Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a three-dimensional structure according to an embodiment of the present application.

[ detailed description ] embodiments

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects solved by the present application more clear and obvious, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the embodiment of the present application provides a single-finger orthosis with adjustable tightness, which includes an upper finger clamp 1 and a lower finger clamp 2, a clamping space for fixing fingers is formed between the upper finger clamp 1 and the lower finger clamp 2, the front parts of the upper finger clamp 1 and the lower finger clamp 2 are connected through an elastic member 3, and the rear parts of the upper finger clamp 1 and the lower finger clamp 2 are provided with a tightness adjusting mechanism 4 for adjusting a clamping distance between the upper finger clamp 1 and the lower finger clamp 2. Specifically, the upper finger clip 1 and the lower finger clip 2 are made of plastic, and the elastic member 3 is a rubber belt respectively connected with the upper finger clip 1 and the lower finger clip 2.

When the single-finger orthosis with adjustable tightness is used, the clamping distance between the upper finger clamp 1 and the lower finger clamp 2 can be adjusted to a wider distance in advance through the tightness adjusting mechanism 4, then fingers needing to be fixed are sleeved in the clamping space, and then the single-finger orthosis can be clamped on the fingers to fix the positions of the fingers by tightening the tightness adjusting mechanism 4.

The tightness-adjustable single-finger orthosis is simple and convenient to clamp, can be operated by one hand, and can be adjusted by the tightness adjusting mechanism.

Accordingly, the elastic members 3 are respectively provided at both sides of the front portions of the upper finger grip 1 and the lower finger grip 2. The front part of the finger can be fixed by utilizing elastic clamping, the front end of the finger can be conveniently stretched, and the elastic part 3 can also be an adjustable elastic rope wound outside the upper finger clamp 1 and the lower finger clamp 2, so that the clamping force can be better adjusted.

In order to enable the elastic-adjustable single-finger orthosis to have more uniform and comfortable pressure on fingers, sponge pads are arranged on the inner sides of the upper finger clamp 1 and the lower finger clamp 2.

In this embodiment, the tightness adjusting mechanism 4 includes a position limiting sleeve 41, a tightening belt 42, and an adjusting swivel 43; the limiting sleeve 41 is arranged on the upper finger grip 1, the tightening belt 42 is wound outside the upper finger grip 1 and the lower finger grip 2, two ends of the tightening belt 42 respectively extend into the limiting sleeve 41 from two sides to form staggered parts, and two opposite sides of the staggered parts at the end parts of the tightening belt 42 are respectively provided with a tooth-shaped section 421; one end of the adjusting rotary head 43 is provided with a gear 431 engaged with the two tooth-shaped sections 421, and the other end is provided with an adjusting handle 432 extending along the axis of the gear 44 and penetrating through the limiting sleeve 41.

When in use, by rotating the adjusting handle 432, the gear 431 rotates along with the adjusting handle and drives the two end portions of the tightening belt 42 to move relatively to realize tightening or loosening. The structure is simple, and the tightness can be adjusted more simply and conveniently by adjusting the rotating head 43.

Further, the staggered parts of the position-limiting sleeve 41 and the end part of the tightening belt 42 are in transition fit. The transition fit may make the cinch strap 42 not freely cinchable but allow for forcible cinching.

Further, the tightening band 42 is provided with an elastic section 422. So that the clamping force of the single-finger orthosis on the fingers is in a more comfortable range and is easier to adjust.

In summary, the present application has, but is not limited to, the following beneficial effects:

1. the tightness-adjustable single-finger orthosis is simple and convenient to clamp, can be operated by one hand, and can be adjusted by the tightness adjusting mechanism.

2. The elastic pieces 3 are respectively arranged on two sides of the front parts of the upper finger clamp 1 and the lower finger clamp 2.
