Technical Field

The invention relates to medical equipment, in particular to a scalpel handle matched with a microscope operation.

Background

In microsurgery, a problem that some surgical instruments obstruct the view of a lens occurs due to the use of microscope equipment. For example, in cranial neurosurgery microsurgery, a scalpel with a straight handle can affect the operation and block the sight line because the handle part is close to the lens, and therefore, a bending adjusting handle is developed, but the defects of limited adjusting range and inflexibility still exist.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a scalpel handle matched with a microscope surgery, which is characterized in that a bending arm and a rotatable handle are arranged, wherein the bending arm is connected with a scalpel head and is in 90-degree bending connection with the scalpel head, and the rotatable handle and the bending arm are connected by multi-angle adjustment, so that the problems of influencing the surgery and shielding the sight due to the fact that a scalpel handle part is close to a lens can be effectively solved.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

a scalpel handle matched with a microscope operation sequentially comprises a bending arm, a locking device and a rotatable handle from bottom to top, wherein the bending arm is connected with the rotatable handle through the locking device;

the bending arm is in a double right-angle iron shape, is connected with the surgical knife head and consists of a first bending part, a short arm and a second bending part, the first bending part and the second bending part are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the short arm and are perpendicular to the short arm, and the bending arm is fixedly connected with the lower end of the locking device through the second bending part;

the upper end of the rotatable handle is in a rod shape, the lower end of the rotatable handle is a spherical body, the spherical body is matched with the arc spherical concave shape arranged on the base, and the diameter of the spherical body is larger than that of the rotatable handle;

the locking device consists of a base and an upper locking block, the base is provided with a circular arc spherical recess, the upper locking block is provided with a through hole, the diameter of the through hole is smaller than that of the spherical body at the lower end of the rotatable handle, and the upper end surface of the upper locking block is provided with a circular ring conical recess surrounding the through hole;

the upper locking block is sleeved at the lower end of the rotatable handle, the spherical body at the lower end of the rotatable handle is pressed into the conical base and is concave downward, the upper locking block is used for positioning and locking the rotatable handle through the threaded connection with the base, and the angle of the rotatable handle is adjusted through adjusting the upper locking block.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. according to the scalpel handle matched with a microscope surgery, the bending arm and the rotatable handle are arranged, wherein the bending arm is connected with the scalpel head and is in 90-degree bending connection with the scalpel head, and the rotatable handle and the bending arm are connected in a multi-angle adjusting mode, so that the problems that surgery is influenced and sight is shielded due to the fact that the position of the scalpel handle is close to a lens can be effectively solved;

Detailed Description

As shown in figure 1, the scalpel handle matched with a microscope operation sequentially comprises a bending arm 1, a locking device 2 and a rotatable handle 3 from bottom to top, wherein the bending arm is connected with the rotatable handle through the locking device;

as shown in fig. 2, the bending arm 1 is a double right-angle iron type, is connected with a surgical scalpel bit, and is composed of a first bending part 101, a short arm 102 and a second bending part 103, the first bending part and the second bending part are respectively located at the upper side and the lower side of the short arm and are perpendicular to the short arm, and the bending arm is fixedly connected with the lower end of the locking device through the second bending part; and the base of the locking device is fixedly connected with the second bending part of the bending arm through a screw hole. Wherein the diameter of the first bent part is 2-4mm, preferably 3 mm; the length is 1-5cm, preferably 2.5 cm. The length of the short arm is 1-3cm, preferably 2 cm.

As shown in fig. 4, the upper end of the rotatable handle 3 is a rod 301, the lower end is a spherical body 302, the spherical body is adapted to the arc-shaped concave shape of the base, and the diameter of the spherical body is larger than that of the rotatable handle.

As shown in fig. 3, the locking device 2 is composed of a base 201 and an upper locking block 202, the base is provided with a circular arc spherical recess 203, the upper locking block is provided with a through hole 204, the diameter of the through hole is smaller than that of the spherical body at the lower end of the rotatable handle, and the upper end surface of the upper locking block is provided with a circular cone-shaped recess 205 surrounding the through hole; wherein the conical degree of the annular conical concavity is 90 to 120 degrees.

The upper locking block is sleeved at the lower end of the rotatable handle, the spherical body at the lower end of the rotatable handle is pressed into the conical base and is concave downward, the upper locking block is used for positioning and locking the rotatable handle through the threaded connection with the base, and the angle of the rotatable handle is adjusted through adjusting the upper locking block. The rotatable handle is a cylinder or a polygonal cylinder, the diameter is 3-5mm, preferably 5mm, and the length is 10-20cm, preferably 15 cm. Furthermore, the circular conical depressions can be coated with metal processing lubricant, so that the friction between the spherical body at the lower end of the rotatable handle and the circular conical depressions can be reduced, the change of the handle angle is more convenient and smooth, the abrasion is reduced, and the service life of the handle of the scalpel is prolonged.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, when the doctor performs the operation under the microscope lens, the rotatable handle of the scalpel handle can be inclined at an angle of 0-45 degrees in the vertical direction, and can be rotated and positioned at any angle of 360 degrees in the horizontal direction, so that the handle is ensured not to block the sight. When the bending angle of the rotatable handle needs to be adjusted, the upper locking block is loosened, the angle of the rotatable handle is adjusted, and then the upper locking block is locked.
