s001: adopting polyurethane to prepare a toe cap adhesive film and a vamp adhesive film, placing the toe cap adhesive film and the vamp adhesive film at corresponding positions in a lower template of a mold, and arranging hot-melt shaping cloth on the toe cap adhesive film and the vamp adhesive film;

s002: covering the cut vamp cloth with the toe cap adhesive film, the vamp adhesive film and the hot-melt shaping cloth in a downward mode, and then covering a layer of high-temperature-resistant film on the inner side face of the vamp cloth;

s003: closing an upper template and a lower template of the mold, placing the mold below a pressing plate of pressing equipment, respectively heating the upper template and the lower template of the mold, and taking out the mold;

s004: placing the mold below a pressing plate of cooling equipment for cooling, and taking out the mold;

s005: and taking down the hot-pasted vamp from the die, checking whether the pressing is qualified or not, transferring the qualified product to the next procedure, and reworking the unqualified product.

In view of the above, it is an object of the present invention to provide an upper and a seamless hot-gluing process for an upper that overcomes or at least partially solves or alleviates the above-mentioned problems.

The invention provides a vamp, comprising:
