As one of main petroleum origins, the middle east area has a complex local environment, petroleum pipelines are often damaged by human factors, and certain problems exist after the pipelines are controlled to close a valve to stop conveying petroleum: broken pipeline fragments and other impurities are mixed into the petroleum pipeline and pass through a valve in the pipeline along with the conveying of petroleum, so that the valve core of the valve is abraded and damaged, the closing effect of the valve is influenced, and the service life of the valve is shortened; in the closing process of the valve in the pipeline, a water hammer effect can be generated, severe impact is caused on the valve core, and the service life of the valve is shortened.

As an embodiment of the present invention, an elastic rubber pad 71 is disposed in the base 7; the elastic rubber pad 71 is fixed at the bottom end of the base 7; the middle of the bottom surface of the valve core 2 is raised, and the middle of the base 7 is depressed; when the valve is closed, the elastic rubber pad 71 is extruded by the valve core 2, the elastic rubber pad 71 is extruded out along the joint of the valve core 2 and the base 7, and the bulge in the middle of the valve core 2 is attached to the depression in the middle of the base 7 by extruding the elastic rubber pad 71; when the valve works, the elastic rubber pad 71 arranged on the base 7 is impacted by sundries in pipeline fluid and is easy to wear, the raised base 7 can prevent most sundries from passing through, tiny sundries exist in the fluid between the contact surfaces of the valve core 2 and the base 7 at the moment of closing the valve, after the valve is closed, the sundries are rolled between the valve core 2 and the base 7 to damage the sealing performance of the valve core 2 and the base 7, the arranged elastic rubber pad 71 is used as a buffer layer at the moment of closing the valve, the extrusion generated by the valve core 2 enables the elastic rubber pad 71 to compress and deform towards an outer ring to extrude the sundries remained between the valve core 2 and the base 7, and meanwhile, after the valve is completely closed, the miniature sundries are extruded by the valve core 2 and embedded into the rubber side wall of the elastic rubber pad 71, so that the surface of the valve core 2 cannot be worn and damaged, the middle of the base 7 is sunken, and the direct impact of the elastic rubber pad 71 arranged in the base 7 by, the middle part arch of case 2 bottom begins at the closed moment of valve with the point contact, has reduced debris and has detained the space between case 2 and the base 7 contact surface, through extrusion elastic rubber pad 71 with the base 7 laminating gradually, does benefit to elastic rubber pad 71's deformation, extrudes the debris of reserving between the contact surface, has improved the life of valve.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the elastic rubber pad 71 is fixed on the bottom of the base 72; notches are formed in the bottom of the valve body 1 and the middle of the base 7; the base 72 is fixed on the valve body 1 through a bolt, and the elastic rubber pad 71 on the bottom of the base 72 extends into the base 7 from the notch; when the valve body works, the elastic rubber pad 71 serves as a buffer layer between the valve core 2 and the base 7, the contact surface between the valve core 2 and the base 7 is protected from being damaged by abrasion of sundries, meanwhile, the elastic rubber pad 71 is gradually damaged by the abrasion of the sundries, the subsequent sealing protection effect is reduced, and the elastic rubber pad 71 is arranged in the valve body 1 and is difficult to replace; install on valve body 1 through the base 72 that sets up, the elastic rubber pad 71 after wearing and tearing reaches the purpose of changing through dismouting base 72, does benefit to the maintenance, has improved the life of valve.

As an embodiment of the invention, the sealing ring 4 comprises a first seal 41 on the valve body 1 and a second seal 42 on the valve core 2; the first seal 41 is contacted with two side surfaces of the valve core 2; the second seal 42 is arranged in the middle of the circular section of the valve core 2; during operation, in the moving process of the cylindrical valve core 2, the contact surface of the valve core 2 and the valve body 1 is changed, the first seal 41 which is independently arranged on the valve body 1 cannot play a whole sealing effect, the second seal 42 is arranged on the maximum diameter of the valve core 2, the second seal 42 is in sliding contact with the inner wall of the pipeline of the valve body 1 along with the movement of the valve core 2, and the sealing effect of the pipeline of the valve body 1 is kept in the opening and closing process of the valve.

When the valve is in operation, a petroleum pipeline is damaged, the valve rod 3 pushes the valve core 2 to move, the protective plate 6 connected to the valve core 2 changes position along with the movement of the valve core 2, when the valve is closed, the protective plate 6 in inclined motion plays a role in primary interception of fluid in the petroleum pipeline, damage caused by direct collision of sundries in the petroleum pipeline with the valve core 2 is avoided, meanwhile, after the valve is closed, the valve core 2 moves to an end point, the valve core 2 is attached to the base 7, the base 7 is higher than the inner wall of the pipeline of the valve body 1, so that sundries mixed in the petroleum pipeline and moving at the bottom of the fluid are separated by the raised base 7, the middle part of the protective plate 6 is raised towards the inflow direction of the fluid in the petroleum pipeline, the impact force of the fluid in the petroleum pipeline is favorably born, the protective plate 6 is hinged to the valve core 2 and the valve body 1, along, the middle part of the cake-shaped guard plate 6 is slightly raised to form an arched structure, which is beneficial to shunting impact force, so that the impact force is transmitted to the fulcrum of the guard plate 6, the structure of the guard plate 6 is protected, the elastic rubber pad 71 is used as a buffer layer at the moment of closing the valve, the extrusion generated by the valve core 2 causes the elastic rubber pad 71 to be compressed and deformed towards the outer ring, meanwhile, sundries remained between the valve core 2 and the base 7 are extruded out, after the valve is completely closed, miniature sundries are extruded by the valve core 2 and embedded into the rubber side wall of the elastic rubber pad 71, so that the surface of the valve core 2 cannot be abraded and damaged, the middle part of the base 7 is sunken, the direct impact of the rubber pad arranged in the base 7 by sundries in pipeline fluid is reduced, the middle part of the bottom of the valve core 2 is raised at the moment of closing the valve by point contact, the space where the sundries remained between the contact surface of the valve, do benefit to the deformation of elastic rubber pad 71 and extrude the debris of surviving in the contact surface, the base 72 of setting is installed on valve body 1, and elastic rubber pad 71 after wearing and tearing reaches the purpose of changing through dismouting base 72, does benefit to the maintenance, has improved the life of valve jointly.
