the comfort experience of using the air conditioner.
In order to solve the technical problem, the embodiment of the invention provides a cross flow fan for supplying air in a partitioned mode, which comprises a plurality of cross flow impellers and a rotary driving mechanism, wherein the cross flow impellers and the rotary driving mechanism are arranged in an air duct of an air conditioner; the plurality of through-flow impellers are coaxially and sequentially arranged end to end in an opposite mode, the through-flow impellers are connected with the rotary driving mechanism, and the rotating speeds of the through-flow impellers are different.
Wherein the rotary driving mechanism is simultaneously connected with each of the cross-flow impellers.
The rotary driving mechanism comprises a motor, a gear shaft and a plurality of gear pairs with different transmission ratios; the gear shaft is arranged in parallel to the axial direction, and one end of the gear shaft is connected with the output end of the motor; the gear pair and the cross flow impellers are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the gear pair comprises gears and gear rings which are meshed with each other, the gear is sleeved on the gear shaft, and the gear rings are coaxially connected with the cross flow impellers.
The gear shaft is arranged in the through-flow impeller, and the gear ring is an inner gear ring; or the gear shaft is positioned outside the through-flow impeller, and the gear ring is an outer gear ring.
The other end of the gear shaft is connected with a bearing seat, and the bearing seat and the motor are respectively arranged on two sides of the plurality of cross-flow impellers.
The ends of two adjacent cross-flow impellers are connected through a rotary nesting structure; the rotary nesting structure comprises a first end ring and a second end ring which are coaxially embedded into a whole, and the first end ring and the second end ring are oppositely arranged at the ends of two adjacent cross-flow impellers.
Wherein a rotary bearing is arranged between the first end ring and the second end ring.
Wherein the ring gear is disposed on the first end ring or on the second end ring.
Wherein the axial direction is transverse or longitudinal.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an air conditioner which comprises the cross flow fan for partitioned air supply.
The cross flow fan with partitioned air supply provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the integral cross flow impeller of the conventional cross flow fan is divided into a structure with multiple sections which are sequentially combined along the axial direction, each segmented cross flow impeller corresponds to one air supply area, and each cross flow impeller rotates at different rotating speeds under the driving of the rotary driving mechanism, so that the sizes of the wind power output by each air supply area are different, and the grading effect is achieved.
The air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the invention meets the requirement of people on the diversity of air supply due to the adoption of the cross-flow fan for supplying air in the subareas, and the air supply of the vertically-arranged cabinet air conditioner is particularly suitable for indoor people with different heights or scenes with different postures of multiple people, so that the comfort experience of people in using the air conditioner is greatly improved.
