An infrared heater is characterized by comprising a floatable connecting frame, an ignition control device, a cross flow fan, a gas tank, a ground-attached sliding plate, an infrared burner, a frame, an air inlet injection device, an upper cover and a sealing plate; the floatable connecting frame is hinged with the frame; the frame is provided with a gas tank; the gas tank is connected with the ignition control device through a pipeline; the ignition control device is connected with the air inlet injection device; the air inlet injection device is arranged on the infrared burner and is connected with the infrared burner; two side edges of the frame are provided with ground-attaching sliding plates; sealing plates are arranged on two sides of the ground-contacting sliding plate; the sealing plate is arranged on the frame; and a cross flow fan is arranged behind the infrared burner.

4. An infrared heater according to claim 3, wherein said ignition control means controls the heating time and the frequency of intermittent heating.

5. An infrared heater as set forth in claim 1 wherein said sealing plate has two.

6. An infrared heater according to claim 1, wherein the ignition control unit is internally provided with an electromagnetic valve and a time relay; the time relay controls the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve.

7. An infrared heater according to claim 1, wherein an upper cover is provided above the infrared burner.

Background

At present, the method for removing ice and snow on roads mainly comprises two methods of removing ice and snow by mechanical vibration and melting ice and snow; wherein, the mechanical vibration method is only suitable for thicker ice and snow layers and has no obvious effect on thin ice road surfaces; the melting method, such as melting by spreading chemical agents, wherein the chemical agents can cause road surface and bridge corrosion and environmental pollution while melting ice and snow, is gradually eliminated, and the traditional heating melting method has the disadvantages of high cost, inflexible operation, low efficiency and inconvenient construction operation for thin ice road surfaces.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an infrared heater which can be used for hanging various engineering machines, vehicles and agricultural machinery or can be used conveniently by direct manual pushing; the heating area can be changed through the electric control system, the use cost is reduced, and the purpose of flexible operation is achieved; the heater is in complete contact with the ground and is attached with a heat insulation baffle, so that heat loss is prevented, and the operation efficiency is improved.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: an infrared heater comprises a floatable connecting frame, an ignition control device, a cross flow fan, a gas tank, a ground-attached sliding plate, an infrared burner, a frame, an air inlet injection device, an upper cover and a sealing plate; the floatable connecting frame is hinged with the frame; the frame is provided with a gas tank; the gas tank is connected with the ignition control device through a pipeline; the ignition control device is connected with the air inlet injection device; the air inlet injection device is arranged on the infrared burner and is connected with the infrared burner; two side edges of the frame are provided with ground-attaching sliding plates; sealing plates are arranged on two sides of the ground-contacting sliding plate; the sealing plate is arranged on the frame; and a cross flow fan is arranged behind the infrared burner.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. As shown in fig. 1-3, an infrared heater comprises a floatable connecting frame 1, an ignition control device 2, a cross flow fan 3, an air tank 4, a ground contact sliding plate 5, an infrared burner 6, a frame 7, an air inlet injection device 8, an upper cover 9 and a sealing plate 10; the floatable connecting frame 1 is hinged with the frame 7; the frame 7 is provided with a gas tank 4; the gas tank 4 is connected with the ignition control device 2 through a pipeline; the ignition control device 2 is connected with the air inlet injection device 8; the air inlet injection device 8 is arranged on the infrared burner 6 and is connected with the infrared burner 6; two side edges of the frame 7 are provided with ground-sticking sliding plates 5; sealing plates 10 are arranged on two sides of the ground-contacting sliding plate 5; the sealing plate 10 is mounted on the frame 7; and a crossflow fan 2 is arranged behind the infrared burner 6.

The floating connecting frame 1 can be connected with various machines; the back of the floating connecting frame 1 can be welded with various connecting devices and connected to different hosts, such as a loader and the like; the gas tank 4 is arranged on the frame 7, the ignition control device 2 controls the heating time and the intermittent heating frequency, and an electromagnetic valve and a time relay are arranged in the ignition control device 2; the time relay controls the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve; the liquefied petroleum gas is supplied by the gas tank 4, and is introduced into the electromagnetic valve in the ignition control device 2 through the pressure reducing valve and the pressure gauge, and the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve are controlled by the time relay so as to control the on-off of the liquefied petroleum gas, thereby controlling the total heating time and the intermittent heating frequency.

Liquefied petroleum gas enters the air inlet ejector 8 through the electromagnetic valve, air is ejected to form mixed gas at the electromagnetic valve and then enters the infrared burner 6 below, and an ignition coil is distributed in the infrared burner 6 and used for igniting the mixer to generate infrared rays and carry out heat radiation on the ice and snow ground.

The side edge of the frame 7 is provided with a ground-contacting sliding plate 5 and a sealing plate 10, and the number of the sealing plate and the ground-contacting sliding plate is two; an approximately closed space is formed at the bottom of the infrared burner 6 to ensure that heat is not lost to the outside, and a cross flow fan 3 is arranged behind the infrared burner 6 to pump away water vapor generated when ice and snow melt and vaporize.

And a flameout alarm system is arranged on the ignition control device 2.

An upper cover 9 is arranged above the infrared burner 6.
