Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of valve manufacturing, and particularly relates to a ball valve with a check valve.

Background

In the process of installing the water meter, a ball valve or a gate valve is required to be installed on a pipeline connected with the water meter to close or adjust the flow of water, meanwhile, in order to prevent the water meter from rotating due to the compression of water caused by pressure fluctuation, a check valve is required to be installed in front of the water meter to limit the backflow of water, in the installation process of the existing pipeline, a check valve is required to be installed in front of the water meter, and in order to facilitate the installation, the ball valve and the check valve are usually connected together on the existing pipeline and then are installed on the pipeline.

Because the ball valve and the check valve are two independent valves, when the pipeline is installed, the end part of the ball valve and the end part of the check valve are screwed together, or are connected together through a PPR pipe to form a valve component, and then the valve component is installed on the pipeline, the operation is very complicated in the process, the installation is very inconvenient, the time required by the installation is long, and the risk of water leakage exists after the installation is finished, so that the subsequent maintenance is required; and because two valves are adopted for installation, the cost of the whole valve component is high.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a check ball valve which is convenient to install and saves cost in order to overcome the defects of the prior art.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a ball valve with a check function comprises a valve body with a medium flow channel, a spherical valve core with a through flow channel, a sealing seat in sealing fit with the valve core, a valve rod used for driving the valve core to rotate, a valve handle connected with the valve rod, a check core used for enabling a medium to flow through the medium flow channel in a one-way mode and arranged in the medium flow channel, and a valve body with a through flow channel.

According to the invention, the check core is directly installed in the medium flow channel, so that only the ball valve is needed to be installed on a pipeline independently, the installation is convenient, and the installation speed is high; meanwhile, the whole valve is small in size and convenient to carry in the pipeline installation process; meanwhile, the check core is directly arranged in the medium flow passage, and only one valve body needs to be installed on the pipeline, so that the cost for installing the valve on the pipeline is reduced; and the non-return core is arranged in the medium flow passage, so that liquid leakage cannot occur.

Preferably, a filter structure for filtering the medium is arranged in the medium flow channel, and the medium is filtered by the filter structure and then flows through the non-return core; through setting up filtration to the medium is earlier through filtering, then flows through the non return core again, and the liquid that consequently flows through the non return core is pure, can not have impurity to be preserved in the middle of the non return core, therefore after the shutoff of guarantee non return core, its leakproofness can not receive the influence of impurity, the non return effect of guarantee non return core.
