背景技术

在彩印机使用过程中，由于冬季环境温度太低，导致印刷的效果差，废品率远超过春、夏、秋三季。现有技术采用在印辊的空心轴轴向和径向面向印辊辐射方向设置多个孔，通过管道将热空气直接吹入印辊内腔以对印辊进行预热、烘干，这种结构的加热装置在热空气带有水分的时候会使印辊内壁氧化，缩短印辊的使用寿命。

发明内容

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种彩印机印辊加热装置，可以解决现有技术直接将热空气吹入印辊内腔，导致印辊的使用寿命缩短的问题。

本发明通过以下技术方案实现：

一种彩印机印辊加热装置，包括印辊的空心轴、管道，所述印辊的空心轴两端分别与A夹盘、B夹盘连接，所述管道一端从空心轴内腔***印辊内腔，再从通过空心轴壁上的孔连通空心轴内腔，所述管道在印辊内腔的部分绕制为盘管；所述管道的另一端穿过A夹盘上的连接孔后连接热源，所述B夹盘上设有连通印辊内腔的回收孔。
