Background

The sewage treatment filter is suitable for separating solid suspended particles in liquid, particularly toxic media. The sewage treatment filter is mainly used for treating sewage so that the sewage can be recycled. The application occasions of the sewage treatment filter comprise a water supply and drainage system, a blast furnace water system, a turbid and clean circulating water circulating system and a water replenishing system in the metallurgical industry; cooling water systems of steam turbines in the power plant industry; a boiler wet cooling water system; cooling water systems of large-scale air compressors, large-scale oxygen generators and large-scale air conditioners; the turbine seawater, lake water, river water straight-flow type cooling filtration system. The method is also widely applied to agricultural drip irrigation water systems. Modern sewage treatment technology is divided into primary, secondary and tertiary treatment technologies according to treatment degree. The first stage treatment of sewage is carried out by removing insoluble suspended solids and floating substances from sewage by physical methods such as screening, sedimentation, etc. The secondary treatment of sewage is mainly a biological treatment method, namely a process of substance conversion through the metabolism of microorganisms, and various complex organic substances in the sewage are oxidized and degraded into simple substances. The biological treatment has certain requirements on the quality of sewage, the temperature of water, the dissolved oxygen amount in water, the pH value and the like. The third-stage sewage treatment is to remove insoluble organic matters, phosphorus, nitrogen and other nutritive substances in sewage by physical and chemical methods such as coagulation, filtration, ion exchange, reverse osmosis and the like on the basis of the first-stage treatment and the second-stage treatment. The composition of pollutants in sewage is very complex, and the combination of the methods is often needed to meet the treatment requirement. The existing sewage treatment filter is inconvenient for filtering wastewater, and the efficiency of multistage filtration treatment on wastewater is low.
