Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of pineapple preservation, and particularly relates to a method for controlling black heart disease of picked pineapples by using brassinozole.

Background

Pineapple is a perennial evergreen herb fruit tree in the genus of pineapple in the family of bromeliaceae, and is one of the most distinctive and advantageous fruits in tropical and subtropical regions of China. The pineapple is easy to have black heart disease during the growth period in the field and the storage and transportation period after the pineapple is picked, and great economic loss is caused to growers and distributors. The black heart diseased fruit is not different from the normal fruit in appearance, but after being cut, the pulp of the diseased fruit close to the fruit heart shows watery browning, so the fruit is also called as internal browning disease. At present, pathogenic bacteria causing pineapple's blackheart disease are not separated and identified in pineapples, so that scholars at home and abroad generally consider that the pineapple's blackheart disease belongs to physiological diseases.

The occurrence of pineapple blackheart disease after picking is related to a plurality of factors. Some studies suggest that low field temperatures during growth are the primary cause of post-harvest pineapple black heart disease; there are also studies that have suggested that the onset of blackheart disease is associated with postharvest cryopreservation, long-distance transport, hormonal imbalance. Many scholars at home and abroad research methods for controlling the pineapple's blackheart disease, such as chemical agent treatment, packaging of suitable packaging materials, waxing, modified atmosphere, heat treatment and the like, and the methods only can relieve the occurrence of the blackheart disease. At present, the most effective method for controlling the black heart disease of the picked pineapples is to spray abscisic acid (CN103070223B) from an exogenous source after picking. Abscisic acid can effectively control pineapple blackheart disease, but can cause the crown bud of pineapple to wither and yellow and shed. Pineapple crown bud is an important factor influencing commodity. Pineapples in some countries (e.g. australia) are sold in the market by crown bud removal, but in our country, consumers consider crown bud removal pineapples to be less fresh and less acceptable. Therefore, the key technology which can control the blackheart disease and can not cause the withered and yellow crown buds is discussed, and the method has important practical significance for improving the commodity of the pineapple after being picked in China and reducing the loss of pineapple growers and dealers.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a method for controlling pineapple black heart by utilizing brassinozole, which can achieve the purpose of controlling pineapple black heart and cannot cause withered and yellow abscission of picked pineapple crown buds.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

a method for controlling the black heart disease of the picked pineapple by using brassinozole. The method comprises the following specific steps: uniformly spraying 10-30 mg/L brassinoazole (Brz) solution on the surface of the pineapple peel, packaging and preserving moisture for 3-6 hours by using a polyethylene plastic film bag with the thickness of 0.02-0.04 mm, opening the plastic film bag, airing moisture on the surface of the pineapple at room temperature, and storing in a constant temperature cabinet with the temperature of 20-25 ℃.

The pineapples are pineapple fruits which are harvested immediately or not more than 48 hours after harvesting;

the 10-30 mg/L brassinozole solution is prepared by the following method: dissolving abscisic acid in a small amount of absolute ethyl alcohol, adding water, uniformly stirring, adding a certain amount of polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate (also called Tween 80), and preparing into 10-30 mg/L brassinozole solution. Preferably, the final concentration of polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate is 1%.

The water is preferably distilled water, tap water, well water or purified water.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) by adopting the method, the occurrence of pineapple black heart disease can be remarkably reduced, and crown bud blight of pineapple cannot be caused;

(2) the method has the advantages of simple operation, low cost, high application efficiency and easy popularization;

(3) the preservation method of the invention does not need a refrigeration house and low-temperature transportation, saves energy, is a low-carbon preservation technology and is beneficial to environmental protection.

(4) When the picked pineapples are stored at normal temperature, the blackheart disease is easy to occur. The method of the invention is adopted to control the melanocardia, which can reduce the incidence of the melanocardia by more than 35 percent, is beneficial to reducing the loss after the harvest and can generate good economic benefit. Meanwhile, the storage period of the pineapples is prolonged, economic losses of growers and dealers can be effectively reduced, the problem that the pineapples are difficult to sell by the growers is solved, and the enthusiasm of the growers is protected.
