1. An electric heating device with temperature control function, comprising:

an electric hot plate and a temperature controller;

a heating wire (3) which is bent for many times is arranged on the surface (1) of the electric heating plate;

both ends of the heating wire are provided with overheat protectors (5);

the temperature controller comprises a temperature measuring probe (2) arranged on the surface (1) of the electric heating plate, wherein the temperature measuring probe (2) is used for measuring the temperature of the electric heating plate and controlling the heating wire (3) on the surface of the electric heating plate to heat.

The device comprises an electric heating plate and a temperature controller, wherein a heating wire 3 which is bent for many times and is uniformly distributed is arranged on the surface 1 of the electric heating plate, and two ends of the heating wire 3 are respectively provided with an overheat protector 5; the temperature controller comprises a temperature probe 2 arranged on the surface 1 of the electric heating plate, and the temperature probe 2 is used for measuring the temperature of the electric heating plate and controlling the heating wire 3 to heat. The device has simple integral structure, accurately controls the temperature of the electric heating plate through the temperature controller in the heating process of the heating wire 3, ensures that the electric heating plate is always maintained at a set temperature value, is safe and reliable, can effectively collect heat and energy, has low power consumption, and is suitable for heating in winter in the north;

In order to make the overheat protector 5 react quickly and protect the circuit safely, the overheat protector 5 and the heating wire 3 are both positioned on the same surface 1 of the electric hot plate; an overheating protection box 4 is arranged outside the overheating protector 5, so that the overheating protector can be prevented from being touched by foreign matters, a protection circuit is not timely or the circuit is not communicated, and the electric heating wire is not heated.

Specifically, as long as the device is powered on, when the temperature probe 2 detects that the temperature of the electric heating plate is lower than a set temperature value, the overheat protector 5 is automatically communicated with the heating circuit, the temperature of the heating wire rises, and then the temperature of the electric heating plate rises; when the temperature probe 2 detects that the temperature of the electric heating plate rises to a set temperature value or is higher than the set temperature value, the overheat protector immediately switches off the heating circuit to stop heating the heating wire, and then the temperature of the electric heating plate does not rise any more, so that the temperature of the electric heating plate can be kept unchanged at the set temperature value.

As shown in fig. 2, one or more wire boxes 8 are further provided on the electric heating plate, and the end of the heating wire 3 is provided with a heating connector 6, and the heating connector 6 penetrates into the wire box 8. The electric heating plate is of a rectangular structure, and the wire boxes 8 are arranged at two adjacent corners of the electric heating plate. The temperature measuring joint 11 of the temperature measuring probe 2 penetrates into the wire box 8, and the wire box cover can cover the wire box 8.

It is obvious that the wire box accommodates the overlong wires, and the joints of all the wires are penetrated into the wire box, and the wires are arranged in sequence, and the joint positions of two ends of the same wire are respectively corresponding to each other.
