The automobile die insert is divided into a casting insert and a forging insert, the molded surface of the forging insert becomes the same as the casting insert after being processed, the shape of the insert of the automobile die is complex, and the average mass of the insert of the automobile die is more than 50 Kg. When the insert is subjected to heat treatment, due to the deformation of the bottom surface, the flatness of the bottom surface needs to be processed, and the flatness requirement of the bottom surface of the insert is less than 0.03mm, if the machining is adopted, the premise condition is that the height drop of 4 corners of the bottom surface is less than 0.03mm after the insert is clamped, but the clamping of a common tool is difficult to complete, and the precision requirement is not high. In the prior art, the flatness processing of the bottom surface of the insert block of the automobile casting die is performed manually by using a grinding machine, so that the grinding efficiency is low, the workload is large, and the quality is uneven.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the vice, which can clamp the insert which cannot be clamped by the traditional vice, greatly improves the processing range, reduces the production cost and improves the production efficiency.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following description and examples, which include but are not limited to the following examples.

A kind of vice as shown in fig. 1-2, including vice body and can be magnetic-attracted to the bottom plate 7 on the grinding machine table surface, the bottom end of said vice body is articularly connected and located on said bottom plate 7 up end, and can make said vice body rotate along the hinge point back and forth wedge block 3 on said bottom plate 7; the upper end face of the vice body is provided with a mounting flat plate 6 for positioning the insert 20 to be processed, the mounting flat plate 6 is detachably connected with the insert 20 to be processed, and an equal-height cushion block 5 is arranged between the mounting flat plate 6 and the upper end face of the vice body.

The vice body comprises a U-shaped vice body 10, a jaw base plate 11 and a wedge cushion block 12, wherein the jaw base plate 11 and the wedge cushion block 12 are oppositely arranged on the upper portion of a U-shaped groove of the vice body 10, the jaw base plate 11 is fixed on the vice body 10, and the wedge cushion block 12 is in threaded connection with a fastening screw rod 4 on the groove wall of the vice body 10 for positioning. The end parts of the insert 20 to be machined are clamped and positioned by the jaw backing plate 11 and the tapered wedge cushion block 12.

The mounting plate 6 is used for taking the bottom surface of the blank of the insert 20 to be processed after heat treatment as a horizontal plane reference, and is matched with the mounting plate 6, so that the mounting plate is more conveniently arranged between the jaw backing plate 11 and the wedge cushion block 12, and the end part of the insert 20 to be processed is clamped by the vice body. Specifically, the mounting plate 6 is provided with an inner hexagon screw 13 for fixing and positioning the insert 20 to be processed, and the mounting plate 6 is provided with a plurality of threaded through holes in threaded connection with the inner hexagon screw 13. The insert 20 to be machined is suitable for installation and positioning of inserts with different specifications.

When in use, firstly the bottom plate 7 is magnetically attracted on the surface of a working table of a grinding machine; the insert 20 to be machined is fixedly installed on the installation flat plate 6, then the installation flat plate 6 provided with the insert 20 to be machined is placed at the upper end of the vice body, the insert 20 to be machined is located at the clamping position of the vice body, the equal-height cushion blocks 5 are arranged on the installation flat plate 6 and the vice body, after the insert 20 to be machined is locked by the vice body, the installation flat plate 6 and the equal-height cushion blocks 5 are detached, and therefore a later grinding machine can grind the bottom surface of the insert 20 to be machined.

When the flatness of the bottom surface of the insert 20 to be processed is adjusted, firstly lightly knocking the front and back of the bottom surface of the insert 20 to be processed through a copper rod to adjust the flatness to be less than 0.03 mm;

and thirdly, the whole vice body rotates along the hinge point by adjusting the inclined wedge block 3 until the flatness of the left and right sides of the insert 20 to be machined is adjusted to be less than 0.03mm, and then the grinding machine can be machined. For the structure of this process: two sides of the upper end face of the bottom plate 7 are provided with first supporting blocks 9, the vice body is positioned between the two first supporting blocks 9, and the vice body is connected through a hinge pin 8 arranged on the two first supporting blocks 9. The vice body is arranged in a small-angle inclined manner in advance, the left and right planeness of the insert 20 to be machined is adjusted through the inclined wedge block 3 after the insert 20 to be machined is assembled on the belt, and therefore the problem that when the insert 20 to be machined is clamped, the insert 20 to be machined needs to be adjusted towards the direction below the horizontal plane of the upper end of the bottom plate 7 due to different directions is solved, and further adjustment is difficult or the insert needs to be clamped again, or the bottom plate 7 is probably adjusted again to be machined, so that the working time is wasted.

Of course, in application, as shown in the figure, a part of the pin 8 is disposed on the bottom plate 7, and the first supporting block 9 is pressed, so that the pin 8 can also realize the hinge setting of the whole vise body; the pin shaft 8 can be also set into an arch shaft, so long as the vice body can be adjusted by rotating the inclined wedge block 3. In order to ensure labor saving of the inclined wedge block 3, preferably, the pin shaft 8 is arranged at one end of the bottom of the vice body.

For the arrangement of the inclined wedge block 3, a second supporting block 2 is arranged on a bottom plate 7 at the end part of the vice body, the inclined wedge block 3 is connected with an adjusting screw rod 1 which is in threaded connection with the second supporting block 2, and the inclined wedge block 3 is arranged at the lower end of the vice body. When the adjusting screw 1 is adjusted to move the wedge block 3, the wedge block 3 can make the vice body rotate slightly. In this example, the bottom plate 7 is provided with an oblique wedge groove, and the inclined plane of the oblique wedge groove is matched with the inclined plane of the oblique wedge block 3, so that the upper end face of the oblique wedge block 3 is always horizontal, therefore, when the adjusting screw 1 is adjusted, the oblique wedge block 3 moves upwards or downwards along the inclined plane direction of the oblique wedge groove, a vertically arranged dovetail groove needs to be arranged at the end part of the oblique wedge block 3, and the end part of the adjusting screw 1 is axially limited in the dovetail groove, so that the oblique wedge block 3 and the adjusting screw 1 are prevented from being stuck.
