1. An insulating operating rod with a replaceable working head comprises an insulating rod main body and is characterized by further comprising a first insulating rod working head and a third insulating rod working head, wherein,

the first insulating rod working head has an electricity testing function and is detachably connected with the insulating rod main body;

the third insulating rod working head has the function of removing plants or hanging objects, and is detachably connected with the insulating rod main body.

The insulation operating rod as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom ends of the working heads of the insulation rod are respectively provided with internal threads, the top end of the main body of the insulation rod is provided with external threads, and the working heads of the insulation rod are respectively connected with the external threads at the top end of the main body of the insulation rod through the internal threads at the bottom ends.

3. The insulated operating rod of claim 1 or 2, wherein the first insulated rod working head comprises an electroscope and a first threaded interface, wherein,

the top end of the first threaded interface is provided with external threads, the bottom end of the electroscope is provided with internal threads, and the first threaded interface is connected with the internal threads at the bottom end of the electroscope through the external threads at the top end;

the bottom of first hickey be provided with the internal thread, first hickey is connected with the external screw thread on the top of insulating rod main part through the internal thread of bottom.

4. The insulated operating rod according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the third insulated rod working head comprises a cutter and a third screw interface, wherein,

the cutter is fixedly connected with the top end of the third threaded interface;

the bottom of third hickey be provided with the internal thread, third hickey is connected with the external screw thread on the top of insulating rod main part through the internal thread of bottom.

5. The insulated operating rod of claim 3, wherein the third insulated rod working head comprises a cutter and a third threaded interface, wherein,

the cutter is fixedly connected with the top end of the third threaded interface;

the bottom of third hickey be provided with the internal thread, third hickey is connected with the external screw thread on the top of insulating rod main part through the internal thread of bottom.

6. The insulated operating rod according to claim 1, 2 or 5, characterized in that the insulated operating rod further comprises a fourth insulated rod working head with an image acquisition function.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of power system devices, in particular to an insulating operating rod with a replaceable working head.

Background

When the electricity is tested in the transformer area, after the switch is operated by the insulating operating rod, the electroscope is bound to test the electricity on the operating rod in order to test whether the circuit is electrified or not. Because the binding is not firm, the labor and the time are wasted, the possibility of falling at any time exists, and potential safety hazards exist. Furthermore, plants and suspended objects on the power line are difficult to handle during operation using the operating head of the operating rod. If not processed, the electroscope can be damaged. The object of the present invention is to develop an insulating operating rod that can simultaneously meet the above-mentioned various requirements.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention overcomes the existing problems and provides a novel insulating operating rod with a replaceable working head. The invention realizes different functions by replacing working heads with different functions, and the accident of falling off of devices is not easy to happen.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

an insulation operating rod with a replaceable working head comprises an insulation rod main body, a first insulation rod working head and a third insulation rod working head, wherein,

the first insulating rod working head has an electricity testing function and is detachably connected with the insulating rod main body;

the third insulating rod working head has the function of removing plants or hanging objects, and is detachably connected with the insulating rod main body.

The working process of the invention is as follows:

when the electricity needs to be tested, the worker combines the third insulating rod working head with the insulating rod main body to remove plants or remove hanging objects. And then separating the third insulating rod working head from the insulating rod main body, combining the first insulating rod working head with the insulating rod main body, and then controlling the insulating rod main body to enable the first insulating rod working head to contact with the disconnecting link circuit to perform electroscopy work.

By replacing different working heads of the insulating rod, the invention can safely and quickly realize electroscopy work and work of processing line hanging objects and vine plants; eliminates unsafe factors in the operation process, greatly shortens the operation time, improves the working efficiency and ensures the safe production.

In a preferred scheme, the insulating operation rod further comprises a second insulating rod working head, and the second insulating rod working head has the functions of hanging the drop-out fuse/the hanging indication board, operating the switch and operating the disconnecting link.

In a preferred scheme, the bottom ends of the insulating rod working heads are respectively provided with internal threads, the top ends of the insulating rod main bodies are provided with external threads, and the insulating rod working heads are respectively connected with the external threads on the top ends of the insulating rod main bodies through the internal threads on the bottom ends.

In a preferred scheme, the first insulating rod working head comprises an electroscope and a first threaded interface, wherein,

the top end of the first threaded interface is provided with external threads, the bottom end of the electroscope is provided with internal threads, and the first threaded interface is connected with the internal threads at the bottom end of the electroscope through the external threads at the top end;

the bottom of first hickey be provided with the internal thread, first hickey is connected with the external screw thread on the top of insulating rod main part through the internal thread of bottom.

In this preferred scheme, need not tie up electroscope and insulating bar main part together through using adhesive tape or iron wire, test the electric work again, further eliminated the unsafe factor in the operation process, be favorable to safety in production.

In a preferred scheme, the third insulating rod working head comprises a cutter and a third threaded interface, wherein,

the cutter is fixedly connected with the top end of the third threaded interface;

the bottom of third hickey be provided with the internal thread, third hickey is connected with the external screw thread on the top of insulating rod main part through the internal thread of bottom.

In this preferred scheme, need not tie up cutter and insulating bar main part together through using adhesive tape or iron wire, test the electric work again, further eliminated the unsafe factor in the operation process, be favorable to safety in production.

In a preferred scheme, the second insulating rod working head comprises a second threaded interface, the bottom end of the second threaded interface is provided with internal threads, and the second threaded interface is connected with external threads on the top end of the insulating rod main body through the internal threads on the bottom end.

In a preferable scheme, the insulating operation rod further comprises a fourth insulating rod working head with an image acquisition function.

In a preferred scheme, the fourth insulating rod working head comprises an image acquisition module and a fourth threaded interface, wherein,

the bottom end of the image acquisition module is connected with the top end of the fourth threaded interface,

In a preferred embodiment, the insulating rod body has a telescopic structure or a detachable structure.

In this preferred scheme, the storage and the transportation of insulating rod main part are favorable to telescopic structure or detachable structure.

In a preferred scheme, a lighting module is arranged at the top end of the insulating rod main body and connected with the insulating rod main body.

In the preferred embodiment, the lighting module is used for improving the brightness of the working environment.

In a preferable scheme, the bottom end of the insulating rod main body is provided with a rubber handle sleeve, and the outer side of the rubber handle sleeve is provided with a bulge.

As shown in fig. 1-2, an insulation operating rod with replaceable rod head comprises an insulation rod main body 3, a first insulation rod working head, and a third insulation rod working head 5, wherein,

the first insulating rod working head has an electricity testing function and is detachably connected with the insulating rod main body 3;

the third insulating rod working head 5 has the function of removing plants or hanging objects, and the third insulating rod working head 5 is detachably connected with the insulating rod main body 3.

The working process of the embodiment is as follows:

when electricity needs to be tested, a worker combines the third insulating rod working head 5 with the insulating rod main body 3 to remove plants or remove hanging objects. And then separating the third insulating rod working head 5 from the insulating rod main body 3, combining the first insulating rod working head with the insulating rod main body 3, and then controlling the insulating rod main body 3 to enable the first insulating rod working head to contact with a disconnecting link circuit to conduct electroscopy work.

In the embodiment, by replacing different working heads of the insulating rod, the electricity testing work and the work of processing line hanging objects and vine plants can be safely and quickly realized; eliminates unsafe factors in the operation process, greatly shortens the operation time, improves the working efficiency and ensures the safe production.

In the above embodiment, the following modifications may also be made: the insulating operating rod further comprises a second insulating rod working head 4, and the second insulating rod working head 4 has the functions of hanging the drop-out fuse/hanging the indication board/operating the switch/operating the disconnecting link.

In the above embodiment, i.e., the modification, the following modifications may be made: the bottom of each insulating rod working head is provided with an internal thread, the top of the insulating rod main body 3 is provided with an external thread, and the insulating rod working heads are connected with the external thread on the top of the insulating rod main body 3 through the internal threads on the bottoms respectively.

In the above embodiment, i.e., the modification, the following modifications may be made: the first insulating rod working head comprises an electroscope 1 and a first threaded interface 2, wherein,

the top end of the first threaded interface 2 is provided with external threads, the bottom end of the electroscope 1 is provided with internal threads, and the first threaded interface 2 is connected with the internal threads at the bottom end of the electroscope 1 through the external threads at the top end;

the bottom of first hickey 2 is provided with the internal thread, and first hickey 2 is connected with the external screw thread on the top of insulating rod main part 3 through the internal thread of bottom.
