1. A filling system, comprising: a liquid storage tank and a filling pump;

the input end of the filling pump is connected with the liquid storage tank, the output end of the filling pump is used for being connected with a control valve, the control valve is used for being connected with an oil-gas pipeline, the filling pump is used for injecting a filling medium in the liquid storage tank into the oil-gas pipeline, and the filling medium is a volatile or easily vaporized liquid medium;

the filling device comprises a filling pump, an exhaust valve and a control valve, wherein the input end of the filling pump is provided with the exhaust valve, and the exhaust valve is used for exhausting gas generated by the filling medium at the input end of the filling pump when the filling pump does not add a quantity.

2. The filling system of claim 1, further comprising: a controller and a flow detection device;

the flow detection device is arranged at the output end of the filling pump, and the controller is electrically connected with the flow detection device and the exhaust valve respectively and used for controlling the exhaust valve to be opened when the flow detected by the flow detection device is smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value.

3. A filling system according to claim 2, wherein the predetermined threshold value is zero.

4. A filling system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising: a safety valve is arranged on the upper portion of the safety valve,

the safety valve is connected between the input end of the filling pump and the output end of the filling pump, and when the pressure difference between the input end of the filling pump and the output end of the filling pump exceeds a preset value, the safety valve is opened to communicate the input end of the filling pump with the output end of the filling pump.

5. A filling system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a first end of the vent valve is connected to an input of the filling pump; the second end of the exhaust valve is connected to the top end of the liquid storage tank or is an emptying end.

6. A filling system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising: a pressure gauge is arranged on the base plate,

the pressure gauge is arranged at the output end of the filling pump and used for detecting pressure information of the output end of the filling pump.

7. A filling system as claimed in claim 2 or 3, further comprising: an alarm device is arranged on the base plate,

the alarm is electrically connected with the flow detection device or the controller and used for giving an alarm when the flow detected by the flow detection device is smaller than or equal to the preset threshold value.

8. A filling system according to any of claims 1-3, wherein the filling pump comprises a piston drive for driving the flow of the filling medium by piston movement.

The filling system of claim 8, wherein a first one-way valve is connected to the input end of the piston driver, the flow direction of the first one-way valve is toward the piston driver, and a second one-way valve is connected to the output end of the piston driver, the flow direction of the second one-way valve is away from the piston driver.

10. A filling system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a filter is further provided between the reservoir and the input of the filling pump.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of petroleum transmission, in particular to a filling system.

Background

In the transportation mode of petroleum and natural gas, the most common transportation mode is a pipeline transportation mode, but in the process of oil and gas pipeline transportation, the inner wall of the oil and gas pipeline is easily corroded by a transportation medium in the oil and gas pipeline, hydrates are generated, freezing and blocking are generated, and the service life and normal operation of the oil and gas pipeline are seriously influenced.

In order to reduce the damage of the oil-gas pipeline, in the prior art, a filling pump can be generally arranged on the oil-gas pipeline, and filling media are filled into the oil-gas pipeline with pressure by pressurizing the filling pump so as to reduce the damage and frozen blockage of the oil-gas pipeline.

However, in the filling process in the prior art, the filling medium is generally a volatile or easily gasified liquid medium, such as various inhibitors, and the filling medium at the inlet end of the filling pump is easy to generate a vaporization effect under the action of the suction pressure of the pump, so that the filling pump does not add a large amount of liquid and generates severe vibration, and the filling process is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a filling system, which is used for eliminating the vaporization phenomenon of a filling medium in the filling system and ensuring the smooth operation of the filling process.

The invention provides a filling system, comprising: a liquid storage tank and a filling pump;

the input end of the filling pump is connected with the liquid storage tank, the output end of the filling pump is used for being connected with a control valve, the control valve is used for being connected with an oil-gas pipeline, the filling pump is used for injecting a filling medium in the liquid storage tank into the oil-gas pipeline, and the filling medium is a volatile or easily vaporized liquid medium;

the filling device comprises a filling pump, an exhaust valve and a control valve, wherein the input end of the filling pump is provided with the exhaust valve, and the exhaust valve is used for exhausting gas generated by the filling medium at the input end of the filling pump when the filling pump does not add a quantity.

According to the filling system provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the filling medium at the input end of the filling pump generates a vaporization effect under the action of the suction pressure of the pump, the exhaust valve can be opened, and the gas at the input end of the filling pump is exhausted out of the pipeline, so that the influence of the vaporization phenomenon on the filling pump can be avoided, and the smooth filling process is ensured; the output end of the exhaust valve is connected to the top of the liquid storage tank, so that leakage of toxic filling media can be avoided, the safety is high, and waste of the filling media is avoided; the filling system also controls the filling flow of the filling medium through the control valve, and can better avoid the damage of the oil-gas pipeline.

The filling system as described above, further comprising: a controller and a flow detection device;

the flow detection device is arranged at the output end of the filling pump, and the controller is electrically connected with the flow detection device and the exhaust valve respectively and used for controlling the exhaust valve to be opened when the flow detected by the flow detection device is smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value.

The preset threshold value is zero.

The filling system as described above, further comprising: a safety valve is arranged on the upper portion of the safety valve,

the safety valve is connected between the input end of the filling pump and the output end of the filling pump, and when the pressure difference between the input end of the filling pump and the output end of the filling pump exceeds a preset value, the safety valve is opened to communicate the input end and the output end.

The first end of the exhaust valve is connected to the input end of the filling pump; the second end of the exhaust valve is connected to the top end of the liquid storage tank or is an emptying end.

The filling system as described above, further comprising: a pressure gauge is arranged on the base plate,

the pressure gauge is arranged at the output end of the filling pump and used for detecting pressure information of the output end of the filling pump.

The filling system as described above, further comprising: an alarm device is arranged on the base plate,

the alarm is electrically connected with the flow detection device or the controller and used for giving an alarm when the flow detected by the flow detection device is smaller than or equal to the preset threshold value.

The filling pump comprises a piston drive for driving the flow of the filling medium by means of a piston movement.

The input of piston driver is connected with first check valve, the circulation direction of first check valve is the orientation piston driver's direction, piston driver's output is connected with the second check valve, the circulation direction of second check valve is for keeping away from piston driver's direction.

A filter is also arranged between the liquid storage tank and the liquid inlet of the filling pump.

According to the filling system provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the filling medium at the input end of the filling pump generates a vaporization effect under the action of the suction pressure of the pump, the exhaust valve can be opened, and the gas at the input end of the filling pump is exhausted out of the pipeline, so that the influence of the vaporization phenomenon on the filling pump can be avoided, and the smooth filling process is ensured; the output end of the exhaust valve is connected to the top of the liquid storage tank, so that leakage of toxic filling media can be avoided, the safety is high, and waste of the filling media is avoided; the filling system also controls the filling flow of the filling medium through a control valve, so that the damage to an oil-gas pipeline can be better avoided; by arranging the controller and the flow detection device, when the flow detection device detects that the flow is zero, the controller controls the exhaust valve to be opened, so that the filling amount of liquid at the inlet of the pump is increased to reduce the occurrence of the cutoff phenomenon; further, this embodiment still provides alarm device, and when flow detection device detected that the flow is zero, it appeared the cutout phenomenon to judge the filling pump, and alarm device sent the warning, reminded the staff in time to handle, further avoided the cutout phenomenon to influence the filling work.
